I booked with Sensation Surgery Recovery and stayed 10 nights in a private room during my surgery recovery. The stay included lodging, transportation, meals, and 24-hour care. Other services I purchased included IV Treatment for post-surgery which helped with recovery, in-house lymphatic drainage massages as prescribed by my doctor, and additional transportation to run errands. I had a very positive experience during my stay, from the moment Saul picked me up from the airport through the very last day. The house was always clean. The kitchen was stocked with food (fresh fruits, home made natural juice, natural coconut water). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always served on-time and they accommodated my dietary restrictions. The ladies who cared for me, Adriana, Melisa, Stefanie, and Yude treated me like family and nurtured me until I was independent. Everyone spoke Spanish which was perfect as I am fluent. When I followed up, I received inconsistent explanations. First, I was told they did not know what happened with the website, then later I was told the booking was "non-refundable." I do not believe a non-refundable policy should apply when the business is unable to provide the service purchased. e I believe the business acted unfairly and misleadingly.
