I called him after seeing many people give him a 5 star rating in the Nextdoor app. He responded promptly to my voice mail. He had great communication after I set the appointment. We set the appointment for a 2 hour window, 2 days from the call. On the day of the appointment he called and told me he'd be here in an hour (that was with in the 2 hour window). Upon his arrival he promptly got to work, the whole process from start to finish was about 30-45 minutes. I'm sure it could have been quicker by 10 minutes had I not asked him to look at another car. With him ..... cash is king. Windshield, install and him coming to my house .... $199. Very pleased with him and his work. I hope I don't ever need his services again, but if I do need auto glass replaced or repaired I'm calling him. Don't waste your time with anybody else call him you won't be disappointed. read more

This is the second time I have found myself in need of Jackson Mobile Glass services. This is the second time one of my electric passenger windows was shattered; needless to say, I was afraid to take my car anywhere because I was unable to lock it. Can't thank Jason enough! Walked out to get something out of my "new to me" truck during a pretty heavy rainstorm and was greeted with a river flowing from under my dash. Turns out the windshield wasn't sealed properly by whoever did it before. I called multiple places before reaching Jason. Nobody else could get me in until Monday-Wednesday and the weekend forecast predicts a lot more rain. I talked to him around 10am and by 1pm the same day he was working on my truck. Great service! After price comparing a few places, we decided that Jackson Mobile Glass was offering the best deal for 2 windows, one stationary. Help arrived within about 2 hours of the initial request. My windows were fixed right in my work parking lot while I continued my day. The excess glass was vacuumed and removed from the parking lot as well. Window works perfectly, and the door panel was put back together correctly! My rear window on my pickup was leaking so I call Jackson Mobil glass repair for a quote and appointment to come to my house we agreed to Monday, He wasn't sure if it could be done because of the weather but said as long as the rain holds off he would do it.
