Today I went to the sole location in Tarrytown and found the male employee very gruff and curt with my husband and me. I wanted to replace a broken frame and keep the lenses. Parking was only by meter in front of the store. Traffic on Broadway was horrendous. I was told not to touch anything in the store to try on frames. This abysmal treatment has cost the company two customers. After posting this negative review, I received two phone calls from the optician explaining his paranoia with Covid-19 despite precautions taken in the store. We agreed to meet yesterday at 9:00 a.m. for me to pick up my replacement frame with my lenses. When I tried to pay him for the frame, he told me it was complimentary! What a pleasant surprise.
