He and his staff thus far have been completely painless. This alone is something I am not use to. They are also very friendly and did not take a big chunk out of my wallet when I went. I recently had a crown replaced and a filling. The wait time was almost nothing. Dr. Patterson is a military man and is very organized and structured. Not having to wait in the waiting room is also a new experiance for me when going to the Dentist. His Dental Hygienist Candy (I love that she's named Candy) is so nice and friendly. She also understood that I have very sensitive teeth and was just great a doing a job that needed to be done that I just am never going to be fully comfortable with, but she was wonderful. I found his energy very chaotic and there was never enough time to properly evaluate what I needed. Everytime I was at an appointment it was rushed. I had a filling done and was in pain for months. Everytime something was being "Fixed" it just made things worse and more costly procedures were recommended to me. You are meant to have fillings for years but the doctor can't even totally focus on you while you are there for an hour. This lack of attention caused a lot of problems for me. 8 months later I am still in pain and can't eat properly. I have had to go to another dentist and spend thousands of dollars to attempt to fix all that was done to me. I was not even given the courtesy of having my questions answered. He has never had any fillings done, so the doctor does not even know how it feels to have tooth pain and does not have a good bedside manner.
