I feel like I have finally found one . This has been my 5th visit (3rd with the nail tech Katy) and I cannot say enough about this salon. Everyone that has done my nails has impressed me with how long they last! I work in healthcare and wash my hands constantly throughout the day! I decided to stick with Katy because she knows how to do the poly gel technique. Poly gel combines the durability of acrylic with the flexibility of gel. It gives a super long lasting manicure that is less damaging to the natural nails than gel or dip. You can walk in or book an appointment. Everyone is super friendly and nice and the facility is very clean. I will be a customer for a long time here now that I found somewhere I like.

I walked in without an appointment 6 mins after they opened and was able to get in a pedicure chair within 10 mins. The store is modest, cute decorations but not glamorous. This is fine by me though. I prefer a good nail technician over an instagrammable spot My nail technician was Chloe, she was very efficient but also did a great job. Many nail salons are quick but they also cut corners. This was not the case here. 30.00 for a basic spa pedicure ( without any lotion upgrades etc). Tools that she used came in an autoclave package and appeared clean. The place was clean and you could see them running the sterilizer for their tools. It's been a couple weeks and they're still there, but about a week ago one of the nails started chipping off. I'm sure that wasn't their fault. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the other reviews. The nail tech, Rylie, appeared very inexperienced and also looked quite young (truthfully like 16-17 years old). The girl at the front desk was very friendly when I walked in but Rylie barely said hello. Both the manicure and pedicure there was no prior soak or lotion before she went in to cut the cuticles completely dry. She had trouble figuring out how to put the foam sandals on with the toe separators. I asked for a regular polish and in between coats she placed her fan too close to my nails, therefore messing them up about three times. There was no massage or lotion with the manicure despite being $30 and the cuticles were not even cut all the way. I have no issue paying for quality service, however not for inexperienced nail techs. When my nails were dry, I took a look, and there appeared to be a strand from the nail brush on one of my nails, and when I told her she looked very annoyed. After she fixed it, and I continued to dry my nails, she quickly put on her purse like she couldn't wait to get out of there. She also put some drying spray on top of the polish and I think it messed them up because they don't appear smooth as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, she kept on looking at her phone throughout the service every time it went off. There are plenty of stations and even though they were busy, they had no problem taking me right away. They use high quality products and if you don't see a particular color, just ask, they usually have it in the back. The only colors I know by name are OPI and 1 DND by number so I just ask for those and they usually have it or come up with a similar color. Always a nice experience, fast, but never rushed and gel manicures always seem to last longer than most other salons. Closer to 3 weeks, which is a definite plus in my book.

She sensed my hesitation, went lower on the price, and came over to do my nails as I received my pedicure--not only going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable but my son as well. As he began to get a little ancy, knowing I only had one hand available at a time, she would pick up one of his toys and try to play with him to distract him. This meant everything. I discovered this salon on Yelp a few years ago and had completely forgotten about them when I moved further away. After trying many other salons closer to where I live, I stumbled upon my Noire review and decided to go back today. They did not disappoint! I keep my nails short and natural, and apparently they're the only ones in South Florida who don't make me explain myself 47 times about how I like them filed. Just square across top and sides simple right? I don't know what happens at the other places, but here, I say it ONCE, and boom -- they get it every time. Today I had Yisel for my nails and Kevin for my toes, and 10/10. Quick, easy, no stress, and everything came out exactly how I pictured it in my head. She listened, didn't overdo it, didn't freestyle something I didn't ask for -- just gave me exactly what I wanted. I did the mani/pedi in a box which is a lovely soak, sugar scrub, and mask for your hands and feet. It comes in about 7 different scents and were absolutely divine. I chose a simple color, as always, with no embellishments. Salon is clean, as were the tools and equipment. I desperately needed the massage chair, and I made full use of it during my service.
