    Zach mounted our 85" TV for us without a hitch! He verified that our mount would be good, worked with us on the right placement so that we could move / view our TV from both the living room and kitchen, and was overall just awesome and professional! Will definitely be using him again.

    Very poor service request handling. Our fire panel has had an error(s) message for months and they…read morenever resolved or cleared the issue. We had also advised that some interior alarms did not announce in several units during an event and asked for them to come up with a solution to repair the issue. Nothing was ever resolved with nor did they provide any follow up response / solution. Also, they're unaware of the password for the panel to even work on it. So their only solution is to replace their panel with a new one. It is not recommend to use this particular location or even the company if this is how they handle a multi unit complex. We have no confidence at all and if zero stars could be given, then that would be their rating.

    1 Star - Extremely Frustrating Experience…read more I've had a very disappointing experience with Bay Alarm. I was only in Suite F during 2025, and never used Suite E. When I moved from Suite E to Suite F, I was told by their representative that my account would be transferred. At no point was I informed that Suite E would remain active. Then in December 2025, I called to cancel my service for Suite F. I was told it was canceled and that I would receive a confirmation email. That confirmation never came at the time. Now I'm being charged again, including for Suite E (which I never used in 2025) and for 2026 service that I never agreed to continue. This makes absolutely no sense: * Why was Suite E never closed when I moved? * Why would I be billed for TWO alarm accounts when I only occupied one space? * Why was my cancellation not properly processed? It feels like a complete breakdown in communication and account management on their end, and now I'm being asked to pay for their mistakes. I've tried resolving this multiple times and keep having to repeat myself with no clear resolution. I was actually planning to use Bay Alarm again for a new location, but after this experience, I've completely lost trust in the company. If this isn't resolved, I will not only refuse payment for incorrect charges but will continue sharing my experience. Be very careful when working with this company -- make sure EVERYTHING is confirmed in writing.

    I was with this company for over 6 years. I was being charged $50 a month for monitoring, which is…read moremore expensive than ADT ($40) and Ring ($20) but I liked the app and system, so I stayed with them. Finally when they told me they had to change my main panel and that I would have to pay $300 for it, i decided to switch to Ring. That's when canceling with Epic became a nightmare. First I tried to cancel right after I got charged in November (so that I wouldn't be charged again in December) and they told me that my contract (from 6 years prior) required a 30 day cancellation notice (I notified them 23 days prior to my next bill) . So they told me that would be charged again in December and they come January 12 I would be done. I said that's fine, I paid Decembers bill and now come January 13 they have charged me again. I call to tell them about the mistake and representative tells me that in my contract there is a "60 days cancelation notice" lol, and that I'll be done come February 12. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and moving on. Sucks that this company works in this way. Here are the texts on November 23rd from 2 of their representatives stating that my December charge will be the final charge on my account (and somehow they couldn't get my name right after being with them for over 6 years) . Can't trust a word they tell you. Do NOT go with this company. Ring is a much better option

I'm hearing the same from other people with this type of alarm system. The owner seems to have his hands in his other businesses and doesn't focus on this one. Was a great company when Neil the Installer was there and has since turned to crap. I blame Jason the owner, he's all talk and a yes man with little follow through. They have no physical address and sub contract out to other companies. You're better offer calling ADT or another company on Yelp.
