At one point I had to relocate to Springfield, OH for work and would drive 60 miles one way to the closest EWC location in Dayton to be taken care of. I religiously only use EWC because I had several very bad experiences at other places before discovering EWC, but I've never had a bad experience in 3 years with them. Every location is incredibly clean and hygienic, and all the staff are very friendly. I know that wherever I'm at I can expect a high level of care and cleanliness anytime I walk into an EWC location. (Glen Ellyn is by far my favorite though). The salon suite area that SpaBlu is located in now has easy parking, and I never feel like I have to fight traffic to get into the place. Maryanne is transparent, thorough, and has never made me feel weird about being completely pants-less on a high table for a Brazilian wax. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare.
