They are incredibly well organized, the office is pleasant and cheerful, the staff is lovely and committed. And if the category is Weirdly Specific Awards, then this is the medical waiting room I'd be happiest waiting in. My therapist is usually Jenna (I love you, Jenna!), but others have pitched in on busy days. I've had such successful recoveries from both of these surgeries and this office (along with my surgeon) deserves the bulk of the credit. I was a new patient, and they sent me paperwork in the mail so I could complete it beforehand. Dr. Thomas is exceptionally knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He clearly explained my issues and all available options. I have already undergone two complex surgeries with him and have another scheduled for July. Unlike many orthopedic experiences where long wait times are the norm, my experience here has been excellent. I have had post-operative appointments every two to three weeks since January, and I have only experienced one delay out of approximately twelve visits. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Thomas never rushes my appointments and ensures all my questions and concerns are addressed. I also want to commend the office staff; This is a very busy office, everyone is professional and incredibly helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Soon as you walk in, there is someone waiting to greet you with a smile. Every time I have gone I didn't have to wait at all. If I went there early, they saw me early. I went to see Dr. Bull. He is amazing. He is super nice and takes his time to explain things to you. Parker, who is in the cast section, he is awesome. He takes his time to explain to you when he puts the cast on and/or cut the cast off of you. He is super friendly, always with a smile. I need therapy for my leg, and I decided to get therapy from here and the staffs are super nice and very accommodating to my time and need. The place is always nice and clean with professional staffs.

I canceled my appointments with him because I needed shoulder surgery and knee surgery before I could get my foot done. I also worked for a place that refused to let me have the surgery the day I had asked off, I had to reschedule because I had taken days off for the other surgeries I had to have. Now Dr Berlet will not see me or let me see anyone else at Orthopedic One Foot and Ankle Surgery . He has no compassion for what I had to go through with my other surgeries or empathy. He does not live up to his oath to be a good doctor.
