We pay a monthly fee for "monitoring" but our alarm goes off daily due to motion sensors not working anymore in our home. Even when the alarm does go off, there are no calls from this company. They are supposed to call when internet goes down and alarm system is down, we receive nothing. So much for monitoring. We are happily taking our business elsewhere

We had to wait for the new charging unit to arrive and booked for the day after scheduled delivery. Mike communicated timeframe for arrival, was highly professional, and performed the replacement quickly. Most importantly, the actual cost of the service was exactly as quoted and significantly less than the other vendors that provided estimates. Given this was a straight replacement of the charging unit with no additional electrical work required, I was surprised some of the quotes were close to $1,000 while Mike did a great job for 1/4 of that. Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.
