Not only did she Do an exceptional job for my massage and facial but she went above and beyond. Spent three hours pampering me and making me feel the most soothed and comfortable ever. Was super knowledgeable about skin care and was so easy and calming to conversate with. I am a model so skin prevention as well as deep cleaning and brightening was all included in her service! I highly recommend this hard working sweet woman for massages and trust her to pamper every customer. I had injured my lower back a few days prior and was able to get in quickly for an appointment to help with the pain. Went here for my first massage experience yesterday and I will definitely be coming back. My girlfriend and I came in for a massage and Isabel greeted us and was very friendly. No wait, we were able to call in around 9am for a 12:15 appointment. Just wanted a 30-minute back/neck/shoulder as this was my first time. Great technique and was always checking in to make sure the pressure wasn't too hard. Stopped right on the dot at 30-minutes. My only advice is to upgrade to the paid version of Pandora, as while the music was relaxing, it was unexpected to have an Ad come on about 10-minutes in about the statistics of how often someone dies from addiction (also a Massage Envy ad came on, not sure you want competitors ads coming on!) read more

This was my first massage in seattle in spite of staying here for 5 plus years. I scheduled deep tissue massage with Isabel. I don't have any particular pain points in my body except sometime on back of neck, or shoulders due to being on computer 8+ hours.The knots in my back have taken over and she amazingly applied enough pressure to loosen it.i would admit it was painful at times but it was sort of good pain.The massage lasted for 90 mins. I wish I could give more stars because 5 isn't enough! There was great hospitality and service as soon as you step in the door. I received a facial and it was OUTSTANDING. Everything that was done to me was explained for why it was being used, and also got tips on how to take care of my skin. Such high quality products were used leaving my skin fresh and clean.
