I come to Jackson's for reasonably good car wash, even the barrage of hard selling attempts for additional services is annoying. So, it's a bit busy at Jackson's today. I find myself about 6th in line at the cash register inside with a single register open. What appears to be a manager or supervisor went into the back room behind the counter and when exiting the office remarked to the lone cash register attendant, 'really busy day, huh?" I'm sure there was a reason why the manager/supervisor did not roll up his sleeves and help out at one of the other two vacant registers....but he just exited the office. Appearances are everything. I purchased a full exterior and interior detail from Jackson's for $200 (see photo of receipt). I was told that they'd get swirls out of my paint, restore all my seats, take the stains out of the seats, restore my wheels, and have my truck as clean as it could possibly get. I dropped off my truck at 8:00am and was told they be detailing it all day and to pick it up at 5:30pm right before they closed. PLEASE DON'T BE AS STUPID AS I AM!!! Their service is nowhere near worthy of the price I paid. They couldn't even clean off the bird poop on the roof (see photo). There are multiple missed sections on the truck, the stain on my front seat that they told me they would get out looks exactly the same as when I dropped it off...and I found a new stain in the back seat!!! They couldn't even clean out trash from behind the seats. For $200 I'd think that should at least buy me complete trash removal from the truck. Please look at the photos and decide for yourself. I am beyond frustrated but also embarrassed that I let these guys get $200 out of me. I will never be going back to these guys. Please learn from my stupidity and pay a professional to detail your vehicle. So Frustrating!!! read more

They did a great job on my CR-V and my daughter tends to make a mess of it. I paid for the basic $14.99 wash, took a little longer than expected and everyone try's to up sell you on a fixing a windshield chip, or an oil-change or a $99 detailing but I understand that is their business. I will say I didn't realize they do oil-changes here and how convenient is that, next time I will plan for a car wash & oil change at the same time - will spend my time over in Hobby Lobby waiting :) Anyways, the guys were all very friendly and helpful towards me and my baby. Check in was easy enough though the manager did try to upsell many things. Cashier was checked out and told me I would be called when my car was done being washed. Sit inside which is nice and clean and has wifi (it is well over 100* outside). Forever and ever I wait and am never called. Finally go to investigate and find my car is done and parked in the parking lot. Have to talk to two rude employees to get my key. Zero tip for that service. Will NEVER go back. I brought my car here on a last min oil change before heading home to Vegas. The gentleman in the oil change bay were super helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all like I normally do at these types of places and not only did they do the oil change, they fixed my air conditioning problem that I was having. BONUS! If your car is dirty and you would like it to stay dirty after you pay a bunch of money, you should bring your car here. No matter what you say or how nicely you ask, they will not clean your car. They will not vacuum thoroughly. They will not wipe the seats. They will not wash mud off of the outside of the car. All of my runners were still muddy when they told me it was done. I asked if he could please fix that. He got in my car and drove it around the building and came back exactly the same and told me it was done. When I dropped off the car at the beginning, I told the "manager" that the vacuum was really the only thing I cared about. ***Please Beware*** On June 3rd we brought are new 2017 Mercedes-benz to get a car wash. We went to jacksons on Gilbert and germain in chandler. While drying the car, their air-pressure gun blew off our emblem on the back of the car. They apologized and said for us to get a estimate. We did. They never called us to fix the damages. Can you take a chance and bring your car there. It's not worth the gamble. I am stuck for $193.00 to fix their irresponsibility. read more

