While it first appears to be a little sketchy, the food is quality and delicious. We each had a burger. I have a bacon cheeseburger. It was so big, it did last until next day, and I always measure a burger in two ways, how does it taste first day and how does it taste next day. This burger was such high quality, it did not taste like a fast burger, it was restaurant style and quality. The fries as well. They seem to be Board Walk fry style and you can also get sweet potato. They portions were so big, we had to bring home four portions of fries since we all upgraded to a meal deal. You can get a shake with your meal instead of a soda, but they were more like concretes or blizzards, ready to eat with a spoon, so thick and delicious. I had the peanut butter cup with so many fat chunks of candy, it was exactly how I hoped it would taste. Yes, it was so good, I would drive back out here just to get a burger. I am not sure now far it is from me, maybe an hour? But I would drive an hour for this good of a burger. There was also a nice steady stream of customers, so you know others in the area must know how good this place is, a real hidden gem. If the company or franchiser is looking to expand in MI, we would love to see a location open up in Oakland County or the surrounding area. The people working here were very nice, helpful and friendly, but the woman manning the counter seemed very sick. She had a mask on and was coughing and sneezing. It would not be a problem, except she continuously took off her mask to talk to us and other customers, she took it off to cough and sneeze and wipe her nose on herself. It did not seem like proper food code and I am not sure if she washed her hands, and she did handle food, since she brought all bags and trays out to customers creating tons of cross contamination. I agree, some of us do need to work when we are not feeling well, but she could have and should have kept the mask on and frequently washed hands if she needed to touch or blow her nose. It's located inside the gas station at Bristol and Lennon near Miller Road and the airport, an easy stop with plenty of parking plus a Coffee Beanery and convenience store all in one spot. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, even pointing out the "secret menu" posted near the register (check the photos). Service felt welcoming right from the start. The fries were fresh-cut with skins on, creamy inside with a light crisp outside. I personally would've liked them cooked just a touch longer, but flavor-wise they were solid. Portions are generous across the board. I ordered the double bacon burger and it was loaded with meat, definitely not a skimpy fast-casual burger. The potato bun tasted great but had a hard time containing everything. Bacon was nicely cooked, and the real standout was the Mooyah sauce, closer to a yum yum-style sauce than a traditional burger spread. The shakes were thick and creamy without being overly sweet, and the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies were a great surprise. Only minor downside was waiting about 10 minutes for a takeout box since they were kept in the kitchen while staff managed orders up front. Overall, great value, big portions, and a strong first impression for a new Flint location. Yevette's location was only 5 minutes away from the restaurant we went to but it was unannouncingly closed, so we gave her a shot after seeing her 5-star reviews. Her trick was open, and her menu is very basic but we were pleasantly surprised with how good her food is. My wife got soft shell, I got hard shell and we loved her taco's and will be back. Options were beef, turkey, or collared greens vegetarian taco's. If you are in the mood for food truck taco's you will not be disappointed. I added just a touch of salt to mine but we both thought her meat was wonderfully seasoned, and her hard and soft home made shells were delicious. Try her! You won't be disappointed!

I was downtown and spotted Yevette's parked downtown on Saginaw Street and decided to gamble and give it a chance. Ultimately, the gamble was worth it. When I walked up to the truck, the line seemed kinda long, but it moved pretty quickly. The owner (Yevette, no doubt), was friendly and polite. I ordered the loaded nachos without meat and before I could think twice about it, I had a takeout box featuring some very tasty nachos, piled high with sour cream, cheese, guacamole, zesty salsa, and fresh veggies. I might add, the tortilla chips were incredible. I don't know what they're doing to get those babies to taste like that, but whatever it is, I'd say it's working. In other words, don't stop doing what you're doing! They were slightly oily, salty and baked to perfection. I think I might have found the Holy Grail of tortilla chips. Hands down, those chips were a winner. Aside from tacos, nachos and other Mexican staples, they sell treats like elephant ears, sodas and the like, too. Prices were a tad higher than I would've thought, but not bad. The nachos came in a variety of sizes and the smallest order was $6, according to the menu board. Still, the quality is there, so paying a but extra wasn't much of a problem. I could see how some people might take issue with some of the prices, but I thought the food was reasonably priced for the market. The big gimmick surrounding this taco truck is the truck itself. Yevette's is housed in a restored Titan motor home from the seventies. Yep, those old RVs of yesteryear. At the very least, it's a conversation piece. I asked Yevette how old the RV dated back to, she replied that it was around 1973. Wow, kudos to her and her staff for keeping that thing roadworthy. There's always room for another food truck downtown. Variety is the spice of life, anyway. So, if you see an old Titan motor home tooling around downtown Flint, chances are that some delicious tacos will be close behind.
