What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

Previously, we had been told by another contractor that we immediately needed to replace everything and was given an $1,100 quote. Paul and his partner (I think his name was Ron - my apologies for not remembering!) not only said that it wasn't necessary, but easily fixed the issue as well as explained in detail as to what the issue was in the first place. And on top of their refreshing honesty, they also cut me a break on the repair costs. We will eventually need to get a new door and we will 100% be using Do It Right Garage Doors.
