The people at the…read morefront desk are much nicer and care more about your medical needs than Dr. Pignanelli himself. After going for a couple of visits, complaining about a constant stomach pain. He sent me to get various testing when it could have been done at his own office. Moreover, they did not tell me the results and one of the interns misdiagnosed me with gallbladder cancer instead of gallstones. Being a 19 year old at that time of the misdiagnosis, I automatically went to see another doctor for a second opinion. The person did the right amount of testing and figured out it was gallstones. More importantly, that doctor made a surgery date for the next week with a top surgeon from NYU Langone. That doctor had much more precision and care than Pignanelli would ever have. Being said, I would not recommend Dr. P at all to anyone. He not only did not care about my issues enough for a follow-up but also cared more about doing unnecessary testing rather (like getting my blood drawn and endoscopy) than just an MRI. I hope to see some improvements on his bedside manners and his attitudes toward patients. DO NOT GO TO HIM.

The place is very clean, The service is always outstanding wish they had places like this all all over the city. When you come in they welcome you in a nice way always with good mornings or good afternoons.