Workers are so rushed by the volume of upcoming vehicles that the vacuum guy hastily removed the cleated floor mat out of the driver's side footwell and tore the cleat right out of the carpet. Now I get to deal with that fix! I paid for "The Works" car wash. Damaging a car doesn't work for me and it won't for you either. Go somewhere else to get your car washed. Here's my take. I've been going here weekly (give or take a few weekends) for about 2.5 years. I personally don't have issues with the staff or process of getting my car washed because I attend regularly so, unlike some of the other reviewers state about their vehicles, I do not have excessive issues with bugs, paint or interior. There have been a few times where I've not received the wax I pay for as part of my package but because I watch my car go through, the manager has never once complained or questioned me about sending the car though again to correct the issue. Apparently there was something going on with their new system and it's good to report issues to managers so they have a chance to correct it for you. I've had my truck worked on and I've also bought gas here and a few supplies from their stores. There have been times when a few people that work there have not been in the best mood, HOWEVER, it's never been taken out on me and real people sometimes have issues. I can understand that completely. The business serves to make money and patrons serve to receive what they pay for...it's that simple. The one issue I had a bit consistently was having a VIP package yet not wanting interior dressing. More than a few times the kids at the finish line run the cars and don't always look at what is written on the window. When it's 115 degrees outside, I'm okay with a few slip ups. I don't expect a new car to be returned to me when I'm not taking in a new car to be washed. If I had that level of issue then I wouldn't run to yelp to complain about it, I'd take it up with the manager so that they knew or would hear how much I want them to know how important my concern is that needs addressing. Again, never had an issue where I left feeling like I wasn't part of the family there because I speak up to the faces of the people what work there and not online where there is no chance to address my concern. I mean at that point I would have left the property with my unresolved problem to go home and complain online. Who does that? Let's get back to personal business operations here and take partial responsibility ourselves. And I get it, if I consistently had poor experiences here I would call it out, not just 1 or 2. Now let me be fair about my bad experiences so you guys don't think I'm a shill. Other than what I mentioned...a brought a brand new Limited Edition JCW Clubman in for it's first wash and they...accidentally left the rear right passenger door window down. I was pissed but here's the thing...I would not have known had the kid not told me. I didn't watch my car go through this first time and I could see the look on his face when he was walking up to me to tell me (genuine in his approach). I'm sure had he not said anything I'd have found out so there's that. Yes they had already cleaned out the water from the leather and floor but this was unfortunate not intentional incompetence. Luckily in AZ it took only 1 summer day for the car to dry out completely...no big deal. I since purchased a VIP pass and started attending regularly. I forgive them and water under the bridge (or in the car lol). Since then I've not had a single water issue in all of my 128 car washes...yep...128 car washes over 2 different cars in 2.5 years. The Upsells...yep they happen. So say no. It's their job to upsell. Upsell the wash, upsell the window replacement if you have chips, upsell the detail etc. It's a business! It's what they do. I put up with it every visit and you just say no if you don't need it. Get a package and you get free details anyway so you just tell them that or they'll remind you. Not a big deal there. There are secret shoppers from all corp retail businesses that look for and report on that stuff anyways which is why it happens! Waiting for you car when it's done. I cannot tell you how many times I sit there listening to the finish line people yelling out the type of car that is ready and the people who own the car are not there to get their cars...they are either inside or face down in their phone not paying attention. If you are at the finish line waiting, you're going to see your car and you're going to see and hear when they are done. Have your receipt ready because that's how they know you actually paid for the wash. If they didn't give you a receipt, which has never happened to me, then make it be theirs to correct right there. If you bring in a really dirty car then have it hand washed. The machine isn't going to return a new car to you out the other end. This way you can supervise it if you're that bent on the 5000 bugs or just determine that a DIY your best option. They do pre scrub prior to sending it in to the machine so supervise that part too if you've got a really dirty car and high expectations. So I'm stopping because I could go on and on. This place is great, excellent selection of drinks...has turnover and doesn't read minds. Talk with the staff and management. read more

Pricing is fair. $55 for a blended oil change. They do $10 off of you change two filters at the same time. Car wash is included with the service as can be upgraded with $15 off the next level up's price. Everyone is super nice and the service should take less than an hour. read more

