They were great getting us ready with check in and gear! The only downfall was they told us it would take 30 minutes to drive to the trail head that we were going and it took us an hour and 15 minutes then we had to drive back an hour and 15 minutes which almost made it not worth it. read more

Our family of 4 recently did a UTV tour and Claude was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable and loves what he does. We ran into a nasty storm (wind, hail, torrential rain) while on the mountain and he went above and beyond to make sure we still had a great experience. Tons of fun and great views. The two issues we had were 1) there were 2 guides and each took half the group. Our guide got too far ahead of us and when we can to a fork in the trail, we couldn't tell which way he had gone. Not wanting to get lost out there in the Bridger-Teton forest we just waited at the fork expecting the guide to return to lead us the right way. He did, but it took about 30 min before he did. A couple people in our party were getting nervous. 2) that happened right before lunch, so when we finally got there after he came back to get us, one of the 2 vegetarian lunches has been given to someone else, so one of the people in our group didn't get lunch, that they had paid for. Other than these two things. It was fun and the lead guide really enjoyed his job and knew a lot about the history of the area. read more

We rented four of your snowmobiles, and my entire party we had a total of 7 rented. We got home after checking them in, signed off on the paper work showing no damage. Later that week, We received a charge to our account. When we called your guys claimed we damaged a bumper. We didn't go anywhere to even cause damage to the machines, and no matter how much we talked, and tried to work things out nothing was resolved in the end. read more

Just got back from 5 hrs of ridding! We rented two doubles and two singles for my family of 6 from Jackson Hole Adventure Rentals. There was friendly staff, a great location in town, and reasonable prices. We opted for the slate creek loop. When we arrived in the morning the trailer and provided vehicle were ready to go. Easy to get to the unloading zone if you follow the given directions. It is about a 40min ride on a dirt road to get to the trail head. Once you are on, assuming you have a map, it is straight forward. We completed the whole loop, including a 30 min lunch, in a little over 3 hrs. We were moving though. This route was advanced mind you. All in all, great place to rent and had a blast! read more

Amazing day on the trails with the coolest tour guide ever Denise. Highly recommend JH Adventure Rentals!

Goodness! Where do I start!?! This place is awesome with great staff to help you get the most out of a day of adventure around JH! We rented a side-by-side 2 seater for a full day, and the team was great in getting us all set up and on our way quickly while giving us lots of information and tips for places to go and see. They even recommended a great little deli for a sandwich for the road and loaned us some bungee cords to tie down our cooler. We headed off to the Gros Ventre area as recommended and had the best day full of adventure and fun! Couple of pointers if you do a full day and/or 2-seater. Pack lightly as there isn't a ton of cargo space. Don't take the helmets if you're not planning to wear them (they just eat up your space). Pack sunscreen and a lunch and plenty of water (it's hot out there in the summertime). Be prepared to be out pretty much all on your own and have no cell reception (we saw just a couple of atv folks during the whole day). Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this spot for an adventure you won't forget! read more

What a great way to check out the back country! Even though we didn't see any elk in the Elk Refuge, we explored a whole section of Jackson Hole that we couldn't access any other way. The staff were professional and accommodating, following COVID-19 protocols. The 4-person side by side was well maintained and easy to use. We had a ton of fun being out there driving around. A must!! Request Dino, he was a fantastic guide! We had 6 in our group, mid June 2018, we chose the Teton Overlook Tour. Dino was full of great information about the area, the Tetons, Yellowstone and gave great instruction, with extra pointers to our first-time ATV'ers. The ATVs were in excellent condition. Lunch was provided on a hillside overlooking the Tetons...beautiful. We're already planning our trip back next year and we're hoping Dino is still there! We have gone, and we have returned. What an amazing trip, in an amazing town. We cannot say enough great things about Jackson Hole Adventure Rentals. We were picked up from the airport on time, and got a great tour on the way to the office from our driver. He gave us great advice on where to eat, and what to expect going around town. Local, The Gun Barrel, and Liberty were our favorites. We picked up our snowmobile on Sunday, and the made sure that we had enough gear to keep us safe and warm through the day. They went over the map of where we were going, and made sure to tell us cool spots to check out. We had the same experience on Wednesday, when we took a sled out to a different location. Each time, showing us the best spots to stop and look around. The following Sunday, when we returned out vehicle, it was smooth and easy. They took us back to the airport, and made sure that we enjoyed our trip. Amazing people run this operation, and they do a fantastic job. Each step of the way, we knew we were in good hands. When we get back to Jackson, we will be calling these guys first. Fantastic! Cannot give them enough stars! read more

