Jackson tile has so many options with great quality products. Because of the variety of options, you can choose the tiles that fit your price range. The tiles are priced per square feet, and have many displays and examples for you to see and feel. I had to Renovate my bathrooms and kitchen, and I'm so thankful that I was introduced to this place. You can really choose the tiles you like, and customize how you'd like with different designs. For example, you can choose a marble wall for bath wall, and select which additional detailed design you'd like you add, such as a strip of colorful , patterned stones across the bathroom wall. It's a big warehouse, well organized, and big. The staff is very laid back, friendly, welcoming, helpful! There is street parking, and some parking in the front. Enter by going into the big parking lot, and toward your right, you'll see a big open space up the ramp to enter the warehouse. read more

I was recommended this place by my contractor to pick out flooring for my downstairs great room/kitchen area and our bathroom tiles. Amy was helpful, this place has A LOT of selection especially in low price ranges. They have a bathroom show room which made picking out the bathroom tiles really quick and easy, and she helped me with the flooring tiles. It took a while to get all my samples, but all in all it was a painless experience. They don't have too many high end tiles here just FYI. We chose some mid-range to high end tiles for our house and the final product came out looking really nice! read more

I went in with a piece of broken edge tile and a picture of the countertop. The young lady friendly greeted me and offered help. She confirmed with the knowledgeable young man who sits next to her, and let me know they do not carry this product. The young man suggested finding them online, he not only provided me the name of the tile part, also helped me figure out the color of it. Greatly appreciate their help. read more

This is a terrible place to purchase tile or anything else that they sell. My husband and I spent well over $3,000 at Jackson Tile. When we purchased the tile they told us that we could bring back any unused tile as long as it was in boxes. We brought back 2 boxes of tile. Our home remodeling took longer than expected and when we took the tile back they told us that we were only allowed to bring the tile back after 30 days or else there would be a "restocking fee" which is 25% of the total cost of the tile. After spending thousands of dollars and explaining to the owner that we were only 2 days late and asking if she could waive the restocking fee because after all, we were there to purchase more tile, more grout and other items she still said "NO, you owe me $29 for being 2 days late I don't care if you don't buy anything else here". We paid her and left! Never, ever again will I purchase from there. Instead we drove to home depot where they are not trying to nickel and dime their customers! It's places like this that give small businesses a bad name. read more

If you are looking for expensive priced tile and no service come here. If you want better priced tile with good service go to Tile City in El Monte (read my review). Came here looking for travertine or traverine like (porceline tile) for my bathroom and bedroom updates and got no help. Walked in and there was NO ONE here. The young guy and his dad, I presume, were behind the counter and provide no help. This was my first project and I know nothing about tile. He made it seems as if he was doing me a favor. Perhaps a little introduction on the pros and cons of travertine vs. porceline would be helpful. NOPE. Walked around with him and saw some pieces and then decided, I'll go elsewhere. DONT come here!!! The only benefit to buying here is they have a lot of options ready to go. If you have time, consider going to Home Depot. You'll get a better price, better service, AND a better return policy. I purchased tile from this place at "clearance $2.49 per sq ft" and saw the SAME thing at Home Depot afterwards for $1.98 per sq ft regular price!!! This place was recommended by my realtor. I made renovations to my townhouse, so came here to buy tiles for the bathroom and kitchen. This place is HUGE(!) with an unbelievable selection. They have tiles in every price range to fit everyone's budget. I chose one from the "borderline poor" section. They didn't have any showrooms, unless you count the bathrooms. The bathrooms give samples of how to match and lay out the tiles. But of course, my bathrooms are a lot smaller than these, and I couldn't afford those tiles anyway. Maybe when I win the lottery... Anyway, I came here a few times to look at their selection before making a decision. Like most other Asian owned businesses, service isn't the forte. No one came to help me on any of the times I was there. I don't mind that though, because I get to browse pressure and distraction free. When I finally did make my selection, I had to find someone, which was not that easy, to help me. The salesman wasn't very friendly and didn't seem enthusiastic about his job. I picked out my tiles and had the contractor come pick up the right number of tiles. Now, my experience wasn't unpleasant, but it wasn't the most pleasant either. After shopping around a half dozen tile stores, I found Jackson Tile & Stone to have a great selection and competitive prices. I would still recommend shopping around as tile prices can vary greatly. One major advantage is that they have many tiles on-site for pickup the same day. This is helpful when I was shopping around and other places needed 2-4 days and required a delivery fee. read more

