She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. We reached out to Gary after a referral from our tax preparer and he came to our house and discussed all the options and scheduling and we where so impressed we decided to have all 6 windows replaced and they even completed the trim on our sliding glass door from a previous installer that had not finished his work and disappeared on us. Just finally completed all the windows in our home. We did them on 3 trips due to the cost and we…read moredidn't want to take a loan out. Windows cost a lot no matter where you go. It takes about 6-8 weeks once you order. We had problems with our install on 2 of the trips. The second install the guy left caulk in 2 spots on our hardwood floor. We never called about this because we are planning to resand them. This is very careless on his part because he did have tarps down. The 3rd install the guy who put one of the octagons in never leveled the window. So as they were ready to leave and my husband checked the work it was obviously off center without even placing a level. The guy fixed it before he left. Now that the work is done, we are happy. Windows are beautiful. Just make sure to check everything over before they leave.

I wanted to use a local business because I believe in supporting local businesses. I had the…read moresalesman come out to show me options for the service door on my garage. The salesman was thorough and complete. I chose all the upgrades because I wanted the best possible door and frame and it cost over $2K. It was when the install came is where problems started. The old door was ripped out quickly and completely. Good. The installer then started to work off of a flipped over garbage can. I let him use my workbench. I checked in every now and then and towards the end, I came out and he was drilling into the latch with a large drill bit. I stopped him and even bought out my Dremel for him to use but he wouldn't saying he had to use his own tools. Long story short, he screwed up the height of the latch inset, drilled out all the wood and it still wouldn't lock correctly, daylight was coming in the garage with the door closed in the latch area, the frame was completely drilled out and lost strength. I ended up having to shave the latch inset and redo the wood behind it for added strength. It is still not "right" but I got it to work. Nobody ever followed up to see if I was happy. Not the salesman, not the office, nobody. I felt after paying over $2K, I should have gotten a better install and a follow up. Giving three stars for the quality of the door which is very solid and great security for the garage, but the install was not so great and there was zero follow up. Its been about two years now.

I had a little bit of sticker shock from the first quote so decided this would be worth getting multiple quotes on. And Home Build was one of them due to their stellar Yelp reviews. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

Since the installation , both window units have exhibited significant defects.Ron tried to tell me the window rot out because of our dogs sit on the seat of the window. I have had 4 other window companies at my house . They said The window needs to be appropriately set on a durable, moisture-resistant substrate. The use of either pressure-treated wood or a suitable high-density styrofoam insulation material is required to provide a stable, long-lasting sill support that prevents moisture transfer and material breakdown. Premier did not do that for this install. Ron did give me a quote to do this if they were to install a replacement window.