Dishonest and Cheaters! I rented an ATV from them. It was old and in poor shape and I was told "It may not look like much, but it will ride". I was also told they were planning to sell it in a few weeks. When I returned it, they seemed to think there was new damage and are trying to charge me over $900 for it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. SCAM ALERT! I rented from this company - and I a local / live in Jackson - and the owner rushed the checkout, rented me a camper that had damage (dirty, water on the floor, damaged steps) - and then charged my credit card without authorization for over $1000. It appears this is there play to get people to overpay. I emailed owner to try and resolve and here is his response: "You are not welcome on my property anymore. You are welcome to post whatever bad reviews you like but we will respond in a manner with photos that proves you are just another customer trying to not pay for there damages. If you do a chargeback with your credit card we will fight it with your admitting to the damages via email and your signed damage report. You will not win. I hope to never see you on my property again" read more

These guys had great sleds, affordable prices, they picked us up at our hotel and had our sleds ready on the trailer and we were off and on the road in no time at all. We damaged one of the sleds a little bit and the repair costs were right in line with what we would expect to pay to repair the damage. We had a great time and I would highly recommend their service. First I would like to start this review with how good this company USED to be. I have rented 10 sleds for a weekend over the last few years from these guys. Previous experiences were good. I will say that they do include gear with sled rentals which is cool and a trailer if you rent multiple sleds. I used to get multi-sled discounts, they stopped offering that this year which saddened me. I reserved my sleds with half the money down months in advance like normal. I get a phone call a few days before the trip saying that they were switching around our sleds and couldn't upgrade us or anything for the inconvenience. Fine whatever.. We put about 100-150 miles on them over the weekend of just chill trail riding. Machines ran great other than a couple of them had pieces of plastic falling of them from not being bolted on correctly. We returned our machines with no accidents, everyone had fun and did not wreck. We checked them in and the two employees that checked them in inspected the sleds very carefully, we pointed out everything including the plastic pieces. There was no major or even minor damage. We signed our paperwork, got our security deposit and credit card authorization forms back. They told us they shredded our card numbers (which was a lie). Along the way home I get a phone call stating that one of my sleds had front end damage including the front bumper and exhaust that is under the hood (hood not damaged I guess?). They asked us to come back and pay for the damage. We disputed these allegations so they said they would handle it. I asked to see the sled the next day and they said they had already repaired it and rented it out. They claim they had overnighted the parts from 8pm Saturday night and it was rented out Sunday morning (pretty fast UPS service I guess). We began our journey home a day late about 5 hours south and went to fill the fuel tank on our truck and got a declined bank card. We found that Jackson Hole Adventure Rentals had authorized multiple transactions and drained our bank account. -$500 and -$350 which left us in the negative and unable to use any of our funds. I spoke with them about this and they told us that there was nothing that could be done they had already charged our account and all the correct charges would clear for the parts that were damaged. Here I am sitting at home accepting what had happened when MORE charges hit my account. I am going to have to call the bank and find out for sure but it looks like another -$500 and another -$350 have been removed from my account after depositing money to correct the negative balance. I will get this figured out but man what a huge hassle it has been. Especially when someone claims they have shredded your bank card information after a successful undamaged signed in return. And then they just charge a whole bunch of random funds. I am extremely disappointed and will probably get my ten sleds elsewhere next year. $2,500 a weekend will go to another company that doesnt charge thousands for a $50 front bumper.. read more

Remarkable that this is a legal business. Our resort concierge booked ATV's. No agreements signed. We called to cancel and were told that we had missed the 48 hour notification limit, by 12 minutes! We tried to explain that we had limited cell services and would've notified them sooner but couldn't. We told them that we weren't aware of the terms because there wasn't any documentation provided. They didn't care about that either. We had to get our son to a doctor and they presumed we were lying. So they charged us 80% of the rental, almost $600. As luck would have it, our friends who had no previous experience with this company had rented a speed boat and jet ski (No tubes or bananas or other water toys) from the same outfit a few days later. We went with them and the boat, which had gas for more than a day, ran out in the middle of the lake after a few hours. The two individuals who delivered the boat and jet ski admitted they had no experience with the equipment so were of no help. Fortunately our friends are very experienced boaters. We eventually got ourselves back and while the younger kids were very frightened we were all ok. And for a topper, the boat representative tried to stiff us for $500, claiming we bent the propeller! Really? A $40 aluminum propeller for $500? Stay away from this company. There are many other choices, summer and winter, even in Alpine, where you will be much happier. read more
