Well I likeD this place until just now when I am being punished for using cash instead of a card. It's 5:30pm and I wanted to exchange a beanie for one I almost bought 3 days ago, but is gone now. So I nist wanted my money back and the clerk was nice but had to call manager, Megan, who wouldn't allow her clerk to Give me my money back because I paid cash, but if I would've paid with a card then it would be OK?! So now I have to come back some other time making another trip which for all day no I can live two hours away, and yet they hire someone that they don't trust to do a return WITH original receipt??? So you hire employees that you allow to take customers money, but if they have a change of heart or your product doesn't work to customers standards, send the same person that took your money is not allowed to give it back?? If you don't trust your employees To do a normal transaction then you shouldn't hire them, poor business model for poorly managed... The more I write this the more I wanna change my review from a 2 to a 1 star, But I will leave it at two only because the clerk that helped me was very sweet and is just following ignorant orders that I have a feeling is not even company policy, but Megan's policy who probably has a Superiority complex. Super helpful guys. My tire pressures were low today and I stopped at the gas station adjacent to this place to fill them. The air machine wasn't working but the guys at Jackson's Car Wash filled my tires with their machine free of charge. I will come here next time I need a car wash. read more

These guys are horrible. Absolutely horrible. Promised to take care of everything, and even made me a special deal to shampoo the seats and carpet. Quoted me an hour and a half. 4 hours later I get the car back and they didn't even touch the seats. I had my screaming 3 yr old with me and had to leave. Called a manager and they promised to fix it and make everything right. The next day went back and the manager gave me so much attitude and again it took forever. Total jerks. Unethical sales. Terrible experience. Please save yourself the headache and money and run far far away. Truly terrible experience. I will tell everyone I meet about how terrible they are. read more

Took my SUV to have it washed yesterday and i was told that since I have my electric cart carrier on the back of the vehicle I had to have the car hand washed. I advised the service writer that they ran in through the wash before with the rack on the back which does not get in the way of any of their equipment. I asked how much for a hand wash and he told me 69.00 for a hand wash. LMFAO I have 4 vehicles and will never go to this wash again I am sure it will change hands again soon I am very tired of going to a car wash and always pressured for a detail, extra wash options, or to replace a windshield. read more

This is hands down the best service I've had at any Jackson's location! I have always gone to Danny's/Jackson's for my oil changes & car washes and the service delivered at the Gilbert Rd location is perfect. My car was the cleanest it's ever been, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They weren't pressuring at all when it came to the recommended services and if anything, made me want to come back to them for any of the services they provide. Gino was a really nice glass technician and helped me schedule my windshield replacement. All in all, the manager of this location should be extremely proud of their staff. I'm so happy to call this place my new go to spot now that I've moved to chandler. Thanks again!! read more

Probably the worst car wash I've ever gotten. First it took 20 minutes to get to the vacuum station as I watched my truck sit outside as three employees sat around drinking energy drinks and chatting. Then the poor guy who was vacuuming was working on three vehicles. He gets the only star as he actually worked. The trick finally went through the was and I literally watched the attendant dry he truck then called for it to be done. I had to ask them to do the tires and rims as part of the upgraded package I purchased. The mirrors and windshield were spotty and the interior want even wiped down. Don't waste your money on this place. read more

I don't get full details of my car very often because I can not afford it. But I know if I go to Jackson's I'll get my moneys worth. Today that was not the case. I paid $299 for my full detail, and then for some reason they charged me $30 for a car wash with my oil change? They didn't touch my trunk, or actually detail the inside and there were bugs still covering my front bumper. We went and very professionally and nicely talked to the manager Matt, and he was great. Sent out his detail manager to vacuum my trunk, and he wiped off the bugs on my front bumper. But that was it.there was no communication on me over paying or why I paid for two car washes. I feel kinda taken advantage of since I don't know much about cars. read more