We went to another tile store first, but they would have to order the tiles if we bought there. So we went to Jackson Tile and were amazed by the selection. We needed a variety of tiles for our bathroom remodel and all the ones we liked were in stock, ready for pickup. Service was excellent. If you want to be left alone to browse (as I prefer) they won't bother you. But they were readily available and very helpful when we had questions. They also provided good info on tile choices and the different grouts we required. Their prices were reasonable except for one glaring exception: Their shower pan mosaic tiles cost FIVE TIMES as much as Home Depot. Even worse, the mosaic tiles did not have price tags on them, so their high cost was an unhappy surprise at the cash register. Due to their large selection of in-stock tile, you should check out Jackson Tile before you buy anywhere else. But watch out for the over-priced mosaic tiles! They give a 3% discount for cash, which is how we paid. read more

I have been shopping here for over 5 times, and throughout all my visiting experiences, I had no problem with them. Price are legit and service are great. They got lots of products to chose from. But what really got me to spend time on this review was one of their Rep. "Wing". She is by far the best I've talked to. She seems to know the ins and outs of the entire warehouse and really knows what a customer needs. Some times she takes the extra steps to help her customers too. My most previous experience with her was just last month. When I was about to make a purchase, she would stop me, and asked if I even looked at the show room to make sure I will be happy with what I planned on buying. She would then explained the details of the products and the pros and cons. It really helps me finalize my choices. Most of all, their exchange policy is really flexible when you have an understandable explanation. A+. read more

I purchased tile for several rooms. The prices were good & the selection is amazing. They have many different styles to choose from. It's a giant warehouse. They have some in stock and others can be received in just a few days. Darrel helped me on several occasions. I found him to be very friendly and helpful. He knew about all the different tiles and pointed out similar styles at different prices. I found their customer service to be great. I'm a realtor and recommended a client. Our contractor recommended them, but I would not use these guys. As you can read from the other reviews, the salespeople are often rude and clueless here. This would be acceptable if they had good cheap pricing, but while you may think that they are a wholesaler based on their warehouse in a cruddy area, they are basically simply a full retail price showroom that simply orders their materials from other suppliers (which is why they charge full retail). They have a good selection of some materials [not too much natural stone, lots of fake man made porcelain though], so if you don't mind poor customer service and high prices, by all means, shop here. read more

They have excellent service here! I was looking for a specific tile for my remodeled kitchen and was looking everywhere. I was told they were discontinued and I won't be able to find them so I should look for something else. I decided to call Jackson Tile & Stone and the salesperson told me they have it. So I went to take a look. They have a large variety of tiles and the tile I was looking for just happens to be on sale! It made my day. If you're looking for tiles, this is the place to go. Went there with a friend to check out some tiles for his home remodeling. Yeah, they have a big showroom with lots of selection. HOWEVER, the place is like a maze. It is difficult to find what you are looking for. Even if you found something you like, its hard to find it again. I feel like they are trying to put up as many samples as possible regardless what they are. Price is not the best and their service is crap. Nobody come help us and at least say Hi even when they saw us walking around. When we ask ed them questions, they act like they didnt want our business. This place is more of a warehouse than a store front/show room. The location of the place is in the area of industrial district. I think some reviewers have the expectation of good service. To be fair, if you go to costco or some other warehouse store, do you expect a salesperson to help you with the sale? I bought tiles from them twice, first time was in 2009. They didn't change much other than made more shelf space to show more samples. It is like a maze and a little crowded, but you will never find other tile store carrying same amount of tiles like Jackson's tile. You can find any style that you see on a magazine, if you are patient enough to go though their huge inventory. Even with same style, you can probably find high end ones made from Italy and low end cheaper ones made from China. You are warned that you will be overwhelmed by the choices of tiles they carry and it will easy take 2 hours to go through all the ailses. Make the decision of what style you will buy first then go to this place. read more

Bought $4,000 worth of tile that was special-ordered and they sent the completely wrong color. Not only did they refuse to refund my money, but they charged a 25% restocking fee and wouldn't even give a refund for the $100+ of grout material. We bought the tiles and they were nice, at time of purchase they said we could return them even though it was close out style. I never bought tile or did construction before, so I had no idea we'd need to return EXTRA tile if we overestimated our need. So I didn't even think about jacob's offer that we could return. Now that our job just completed yesterday, I told my husband to return the extra ten boxes we have. Since they are 60 pounds each box, he called them first to see if he can bring them today. Jacob now tells us it's been 45 days since we purchased it and the receipt says we have 30 days to return. He said they've sold out all of them so they won't take back our ten boxes roughly around $350 worth. At time of purchase, he didn't tell us about the 30 days, he only told us we could return. Yes, nice showroom, great variety, but not very good to consumer after they'd got the money! Also, I never knew exact timeframe of when our job would be complete, and I never knew about the 30 days time limit or I would have returned the extra boxes immediately. I just thought when our job is done is when we think about things like that. I don't think Jacob informed us very well, and am not happy. read more