I went in a couple of months ago on my lunch break at work to get my car washed. I told them what service I wanted and the guy asked me about detailing the inside and outside of my car. I told him that I could not afford it so I was going to pass. He asked me how much I could afford (did not like the fact because I don't like telling what amount I can actually afford. Just take my word for it and let's move on). Guy asks me if I'm trying to sell my car because that's the only reason why people get their cars detailed on the inside anyways. (Not true). Finally makes me a deal and I take it. He goes off to the kiosk to get my receipt. Window guy comes up and is trying to sell me on replacing my windshield. Yes I know I have chips in it but I'm good. I told him no I was not fixing my windshield today and tries to keep talking to me about how I need to get it replaced today because it of the damage. I told him once again I was good and that I was not replacing my windshield today. He asked if I had full glass coverage on my insurance. I told him yes and he's like well they will pay for it. Once again I had to tell him no I was not replacing my windshield. Car gets washed and then they dry it and take it over for the inside detailing. I am watching them the whole time. Finally after an hour they finish with my car and I get in it to leave. Fast forward a few days and I notice that my air freshener that I have in my car is missing. I then realized that they THREW IT AWAY! This is not your average air freshener you can just go buy at the store. I am a Scentsy Rep and these are ordered and shipped to my house and expensive. I emailed the store about it to get an explanation of why they would throw something away without asking me first...no response....it's been a couple of months and still no response. I use the car wash by my house now because I am very hesitant to take it back to this car wash. read more

Good wash, but not staffed properly to handle capacity. The average time for a complete wash is 45 minutes, which is too long in my opinion. I would not recommend this car wash as your regular stop. There are better options available. It seems to me that management has a choice to make. Either hire enough workers that can handle the peak capacity or drastically reduce prices and try to compete on value. Right now, it's not working. You pay a premium but have to wait much longer than what is reasonable. The Ultimate Wash costs $40.00 ($42.00 if you have a SUV or Van), but it takes so long that the wash is not worth the money. Imagine how many more premium washes could be sold if customers could be out within 20 minutes? Premium pricing comes with certain expectations. In this case wash quality vs. time. At the very least, management can assign more workers dedicated to Ultimate Wash customers. At least those of us paying upwards of $40 know we are getting the appropriate attention commensurate with what we are paying. read more

Paid for a car wash literally all that was done to my car was the outside was dried after it went through the auto car wash. I could've done that myself, nothing interior was wiped down, there were crums still everywhere and not even the cup holders were wiped out. Pretty upsetting to sit for an hour to wait for someone to dry off the outside of my car. Not real sure what I paid for. read more

He tried to tell me all these things that were wrong with my paint and I needed a wax etc. I told him 5 times I DO NOT WANT A CAR WASH he continued to harass me! So I snapped! Finally the oil guy came and he had an attitude because I asked him why the oil change was so much. He was very rude and told me I could take my car somewhere else. I asked him if they had coupons online he said NO. I looked on the site and I found a coupon and I'm sure he knew about it but lied. After my car was done I went to pay and noticed a 14.99 charge. Tyrone Goree upgraded my wash to VIP and I told him I DID NOT WANT THAT! He tried to get over on me and he didn't think I would notice. These guys are all CONS and I would stay away! Basically this place is trying to make money by pushing detailing. It appears there are plenty of sales people but no one to do the work. Clearly I overpaid for the detail since there was still dirt on the car and the inside looked like it was wiped down once. The cup holder was not even touched. I prepaid for the service and subsequently scheduled an 11 o'clock appointment on a different day. Arrived at 11 and was not finished until 3. Was told there were other people that purchased the detail that day. The whole point of the appointment is so we don't have to wait. I think they had one person to handle the detailing. I feel sorry for him. My suggestion to anyone that would like their car detailed is to hire a mobile detailer. read more

