Lori listened carefully to our likes, dislikes and came up with a great plan for us. She really knows her plants and what works well for the area. We moved from another state so some of the plants we like aren't available here - she was able to suggest alternatives that had the same overall feeling as far as color, texture, visual appeal, etc. She was a breeze to work with. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for landscape architectural services.

My husband and I hired his company to renovate the very weedy lawn of a house in Pleasant Garden. He timed the work carefully and used a high-quality seed. The results were amazing - we have never seen new grass come in this lush and green - and the cost was reasonable. Ronnie did the work himself and kept an eye on the project for weeks while the grass came in. Having had such a good experience, we recommended him to my parents nearby. They have been so pleased with his work and the appearance of their yard. He is always doing extras for them which is much appreciated. A few months ago, my parents lost some very large limbs in a storm. Ronnie was out the next day to address these. It's great to have the Owner of the company be the one who works on your property. Ronnie always comes himself, which we prefer, as we trust him and he is familiar with our properties. From experience, we know that it is not easy to be an owner/operator. Not…read moreonly is Ronnie Rumple probably the hardest man on the face of this planet to get up with, but he never comes through when he is scheduled. We had hired him for his knowledge and expertise when we could have gone with two much more affordable options. Boy were we swindled. The project at hand was our front yard landscaping. From hiring to executing it took over three months and when they finally showed up he sent only one worker. We had a fairly good amount of yard that needed to be tilled up and that poor boy worked so hard staying one day until 8:30 or later, however this process took over two weeks which is obscene. There were many days they just didn't show up or communicate that they had other engagements. We were in no particular rush, but like any person who's spending THOUSANDS we were very excited to see it finished. After many days waiting for the plants to be installed I called Ronnie because clearly texting wasn't working and he proceeded to tell me "he didn't need me watching over him while he did his work" he is rude, unreliable and awful with communication. I wish I could add photos of all our text threads, but in this case I please just urge you to avoid this company at all costs! P.s. A weed liner wasn't even put down and the yard was half tilled in areas and we already had weeds growing through the mulch a week after the project was finished. I was told "pay me first and I'll come tend to them.." never responded to multiple texts and phone calls. We have already reported his business to BBB

Had much of the materials delivered ($20 - What a bargain!) and the driver forgot some of the order. He returned the same day with the soil amendments. We had some big plants and many heavy bags in our order! The people there are friendly and extremely helpful. Always willing to do what it takes to make your job a success. Thank you! New Garden used to be AWESOME with knowledge staff, regular events, classes, etc. Then the company…read moredownsized to only the Gazebo location. Many of the staff remained and it still felt like a comfortable environment. Now the store has downsized again with Casual Furniture taking the street-front space. Absolutely no knowledge staff have remained (quit or were fired), three sisters seem to run the store's direction and everyone I have spoken with is no longer doing business with the company. The plants, pots, and accessories are overpriced when the expertise and warm environment are missing.
