This place is a SCAM! All that they care about is the money. The management is horrible! The billing department is horrible! The front desk receptionists greet you with a frown and are incredibly unprofessional and rude. They make their own policies when you do everything right and you are left blind sided by a bill. Beware! There is plenty of other physical therapy businesses much more professional than this horrible business. If I could give a zero rating I would. RUN! read more

I have gone to Justin at Jackson County Physical Therapy for the past month or so. I had a pain in my upper back, and a friend referred me to Justin. I had not even considered physical therapy as a solution to this pain, but I called for an appointment. I'm unbelievably glad I did. He diagnosed the issue right away, and the pain is completely gone. He suggested exercises I could do to strengthen the area, and recommended things I could purchase online to help with posture and neck pressure. The office staff was awesome too! read more

This practice is all about money! I was charged $100 for 2 no show appointments. While I called in with plenty of time and cancelled all my scheduled appointments, they still charged me for no shows! The billing department said they talked to the owner who told them to continue to charge me. I asked to talk to the owner and they said they didn't know which office he was in and wouldn't give me his tele #. Having been a clinic manager I have made calls back to patients with billing problems if they weren't satisfied with the billing department. And I usually gave some kind of break if I found it justified, which this is. So pay your bills no matter if it is fair or not!!! GREED by a local medical profession. read more

I'm a Physical Therapist that has worked with Justin, Kathy, and Daniel in the past and can't say enough about the quality of Physical Therapy care offered at JCPT. They are one of the few, if not the only clinics in Medford that spends quality one-on-one time with their patients without passing treatment off to an aide. They are up to date on all current research and integrate it into caring for the whole person. In addition to caring for their patients, they are very involved in the community. I'm am not impressed with this office. Actually, I didn't even get to go to my appointment, so I can't review the office or doctors themselves, but I can review the lack of urgency and organization that this business is putting out to patients. I went to a new dentist here in Ashland about three weeks ago, who referred me to this physical therapy office that same day. They set up the appointment for me, taking all my insurance information, making sure whatever I was being seen for will be covered. The appointment was scheduled for May 26th, 20 days after my referral was sent on their office. Last week I got a call from Jackson county therapy asking if I would like to set up my first appointment, and to their surprise, I told them I already had an appointment scheduled. The lady on the phone said, " oh I didn't see you on our schedule.... Oh you're right here". That was very unprofessional, in my opinion. They should have recorded that I had my firs appointment scheduled. Today I got a call from my insurance company saying they were contacted by a physical therapy office that I made an appointment with, to notify me that I am out of network. This was very frustrating because I had already checked with them when I made the appointment, that everything would be covered etc. I called up the therapy office asking why they didn't contact my insurance when I had the referral sent in twenty days ago. She told me, "we just contacted them today." And I asked why it took them so long, she expressed that the office was "very busy". This is not acceptable because now I'm in a position where I've waited for twenty days for my appointment, and now I have to wait for another appointment elsewhere. I should have been notified within the first week of the appointment about the information I had asked about initially. UPDATE: 3 years later and business is calling me during work multiple times. I finally answer and I am told that they would appreciate me taking my review down as they are changing things and are trying to get 5 stars on yelp. I live in another state now and there is nothing that can be done to fix this yelp. What's done is done. Do not pester me while I'm working by calling and leaving voicemails begging to take my review down. Especially when the guy says, "you're still angry about 3 years ago?". No I'm angry that you keep calling me and leaving voice mails when this was swept under the rug three years ago. Sorry. Not removing this because people need to be aware of you're lack of organization and appalling customer service. read more

I'm a physical therapist who until recently lived in Austin, TX. I was working with my parents over the phone and got to the point where mom needed hands-on work. In searching around southern Oregon I found Justin as JCPT, liked his credentials, and was able to schedule an appointment the next week. Over the following month he was able to bring my parent back to full functional use and get her back into a normal walking routine and pool work. When I was looking at moving back to Oregon I stopped by to visit and was impressed with the quality of care and the extent that management interacts with and supports the staff...so much so that I ended up accepting a job offer from Justin. Over working here the past three months my expectations have been met and I have nothing but good things to say about the clinic. The staff has been friendly and welcoming. I never thought that I would need PT but a recent back problem forced to me go. I chose JCPT from a referral I got from my doctor. It turned out to be a great choice. Everyone is so nice, accommodating and professional. I got top notch treatment with a series of highly effective home exercises that have really started to help. After having Cancer, Surgery, Chemo and Radiation I was very slow, weak and discouraged. After a year and half of pain trying to do anything basic to get back in shape i continued with pain and problems.I received shots in my leg and hip to help me with gaining progress...but nothing helped. My Doctor referred me to a physical therapy program and I was lucky enough to find Justin at Jackson County physical Therapy on Hawthorne Street in Medford OR I cannot believe the difference!!!!
