Dr Martinez was amazing! Somehow I had chipped my front tooth and I was very worried how they were going to fix it. Dr Martinez did a fantastic job. You can't even tell that it was ever chipped. I didn't even feel it when they gave me the shot to numb my tooth. On top of that, she's very nice and easy-going and her assistant was very kind and helpful. They told me everything they were going to do ahead of time. This was the first time I saw Dr Martinez as I usually see Dr. Lin for my regular check ups. Dr. Lin is also very good and very gentle and informative. All the hygienists are very nice and gentle as well. Dr. Martinez has a beautiful office. It is clean and nicely decorated in the waiting room and in the exam rooms. It gives you a relaxed and happy feeling even before you begin your dental visit. My 87 yo mother has dementia and the entire office were all so kind to her. She had her 6 month dental cleaning with Linh Lam. Linh was very patient and gentle with my mother. My mom repeated herself several times, but Linh would answer her kindly each time. Dr. Martinez came in to assess a variety of issues with my mother's teeth. She also was warm and kind to my mom. She is very good at explaining the problems and treatments that were necessary in laymen's terms. My mom needed to see an endodontist and the front office helped me call the specialist and set up an appt for my mother. They also took time to explain questions that I had with my mom's insurance. The entire experience in Dr. Martinez's office was excellent. It was professional, welcoming, and kind. This year Jaclyn has changed the way she bills her patients for their treatment. Bring your wallet because she now expects you to pay the total upfront. I was surprised when my routine check up was $400. She will offer a discount for the first visit and tell you that you will get the insurance company to reimburse you the amount they will cover. Her service is good and I like the remodeling if her spaces but I won't go back because of her modern way of billing. read more

Dr. Lin is an excellent and caring dentist who doesn't recommend more intervention than is needed--which is very important to me. Congrats to Dr. Martinez for hiring such great staff/colleagues! Jaclyn Martinez & her team is simply the best. Her team has been taking care of my family and I for many years. She personally helped me when I had tremendous tooth pain, to the point I couldn't eat food on one side of my mouth. When I first arrived at her office many years ago pre covid, she helped me with my root canals, I had 3 done. Her team helped me with deep cleanings, fillings, the works. Awesome dentist. First time going since the change in ownership. The set up looks nice and clean. You can tell money has gone in to up to date technology which is appreciated. I went in recently for a filling that fell out. They staff expedited my appoint and the doctor was constantly following up with me and ensure I was okay. Weird exam area no sink to wash or to spit . No visuals provided of exam results. I was told I had 2 cavities in my front teeth. When I looked and saw nothing I went for an exam elsewhere and there were no cavities found. There was a spot next to a crown to be monitored that was not found and was there.
