Was driving through Jackson, GA last Sunday afternoon. Saw this little mom & pop donut shop and thought I would give it a try. Ordered 6 assorted donuts, clerk's choice except I wanted one to be an apple fritter. These turned out to be the best donuts I've ever had in my life. I called all my relatives and told them to go by there and get donuts if they were ever in Jackson. If I didn't live so far away (Ellijay), I would buy donuts there all the time. If I'm ever within 30 miles of there, I'll make a special trip to get some of their donuts - just, absolutely the best I've ever eaten. Those of you who live nearby, support this business. They put Dunkin to shame. read more

Decent doughnuts for Jackson Ordered a coffee and it took a really long time and gave me two instead of only one. Typical pot brewed coffee. They run a little slow during my visit but glad it is at least an option in small Jackson. read more

This location was enroute from stopping at the car dealership and stunned me because you do not see many donut shops. The prices were very decent. 11.99 for a donor original glaze. Donuts are soft and not drenched in glaze. The only reason I gave this place four stars was because the lady in the drive thru had a glove on her hand, scratched her arm and wrist, handed the card machine out the window, then grabbed our donuts. Her gloves should've been changed out possibly even between customers because you could tell they were not a fresh pair of gloves. I feel in this time of our pandemic, she should've changed gloves. Other than this, the place has a nice selection. And the staff were very kind and friendly. read more

We found out about this little place when we first moved to the Jackson area and I can't say enough about the food. Best FRESH donuts and fritters ever! They put a lot of custard cream in their Boston Cream-filled donuts. They beat the other nearby "donut shop" (and I use the term loosely) hands down. The breakfast burritos and croissants are fantastic and are so big you can't eat it all. Great place if you like to shop small, support hometown businesses, and get the best food. read more

We bought half dozen donuts at the Jackson donuts on July 21, 2023. There were 2 hair on the donuts. Tried to call their number 678-774-0888 for a refund but the number is not in service. Besides 2 hairs on the donuts inside the glaze, there was dead roach at the store. My son told me about a roach after we left. It's hard for me to get real excited about some places. But, me, my wife and grandchildren stopped in today to get a snack before going swimming. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I just had the BEST donuts of my life!!!!! I usually get donuts for my Sunday School class at one of the national chains...NEVER AGAIN! I don't care where you live, you need to take that 10-15 minute drive off I75 to Jackson and get a donut or a dozen. You will not regret it. This is my go-to spot for breakfast! They have amazing service, super hot coffee and delicious food! This just opened right in downtown Jackson at the old Bruster's/Brickery location. They have more than just donuts, they also have coffees, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches among other things. We got - Bavarian Creme filled donut, a cinnamon roll, a glazed donut and an apple fritter. The people are very nice and the prices are reasonable. The donuts tasted so fresh!! The best donuts ever! They are fresh and fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth yummyness. Our toddler grandson begs for a donut from Jackson Donuts every time we drive by. Located at a very busy intersection, it is easy to get in and out of the lot. We've tried the blueberry, Apple fritter, maple-bacon, glazed, and donut holes so far and they've all been beyond compare. So glad to see a place with high-quality treats that are quite affordable. Most of the donuts are 99c-$1.29 each. The folks who work the drive through window are friendly and fast. Sometimes the line at the drive through is super long - because these donuts are worth the wait. read more
