It takes a few minutes for the eyes to dilate; and then the treatments begin. When he was done, he was happy with the treatment. They take a variety of medical coverage plans; inquire first to make sure yours is one of them. The office clean, well organized, and there is breathing room. In the Main lobby is a small Coffee/Sandwich Shop - Eddies II. To pass the time and get something to eat while he was in the treatment room. There was little explanation provided, and no meaningful discussion of what might be causing the ongoing issues. At one visit, she noticed an eyelash in my eye and again defaulted to prescribing more drops. At my last visit on Tuesday, I still had an issue with my left eye and was once again given antibiotic drops without a thorough evaluation or clear explanation. Overall, the appointments felt rushed and overly focused on prescribing medication, rather than carefully examining the issue or addressing concerns. I did not feel listened to or properly evaluated, and I left feeling frustrated rather than reassured.