No STARS for the crappy "service" at this place. Ok I have to at least select a rating, but trust me, it doesn't deserve even one. My husband took my car in for an oil change and, of course, they push for replacing air filters, husband said no, not for for what they charge. He got home and found pieces of broken plastic in the air filter box, no way they could have come thru the hose. Not saying they threw it in there, but it is suspicious. Not to mention they broke one of the fasteners on it. Now, this morning he checks the oil and it is low, the oil plug was NOT tightened, I could move it with my finger and oil was leaking. This the worst car wash I've been to. No attention to detail, missed most of the wheels, front end, and left their writing on the rear window. They put so much seat conditioner on, it had pooled up in some spots. The manager seemed to care less. My bad for wasting $50 on a $10 job. Don't waste your money, avoid this place. read more

This 5 stars is for Glen and Glen only. I used to use the location at Tempe marketplace which was decent then my work moved to south gilbert and this location has pretty much sucked every time but it's right by my work and I can drop it off and walk back to work. I even canceled my monthly pass as a simple instruction to do the cup holders was ignored every time. I came back today because I was in desperate need of an oil change and had no time to go somewhere else, so I paid extra for the VIP car wash, with very low expectations. Well Glen greeted me and walked he to my car to ensure it was done correctly. It was not. It was not vacuumed, dirty and the cup holders were still dirty. He asked me if I had time so he could personally fix it, and I'm waiting right now and just very happy he took that time to ask me and ensure it was correct. He gets 1000 stars out of 10. Even if it's not pretty, I don't even care because he cares. The guys on the front end who place your order are always nice and friendly, it's the people on the back end where it counts that need to put forth more effort. I always tip well even if they sucked and wish they cared more. read more

Brought my old truck here to have brakes replaced. They forgot to put one lug nut cover on. Whatever, I replaced it. Came back with my new truck for an oil change and the grimey sales guy tries to up sell right away instead of listening to what I want. Got one block up the road and my truck is notifying me I'm low on engine oil, after they told me they had to charge extra to fill 7 quarts. AND there are smudges everywhere after the "Vip" wash. I don't usually post on here about my experiences but I felt I had to because I feel I was robbed of my money today. I purchased the VIP car wash. I won't go back. Floor mats were not vacuumed, rug wasn't vacuumed. Inside is sporadically wiped down with what looks to have an oil residue left behind. The center console where my shifter is has crumbs and dirt on it still?! And the cup holders weren't even wiped out! One star is being generous. read more

Took my wife's car here for a wash, was a little hesitant based on some other reviews. Car came out clean and shining. Would suggest some more attention to the dash and center console areas as there was still dust around the stereo system. Do not come here! I paid $120 to get a full detail and I ended up getting money stolen out of my car. When I called, the manager took care of everything and claimed that the next time I come in, they would offer me $100 worth of detailing. He claimed his employee stealing money "wasn't the Jacksons way" and he wanted to fix it. I came in about a month later and there had been a change in managers. Luis the manager who originally told me to come back in for this $100 in free detailing wasn't there, and the new staff refused to honor what I had been previously promised. Apparently theft and horrible customer service IS the Jacksons way. I will never return and urge others not to as well. read more

I won't even give this car wash the luxury of a SINGLE STAR!! But I am giving them a one because they had a Dr. Pepper and I was thirsty. When I went to this car wash it was the WORST EXPERIENCE!! We waited for our SUV to be done and when it was finished it still had bugs all over it still. The interior still had dirt in it and the cup holders still had crumbs in them. When I brought it up to one of the managers he tried to up sell me on a detail job. He told me that they "TRY" and get all the dirt off the car and interior. And that they vacuum what they can. I explained to him that I PAID for the "WORKS" special and it included the interior and since it was called the " WORKS" that I should get the works! I also stated to him that we and other customers go there for a "Car Wash" and that they should do as they advertise. Look at my pictures, does this look like the "WORKS" ?? Worst car wash I ever received, Hell , the 12 year old down the road could have done a better job.
