He was the first to recommend myofascial pressure relief, which was the only thing besides narcotics that gave me any relief. The only negative thing I can think of was outside of his control. Some muscles were so hard that no matter how much pressure he applied, he couldn't get them to release, which were the muscles causing me the most pain. So he could have tried an injection to relax them or prescribe a painkiller to improve my quality of life.

Fast forward to 10 days ago when I received my very first bill where they also informed me that they would be passing my bill onto collections if I didn't pay by the 15th of December. I called and talked to Mary in billing and she said she would email me paperwork to fix it so that I was able to make payments. I agreed after she was extremely defensive because I expressed my disappointment in being billed 3 years later and right before Christmas. I never ended up revieving any paperwork and checked my email everyday for the last week. She then emailed me yesterday, with the paperwork, and said that she would be sending me to collections because I didn't send in the paperwork. I have NEVER been sent to collections in my life! I pay my bills and have never been so disgusted with the way I've been treated for the last week and a half from a business. Please do you and your family a favor and run far away from this office!

I have encountered this ludicrous practice only in Boise - this is the second business to do so. I would never do business with someone who puts money first. Why not trust people. If someone doesn't show up, charge them. Don't insult people by charging upfront. I'm so disappointed.
