When I first started seeing him, I was trying to ween off an especially difficult to ween off antidepressant. Joseph helped me with lowering the dosages and scheduling follow ups until I was finally able to get off them entirely. A few months later when my depression crept back and began to severely affect and disrupt my day to day life, I reached back out to Dr. Joseph. He prescribed me an antidepressant that had a profound effect on my wellbeing. I don't always have the best experience with doctors. I feel that sometimes doctors lose their empathy or prescribe medication all willy-nilly to treat a symptom rather than the whole. Throughout my time with Dr. Joseph, I felt that he took the time to listen to my concerns, and cared about improving my quality of life. He was incredibly knowledgeable in his craft and vigilant in finding the perfect dose. He took the time to explain the cons and benefits of different medicines and why he believed this one was the right one for me. I don't believe I would be here today if I hadn't received this quality of care from him and his staff. Neuro Wellness Spa in general has been an amazing company to work with. They were quick to get me started during the onboarding process so that I could see someone as soon as possible. She is friendly and a really sharp dresser! Great shoes! She is very candid and friendly. It seemed that her business grew and she became a little harder to get in with, but that was okay... she has a wonderful Nurse Practitioner that works with her named Colleen Loughran. I've seen Colleen through a horrific sinus infection, viral pneumonia and also Covid-19. Her bedside manner was reassuring and patient, I really appreciated it. Both of these ladies are a good find. If you've gotta go see a medical professional, this is a great place to go! It used to be that the staff was un-called-for snotty and I would dread calling, but over the last year or so I feel like they have gotten much better and actually seem very friendly and helpful. Plenty of patient parking…read more Clean building/office. There are different departments in this building. Lots of patient seating area in Suite 200. Easy to check-in. Have to check in 15 min before appointment. And then wait 10-15 min after your appointment is when they call you. While the assistant takes your weight and do the health history questionnaire, you have to wait more time for the doctor to come in your room. Appointment at 11:40, came there 11:15, they called me 11:55 and then waited for doctor in the room for around 12:15. Bring your own water bottle; they don't have water fountains or water for patients to drink while you wait. They don't have walk ins for lab anymore. I fasted cuz I wanted to do lab after doctors appt. Have to be appointment only now. St. Jude providence sold their lab to LabCorp.

I'm at work and this makes me crazy since I'm not able to work because of this whole situation. Only notified patient within 24hrs. How very convenient for them. I especially want to recognize Dr. Andrew. I've been seeing him for a couple of years now, and he has never once disappointed me. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a way of making you feel comfortable and genuinely heard. That kind of care is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs quality medical attention. I actually drive from Mid-City Los Angeles just to come here, and I think that says everything. You can get appointments right away, but only do it if you know what you have. I scheduled a wellness exam and they tried to charge a co-pay. When I called them out, they did waive the fee and asked me to look for another doctor instead of acknowledging their mistake. I am not someone that comes to the doctors that often and this is obviously discouraging and adds to the mistrust of doctors.
