When my mother in law came to visit us from out of town and she fell and broke her leg in 3 different places. We took her to OrthroNeuro. There is a gentleman named Kerby who put a cast of my MIL's leg. He was absolutely amazing. Super nice and knows what he is doing. He is the only reason I am putting a 2 star instead of 1. The doctors there were very condescending and seemed to be in a rush. The doctor said my MIL would need a surgery right away but when we asked them to check with insurance to see if insurance would cover the expense, since it was out of network, the doctor said he would look right into it and call us back the same day. We have never heard back from them. We tried calling several times to get an update on the cost of the surgery and if they contacted the insurance or not. Every time we called them, the response was we are looking into it and will call you back. Again they have never contacted us. We wasted several days waiting to hear back from them. Finally, We just went to another place to get the surgery for my MIL. read more

The male who sees you, in his little cubicle after the doctor, treats you as if you're the biggest inconvenience in his life. I've never experienced such confusion, rudeness and lack of knowledge from an office staff member. I initially thought it was just a bad day but it's continual. O.N. seems to be struggling lately and this individual is running off patients. If anyone has interacted with this person they'll know who I mean. I cannot imagine anyone interviewing him and thinking this is the best candidate. I do realize staffing is an issue but an empty chair would cost you less customers. read more

The office staff is helpful and does a good job with the insurance. They have two locations, once which is close to my work (Grandview)and one close to home (Westerville) They also have a nice Physical Therapy location in Westerville. As for the doctors, well, make up your own mine. I think Dr Emily Wu does a great job on my back and helped me get through my first Marathon. There is a nuerologist here that is everything I don't want in a doctor, terrible patient skills and no personality. I changed to another Nuerologist. read more

The doctors and staff have treated me with nothing but respect. However, they get 4 stars because 2 times I have had an appt with Dr Todd and I have seen his PA. She's really good at her job and very nice, but I should be told prior to her walking in that I'm not seeing the actual surgeon. read more

They finally got me fixed with my back issues and now working with me on my foot strength issues due to my back pain. Once you find the right doctor and figure out what's wrong with you they do a great job. I have had great staff in many different locations but I've also seen a few unpleasant associates working for them at times. read more

My grandmother made an appointment with this office because her memory and brain function are deteriorating. They did a few tests, and determined there was nothing treatabley wrong with her. Since then, she has made 2 more appointments, in less than year for the same exact thing. Yet they still are saying nothing is wrong. That alone seems to be a bit of a problem to me. Her daughter telling them that she doesn't know the difference between reality and make believe should have been a red flag as well. But no. They continue to allow her to make these appointments just to say the same exact thing to her. There is nothing treatabley wrong with you that we can help you with. Maybe a referral would have been nice. Or maybe having a side bar with the daughter on something else they can do to help instead, they just keep billing the insurance company for the exact same appointment time and time again. Im sorry but just because you have nice receptionist doesn't mean you have a good practice. And coming from a receptionist who works in a doctors office that should say a whole lot. And come to find out, this is THEE EXACT OFFICE 70 S Cleveland Avenue is where we have been referring our patients to. That will be changing come Monday morning. I was not impressed in the least with this practice. I was seeking treatment for migraine headaches and after having a few appointments, I can say I experienced a few different receptionists that were not very friendly, the doctor I saw only took about 2 minutes with me and they billed $265 for each appt. Literally they do a very basic exam and then i was prescribed a different medication. I definitely understand that there is a level of experimentation that has to happen in order to find something that may work for a patient, but I was made to feel unimportant and like a guinea pig. I am not sure if all of the doctors are this way but I would not recommend Dr O'Donnell for treatment of headaches unless you want to have a two minute appointment and pay a lot of money to be prescribed different meds which you can do for a lot less at a family doctor. Everyone has different experiences so there might be some excellent doctors here. Also Dr O'Donnell may be a very good doctor outside of my experiences. I don't want to tarnish anyone's reputation however I can only share my experience and hope it helps others make an informed decision. read more

Dr. O'Donnell did not help in anyway with the migraines I've been having. I had two office visits to which he prescribed me two different medications each time. He couldn't find a reason why I have been having migraines, just decided to prescribe pills. I do not like taking pills which I told him. He didn't take the time to really explain anything. When I requested an MRI I was denied. I've had migraines for 2 weeks straight now, there must be a reason. Ibuprofen and Excedrin migraine does not even touch it. He doesn't seem too concerned for my condition nor did he want to find the root cause. I refuse to pay additional co-pays and not get results. The MRI is for my piece of mind. He doesn't have to pay for any of it, I do! So why the denial twice?? I will be finding another doctor, hopefully someone who actually cares. read more

I have a hand/elbow disorder. Only one physician there takes my insurance. Every appointment I have had, the office calls me to cancel and reschedule it. This has happened repeatedly, causing me to lose out on income because I own my own business. I also have had to call them three times because they never billed my insurance for services provided four months ago. When I do go in to see the doctor, two or three other people check in for the same doctor at the same time. Jackie, the operations manager, confirmed that they double and triple book "So the doctor can see enough patients." Had I known that the office operated this way, I would have selected another practice to receive care for my ulnar nerve problem. read more

I was in pain for years. I am talking 20 years. Doctors gave up on me and said I must have fibromygia. I knew they were wrong, but not wrong. I fired all my doctors. Got new ones. My primary care sent me to this office. It took a few visits to get the right one but was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome. Through pt and medication I have a life now. Recently I have had problems with the lower back. I don't want surgery. Guess what! They have a spinal person that specializes in non surgical spinal problems. Cannot wait to meet her. Wow , where to begin. First heed caution if you elect to have surgery done and they want to fit you for a brace or sling ... the'll ask for a deposit, mine was an arm sling and they just shove a piece of paper and tell you to sign it... then they bill your insurance $850 for a sling made in China by some woman named Mi So. I found the exact same sling for $118.00 . Another issue is they wrote the wrong date down on the appointment card. Another 11/2 hour of my life I'll never get back. I was to have a presurgical physical done, and it was done at the Pickerington office ,I live in Sunbury... well they took a blood sample and it was never picked up , it sat outside there office in one of those white medical boxes for four days until someone noticed. I was told they lost it .A blatant lie, they wanted me to go back and have another blood sample drawn, I told them I wasn't driving all the way to Pickerington. They said for me to go to labcorp to have it done and go they would notify them. When I arrived the person at Labcorp looked at as if I lost my mind. They had no paperwork .. so I had to go to Ortho Neuro to find out what to do . Nobody in the Westerville office had a clue... took 20 mins for someone to write a prescription.. these people are incompetent in my optinion.. they don't care about your health or well being just the money.... do yourself a big favor and seek a smaller practice. read more
