Great little afternoon with my kids. They had so much fun playing putt-putt and it wasn't very difficult which allows my kids to have more fun. Next we went inside to enjoy arcades. Now I have a love/hate relationship with arcades. Love seeing my kids having fun but hate the cost! It would be great if the games were less credits. That really the only reason why they didn't get 5 stars. I would like to see the credits cut by half. We had an issue with one game and it was resolved quickly and credited us back our credits and more. Than was an awesome gesture from them. Next time we visit Augusta and need something to do... this is where we will come. read more

Employee Mae, at the Laser gun station has poor customer service. After Mae asked our group to wait on another group to finish their experience, she purposely walked right past us when they were done. We stood waiting for a while before we had to find someone for service. Mae never returned. Upon leaving , I saw her in the parking lot near a group of young men of whom I believe she was socializing with. We were paying customers and we deserved better service than for her to just walk away, leave us standing , and with no explanation. read more

We went on Tuesday and did their deal of unlimited play for all attractions for an hour plus 12 arcade credits. The golf part could use an update but it was fun. The arcade it seems well priced, just has limited games. Overall fun and pretty clean feeling for the type. Employees were kind. read more

Myself as well as my kids had a lot of fun. There is food, and a small arcade inside. It was kept clean and the employees were very nice. They even have a place were kids can redeem their arcade points for prizes. There are several different attractions here. We did the water bumper cars as a family. It was really fun, but the cost was much more than we expected it would be. For 2 adults and 2 toddlers to do one attraction it was $36. We honestly would of done more if it was not as pricey. read more

This place was a bunch of fun! You can play in the arcade, ride bumper cars, eat pizza, get Italian Ice, do mini golf and bumper boats. Basically, something for everyone to enjoy at a reasonable price. I bought a round of mini golf for my 4 year old and I, she didn't last more than ten minutes. The employee was so thoughtful because upon returning our clubs after less than 10 minutes, she handed me another putt putt card with the money refunded. I was not expecting it and we promptly spent it inside at the arcade! I especially recommend the bumper boats, they were too much fun! We were spinning in circles and squirting water every where! Miniature golf needs updating. All the holes were just hills and valleys, nothing animated. Batting cages you had to pay for separately, plus all the balls were stuck up in the netting so you had a long wait in between pitches. The boys enjoyed the laser tag.(they were the only ones in there) The employees were wonderful. They did the best they could with what they had to work with. read more

For the first time coming to Putt Putt it was so much fun. A friend and I tried this place out before Christmas and we had a blast especially when we played golf. 3 holes in one and he won both games, but it was very fun. Can't wait til next time. read more

Okay, so I haven't really done any of the "fun center" things--no putt-putt or anything in the arcade area. Why do I love it? Because there is a Rita's Water Ice (ahem... Italian Ice?--My first Rita's experiences were in Philly and "water ice" is what it is called there, I can't get it through my head as anything else now.). Rita's is delicious and this location has a Rita's on the inside! Tastes of home are important and I'm so glad that Augusta brought Rita's down. They have so many of the flavors that I love like the Swedish fish flavor and the cherry flavor... I know that I may sound like a child with my flavor favorites but you should try them--they are delicious! How did I realize that this little gem existed? I got an e-mail about the first day of spring free Rita's and, on a whim, did a search for the closest location to me. Little did I know that it was basically down the street. If you haven't tried Rita's yet, it is worth the short stop in--it could change your world... or just expand your dessert options. read more

The putt-putt is really good but almost everything else is overpriced. Some of the staff are kind of rude but the others are amazing.

Terrific place well maintained and friendly staff. Wondrous Rita Water Ice and handmade pizza; we had a terrific time, as it seemed like everyone else was similar in pleasant mood. If crowded it might be a less fun spot, go at opening hours. Laser tag was a blast! read more

So much fun! There was a Welcome Mat coupon for Rita's ice that we used it near my parent's home at this Putt Putt and of course we decided to play. The location is a bit tucked away behind train tracks in Augusta near Washington Road. There is plenty of parking. It's Putt Putt plain and simple. This is one of the courses that seems like it's been around for awhile, but again....still fun! When it rains (which it only sprinkled a little) you get a free makeup game or course from where you left off. Also, you receive scratch offs and guess what? We each won another free game! If you are looking for a lighthearted time with family, friends, silliness on a date...OR if you enjoy frozen fruit ice blends from Rita's (try it!) you'll have a great and affordable time! read more

This place is in need of a clean up. Some games were not working the machine that counts the game tickets broke down 6 times while we were there. The Putt Putt course has some water fountains around the course, but unfortunately the one not working had nasty standing water in the pond. The course is fairly clean. Some cups were left about the grounds, by some not so thoughtful customers, but the area was never attended to by any of the staff while I was there, The patios and the walk ways need to be pressure washed they are all dirty. oh I fail to mention I was there for about three hours for a birthday party. Which I would not recommend. You are pretty much left to figure out things for yourself. This is really a shame because with a little maintenance and some upgrades and TLC This could be a really nice place. Come on Putt Putt you can do a lot better. read more

We went here on a Saturday to play a round using a BOGO coupon that I had. I had not been to the Putt Putt Fun center in quite some time, so I was not sure what to expect. The course was a lot of fun and had some challenging holes. It was hot and most of the holes aren't shaded, so I would suggest going at night if it is hot out. The price was very reasonable(less than $7) for a round, and we had a good time. My only complaint would be that the water/pond flowing through the course looked disgusting, and some of the items on the course could use a fresh coat of paint. Other than than, we had fun. I wasn't able to check out the arcade, laser tag, or bumper boats, but hope to at a later date. read more

They have improved this a lot over the years. The 2 mini golf courses are the same, and still enjoyable, but the arcade area has seen significant improvement. They brought in some new games and a vending machine (odd for having a cooler right there), and brightened the place up as well. The batting cages out back (3 baseball, 1 softball) are quite popular and extremely reasonably priced as well. The food is standard, and the golf is a good time. The summer months they have a water area with the golf area that is a lot of fun as well. read more

No way. The bathrooms don't have locks, there are roughly five arcade games, and the batting cages don't work. On top of that, they don't offer refunds when their products/services don't fulfill the simple task they're supposed to. Example- went today to use the batting cages, the machine would rev up, shoot out one ball, then turn off. They're supposed to shoot out 18 per round. I attempted three times, in two different cages. They wouldn't work, even after the staff tried to fix them. When I asked for an outright refund, they said they were never allowed to do that. So I left with $10 worth of WORTHLESS credit on a putt putt card. Never going again. read more

This place is supposed to be for kids but I see they cater to parties and if you happen to go there while party is going on you will get stuck waiting in line until the party is done. The putt putt golf is fun but on hot days they don't even have a Mister going to keep you cool. It's clear the people working there would rather be somewhere else. The place is nothing to write home about. Management needs to take a long look at their policies and procedures. Parties that are booked there should be informed that the General Public is just as important as their party and that they will make effort to keep your party fun but not at the cost of other children. Went for wacky Wednesday buy 2 attractions get one free, looked up online to see what would be the best deal for 3 kids and that's the one I chose. Online $12 for this deal but they don't not honor their online prices they charged $14 which isn't a huge deal but does add up and they should have honored it when I brought it to their attention. read more

Nice putt putt place with laser tag, batting cages, a little boat activity with spraying everyone around you, and some games inside. Although this place won't knock you off your feet, it's pretty cool. The coupons for this joint are always out there and the specials are incredible (see their webpage). We enjoyed it but didn't have any food or drink there. It was July and it was a cooker. Staff is very helpful, kind and customer focused. We will definitely be back. read more
