If chaos had a happy place, it would be Frankie's Fun Park…read more We rolled in deep--pizza plates stacked like trophies, Coca-Cola cups multiplying faster than gremlins after midnight, balloons floating like they had their own agenda. The vibe? Birthday party meets family reunion meets "just one more ride." Food: The pizza was doing its job. Big slices, greasy in the best way, and absolutely necessary fuel before unleashing kids (and adults) onto go-karts. Nobody left hungry. That alone deserves a star. Party setup: Long tables, shiny tablecloths, balloons everywhere, and enough space to spread out without feeling rushed. It felt organized but still fun--like someone said, "Let them be loud, just keep the pizza coming." Go-karts: Listen. These kids took the track seriously. Focused faces, death grips on the steering wheels, living their Fast & Furious dreams. Outside track + night lights = elite combo. I saw confidence unlocked in real time. Rides & games: Spinning. Flashing. Laughing. Screaming. Someone always yelling, "WAIT FOR ME!" Another person waving at the camera like they're in a music video. Zero boredom detected. ‍‍‍ Overall: Perfect for birthdays, big groups, teens, families, and anyone who enjoys controlled chaos with snacks. It's loud, it's energetic, and it's exactly what it promises to be--pure fun. Would I go again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Already have. Would I leave with pizza grease on my hands and a smile on my face? Guaranteed. Frankie's understood the assignment.

There were a lot options for people from elementary school aged to adults. You could bring an infant but not to participate, obviously. Did the go karts, the VR Carnival game, and A LOT of of games in the arcade. They also had several outdoor attractions that I did not participate in such as mini golf. They had several options for food to include fries, pretzels, fountain drinks, and pizzas Would recommend and return again!

Pricing for entry is not that bad, and you'll have to pay for food. Depending on how much you want to feed the animals, you will probably need about five buckets or more if you want to generously feed throughout the whole safari, but if feeding is not your thing, then you will need five buckets or less. The drive thru scenery is beautiful. It was exciting seeing all of the animals and feeding them. Some were huge, and it was very cool to be so close to many of those animals, especially being 40 minutes from Columbia. I was kind of nervous because some of those animals were huge and strong or had a peculiar look like the ostrich. All in all it was an amazing experience, and we had so much fun. There's also a walk-through piece with a petting zoo. I believe there was a food stand and ice cream available. We didn't get out, but we will when we return next time. It started raining as we were in the safari, which was pretty awesome being paired with the scenery. Eudora is definitely worth the visit!!

I think that is definitely the way to go so you don't have to worry about driving and can just enjoy the animals. I've never been so close to these animals and been able to feed and pet them. They were so cute and this time of the year so many BABIES! I would do this 1000x more if I could.

Palmetto Amusements, thanks for ruining our daughter's New Year's Eve!…read more We were at the Famously Hot New Year in downtown Columbia on 12/31/15. We purchased the $10 wrist band for unlimited rides and were told the rides ran till 11:00 pm, plus the FHNY web site advertised the rides would run till 11:00 pm. My daughter wanted to do the bungee bounce, and the line was long, but we waited in line starting at 9:15pm. We waited, and waited, and at no time did any staff from Palmetto Amusements make any announcement or cut off the line. 10:00 pm passed, 10:30 pm passed, still we waited along with everyone else in line. Then at 10:50 pm, the ride operator announced that he would not honor anyone with a wrist band and only those with tickets. Well everyone in line had on a wrist band. Parents and the children waiting to ride were obviously upset. We all tried talking to the operator, but he had an attitude and said no one else will be allowed to ride and they started to tear down the ride. Again, prior to the 11:00 pm posted end time for the rides. One parent called someone she knew who worked for the city and is one of the event coordinators, and I went and got a Columbia Police Officer. Then some woman who I assume represented Palmetto Amusements arrived. After hearing from the parents, the city rep, cop, and rep from Palmetto Amusements all went and talked for quite some time. Now during all this discussion, Palmetto Amusemants could have ended this right there and said "let the kids who waited ride." The time they took listening to all of us then talking it over would have been plenty of time to allow the last few in line to ride. A professional amusement company would have done these things when they saw a long line and realized time was running short: one, they should have cut off the line at a certain time and not allow anyone new to get in line; second, if they wanted to limit those maybe holding a place in line, why not pass out a special ticket to each person in line at the last call time and say that you will need your wrist band and the ticket to get on the ride, and then close the line. But Palmetto Amusements does not seem to be a professional amusement company. While we really wanted our kids to get to ride, at this point we all wanted a refund of our wrist band. The lady from Palmetto Amusements said to me NO REFUNDS. I told her a responsible company would do what is right for the customers, but she again exclaimed No Refunds. So, at this point the Columbia Policeman explained this is a civil matter, but will take all our names and give us a case number for us to pursue a civil action. At this point I sent my wife and daughter off as my 6 year was falling asleep, and I would meet them after I have given the police officer my name. We were then told that the amusement company would give us our money back, but only because the city will then pay them back to keep us all happy and hopefully return next year for FHNY. I waited, then when I went up there to get my refund, the lady from Palmetto Amusemants told me I needed my daughter with the wrist band, even though I was talking to the lady all this time with my daughter there wearing the wrist band. I explained I sent them off to go, and she said to get my refund I would have to call them back. I said forget it and that I will get my money back by sharing this story about this company. So, Palmetto Amusements, learn how to run your ride lines, then do right by the customer, and not wait for a 3rd party to have to reimburse you for your mistakes. If you are having an event, find a better amusement company and DO NOT BOOK PALMETTO AMUSEMENTS. Otherwise you will have disappointed children.

Leading up to that, we have seen some improvement to some of the trails but not all of them. Some of the trails are pretty much impassable at this point and could be closed. For this past Halloween duck hunt event, it was publicized as including an after ride party with live music. There was no live music either night, and the bar was not open. No liquor license renewed, so no bar. For some in our group, this was a major disappointment. They are currently looking at other options for holiday bookings for our riding group where more amenities will be consistently available.

The day before they told us we could go to the left side to pass everyone since we already had our passes. I believe the weekends they have the night ride is when it's super crowded like this. We had a lot of fun and there were thousands of people there. The only thing I did not like was like I said the traffic. They should've had a dedicated lane for people who already had passes although we rode past everyone as soon as we get off the highway on a two-lane road and we're able to get in after about 15 minutes there were people that had been in line for three hours that we actually knew that did not do what we did. So that's one downside. Another was ordering the food was quick, but it took 15 minutes for an order of fries to come out. There was only one line so that was another thing where they should've had it split and had two people on the register if possible, but other than that, it was an overall great experience. I would definitely go back, but maybe not during a weekend there is a night ride because it was so crowded. We decided to leave and not do the night ride which was the whole reason we actually had went Unfortunately, someone actually lost their life this past weekend while we were there. I'm not sure all of the details but I did see their body laying on the ground, which was a bit disturbing so I will not go into details out of respect for the person in their family. Another thing I noticed was that all of the other ATV places we've gone to there is a rule if you are on a four wheeler or dirtbike you have to have a helmet. Apparently this rule is not enforced here because there were several people who were on four wheelers and dirt bikes, and no one had on helmets! And the side-by-side or ATVs of course it's not required, but I would imagine being on a four wheeler or a dirtbike it's strictly enforced whether you're on a trail or on the road in the parking lot. And unfortunately, the person who lost their life was on a four wheeler and they did not have a helmet.