So I finally got my Jeep waxed and detailed. Well let me tell you... freakin job was amazing!! I've never seen my engine so clean!! I didn't even think it was possible to get it that clean and spotless. I had tons of beautiful AZ pin strips that you can't even see anymore! My baby feels like it came off the dealer lot!! I'm so disappointed in this place, I went in to have a oil change and a car wash oil change was $39.99 and they told me for five dollars more I could upgrade the free car wash I wanted the best wash and I ask them how much it would cost for them to try and get out a little stain about 8 inches on the backseat of my SUV they checked on it and told me that they would be happy to do it for free because of the other services I was having done. I walked over to TJ Maxx because he told me would take about an hour. When walking back, I noticed my vehicle was sitting in the parking lot and hadn't been done yet so I went in to pay and they had given me a bill of almost $70 when I questioned this and they called somebody up that had initially helped me and he said I don't have anything to do with the car wash so I have no idea what they told you a price would be and turned and walked away the cashier basically shrugged her shoulders and ring me up I said to her I guess this is why your reviews are soBad and she didn't say a word no apology nothing. So I asked when my car was going to be complete and she thought it was already done I walked out to the parking lot and to my surprise it was a horrible job so apparently this $40.00 car wash they didn't even wipe the water spots off of the mirrors two of the back windows and the door jams were filthy. There were chunks of dog hair in the cupholder and the entire reason I brought the car in to be washed my niece had a sprinkle cupcake in the backseat and there were sprinkles everywhere which looks like they had brushed them into the crease, Shown in photo. I called the gentleman over him and he was very kind and did wipe down everything I pointed out to him however it still was not a $40 car wash by any means they did not detail that one spot in the backseat and I didn't notice the sprinkles until I got home so they're still in the crevice. Every time I come here I have a bad experience... idk why I've given them so many chances. This time they suggested I get my (brand new 2020) truck buffed to get rid of the water spots. I said no thanks they were just from a light rain a few days ago. Once the truck was done it was still wet on the running boards and bumper which I'll have to clean myself to avoid actual water spots. I couldn't tell if they did it on purpose because I said no to the buffing or if they are just ignorant and really don't know how to clean a vehicle properly. They weren't even busy... they also left bugs on the front bumper. I would expect more when paying for an upgraded wash. read more

Went in for a car wash, I was talking with a friend on my phone, I asked my friend to hang on while I talked to the service rep. I told him I wanted a basic car wash. He asked if I wanted my tires done, I said no, he asked if I wanted my carpets cleaned, I said no, I just want a basic car wash and that's it. I don't have time for a detail. One star is generous. The greeter was on his own time and enjoyed flirting with one of the female staffers. The people drying and finishing up the cars were also working on their own time table. No sense of urgency, no snap in their step. Rather, they were looking at their cell phones, chatting among themselves, etc. Two cars that came out after mine were dried and finished before my car was even touched. I brought this point up to the crew leader, who said: "You must be mistaken...that doesn't happen here." When I told him one of the cars was my wife's and he she got the same wash package as me, he didn't know what to say...but he darn sure wasn't going to accept what I had told him. When I went to get into my car after the crew leader called me over, it wasn't even near done - floor mats upside down, inside of car not wiped down, rims barely cleaned. I asked the same crew leader why he called me over when my car wasn't ready and he said he didn't. WTF?!? I will not go a Jackson's any longer. Should have heeded the warnings from other reviews. Half priced Wednesday's must also mean they only do half the work. Once they were "finished" the interior was still dirty and mostly untouched. A full service car wash customer should not have to point something this basic out when paying for the very service Jackson's is supposed to be providing. I took my car today for a regular wash, customer service from the front girl was really nice, BUT outside was a different story.. I understand that everyone wants to go home after a long day but I paid for a service that I didn't like.. it was closer to the end of the day, probably 30 min before closing... so the guys finishing up the car were in a hurry, I asked the guy cleaning the car (asian guy)if he could use air gun on the side mirrors and door handles, totally ignored me and informed me it was good to go. Well I likeD this place until just now when I am being punished for using cash instead of a card. It's 5:30pm and I wanted to exchange a beanie for one I almost bought 3 days ago, but is gone now. So I nist wanted my money back and the clerk was nice but had to call manager, Megan, who wouldn't allow her clerk to Give me my money back because I paid cash, but if I would've paid with a card then it would be OK?! So now I have to come back some other time making another trip which for all day no I can live two hours away, and yet they hire someone that they don't trust to do a return WITH original receipt??? So you hire employees that you allow to take customers money, but if they have a change of heart or your product doesn't work to customers standards, send the same person that took your money is not allowed to give it back?? If you don't trust your employees To do a normal transaction then you shouldn't hire them, poor business model for poorly managed... The more I write this the more I wanna change my review from a 2 to a 1 star, But I will leave it at two only because the clerk that helped me was very sweet and is just following ignorant orders that I have a feeling is not even company policy, but Megan's policy who probably has a Superiority complex.
