I dropped my 2016 ram 2500 Cummins off with a P0750 code that indicates something is wrong with the solenoid pack inside of the transmission. The P0750 code is only indicative of an electrical failure. After 3 days of it sitting in the parking lot, they were finally able to pull it in for a diagnosis. Over the phone I explained some more in-depth troubleshooting steps that included a wire swap on the harness (I did not have the dealer tool to be able to do this myself) to rule out if it was the shift solenoid or the PCM. The next call I received from integrity was them saying the whole transmission needed to be replaced and they did not bring up the solenoid issue until I had to ask if they did an ohm test on the solenoid pack. Over the phone I was told that the transmission pan was full of metal, and the fluid was burnt, the fluid was due to be changed, it was dirty but not burnt. I requested photos of the transmission pan and once I received them, it didn't have excess metal or clutch residue in the pan. I was then quoted a handful of 68rfe's that started at $9000 ranging to $15,000. Well over the normal market price for a rebuild or a swap. Once I received my truck back, I pulled the CVI readings for each gear and they were all indicative of a healthy transmission, so I brought it to a different shop that properly diagnosed the issue and replaced the solenoid pack, and the transmission has run great since. I would not recommend bringing your truck to integrity for any short of diagnosis with a dodge transmission, they will attempt to quote you a new transmission as a money grab. Attached are the photos the tech took of my transmission pan with "metal all over it" and the readings of my CVI.

Stopped in too see about having my car looked at for headlight issues. Which I did and explained to the man that I knew what was wrong and asked if they could do the job and what it would cost me to make sure it was the ballast and if they could do it. They said, yes and I was quoted it would be $50 and if they did the repair it would be deducted from the bill. Made an appointment for Thursday at 7:30 am Dropped my car off as scheduled, and was told they would call by the end of the day. Never received a call at all that day. On Friday around 10 am I called them to find out what was going on. They said, that a car ahead of me was taking longer than expected and I would be up next. Around 4 pm I started calling...thinking they were open until 5:30 pm. All I got was voicemail and left a message for them to call me back. I got no response at all that day. So I'm assuming they are open on Saturday...my bad. After checking their website...found out they were closed on the weekend. On Monday morning I called and asked why wasn't I called on Friday. Their response was, oh we close at 4 pm on Friday. I responded, that's not what your website advertised...it says your open until 5:30 pm and you need to change that. They didn't even seemed concerned. They said, that by the end of the day they would know something. I told them I really needed to know for sure by the end of the day because my son was flying in the next day and I had to go pick him up. Because they had to take bumper off to replace the part...they could put it back together but I would be out more money for them to take the bumper off again. So I said just fix it and I ended up renting a car for 3 days. On Wednesday they finally got to it and now I have a defective part. I was charged $100 instead of $50 that I was quoted. I told the owner Tommy that was not what I was quoted. Tommy said, well that guy quit and that was not the price. Never have I encountered such bad customer service. I almost felt it was like my fault for he's excuses. Communication is nonexistent. Every time I was in there I had to wait while Tommy was on the phone always. They need to change their name Integrity...too I DONT GIVE A F***

I had a major evap leak detected and repaired. When I got home the check engine light came back on. I showed up unannounced and although they were busy, they started working on my van immediately with no additional cost. I very much appreciate the integrity and hard work of everyone I interacted with. You guys rock!

I was not told my car would be taken out for a test drive, inspected for anything but my AC. I received my first phone call, telling me about the problem with my AC. It could be corrected; the cost would be $2065. My second phone call was to inform me the mechanic had found other issues with my car, plus the mechanic had broken my engine oil dipstick. There would be an extra charge to me for the replacement of the dipstick. My car had just gotten a complete checkup 30 days prior and except for the engine oil leak none of the other items mentioned were found at the prior inspection. when I went to pick up my car, I was directed to the credit card reader to make my payment. Upon review of my statement, I seen that I was charged for using my credit card. No one told me there was an upcharge for using my credit card. I was also told that my oil change was 10,000 miles overdue. I asked if anyone had checked the windshield sticker, to actually see when my last oil change was done. That was a collective NO. I would not recommend this A&R auto repair on Warfield to anyone.

The car has over 300,000 miles on it but has always run like a brand-new vehicle, so when I started having issues with it struggling to accelerate past 40 mph and having trouble going up hills, I knew something wasn't right. When I first got the vehicle, we took it to Pep Boys, and they recommended that we visit a muffler shop to have the catalytic converter inspected. It was rusty, and although there weren't any visible holes or broken parts, we were told it was fine but I found out that that's not a part that you could just inspect from the outside. A family friend of ours, Demetrius R, who is a mechanic initially offered to do the work for us at a great price, but he actually ended up recommending Kraft Street Muffler -- and I'm so glad he did. I ordered an OEM catalytic converter from AutoZone ahead of time, and when I called Kraft Street Muffler for a labor quote, I was shocked to hear it was only $150 before taxes. Even better, they were able to get us in immediately, and the entire job only took about an hour. The technician who serviced my vehicle was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to educate us about the car and explain things in a way that went above and beyond what I expected. Since the repair, there are no more check engine lights on, and the car runs even more amazing than before. Faster and more powerful. Overall, it was a smooth, affordable, and trustworthy experience. I will absolutely continue to use and recommend Kraft Street Muffler to anyone needing exhaust or catalytic converter work.
