They left the project unfinished with a promise to return the next day to finish it and clean up. They promised the driveway would be free of nails so we could drive on it, but the rest they would clean up when they returned and finished the following day. No one has showed up today. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL US BACK? Our "lead guy" Edgar will not return calls or texts and has no voice mail. The office hasn't returned our calls since yesterday. Our driveway was left littered with sharp nails (which luckily we checked before we drove on it). There are tons of different types of nails, staples, and green pin nails (nail side UP) all around our house where kids walk and play. There are water bottles, trash, and a pile of our shingles they have yet to put on that is unprotected and one of our downspouts was removed and not put back on (again, storm coming). There is a pile of supples left in front of our garage blocking our car. Our gutters must be full of nails and old shingles. I can good picture of our gazebo to show what state our other gutters must be left in. They broke my planter from Italy and damaged a screen throwing the old shingles off. They didn't protect my home when replacing skylights and left my entire bathroom covered in drywall pieces and dust (even on my toothbrush). Edgar showed up late to the job when they were protecting the home so they dropped the ball completely. THEY ARE GHOSTING US. Robert Buchanan is a charismatic man that sold us a false bill of goods. We were told they have W2 employees who go through a rigorous process to work for them. He showed me a paper and said that no one would leave the job site without it being in satisfactory shape and we would sign this form daily (did not happen). He raved about this reputable, amazing company and this is clearly all lies. ROGERS, if you are reading this, call us back. Our roof is unfinished, our house is in a deplorable, UNSAFE state and a huge storm is coming!

Since the installation , both window units have exhibited significant defects.Ron tried to tell me the window rot out because of our dogs sit on the seat of the window. I have had 4 other window companies at my house . They said The window needs to be appropriately set on a durable, moisture-resistant substrate. The use of either pressure-treated wood or a suitable high-density styrofoam insulation material is required to provide a stable, long-lasting sill support that prevents moisture transfer and material breakdown. Premier did not do that for this install. Ron did give me a quote to do this if they were to install a replacement window.

They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once.
