Everyone was very professional and clean. I had to get both mani (gel) and pedi (regular) and the quality of the work was exactly what I was looking for. The only thing was that I had one person doing both and took a long time while pedi was finished and then get my mani. The service was decent and they were able to take me without an appointment for a pedicure. The foot rub was too short and rather half hearted but the nail tech did a great job free-handing the French tip. Prices are not cheap but not outrageous. Make sure you have cash for the tip because while you can pay with a credit card they don't accept tip on the card. I'm not sure I'd go again just based on the experience, but it was nice that they were open on Sunday-- not the case with many other nail joints in the area. read more

I went to this nail salon on a Thursday and had to have my nails redone by Monday. I'm guessing the girl was new as it took almost 2 1/2 hours the get Nexgen & a pedi. She barely spoke to me. My first clue should have been that during the pedi she didn't really soak my feet & the water was cold. There was no massage to my feet. I asked for my nails a little shorter & they were short! I said 2 of my nails weren't even. She said they broke. 7 of my nails had to be repaired because the polish kept chipping off and then my nails broke underneath.I was told the wrong top coat was used & that's why they were chipping. My regular nail tech said he'd never seen nails a few days done that looked so bad. It was a very costly event for me!!! read more

Absolutely horrible experience. A grown man told my teenage girl she was being difficult when she expressed that she wasn't happy with the shape of her nails. They actually did look horrible and the tech hadn't bothered to do any manicure before gluing the nails on as well. I am teaching my daughter to speak up for herself. His response was shocking. Honestly, I think it came across as quite sexist from this man to my young daughter. My daughter is extremely respectful and kind. She did not deserve this treatment. I witnessed the whole thing. I will never go there again. There have been times that she told me she didn't like something after we had already paid for the service because she thinks she is being disrespectful if she speaks up so I have been talking to her about speaking up in the moment before it's too late. The reaction was just infuriating. We are paying for a service and no matter her age, she should get the service we are paying to the same standards as anyone else. Don't recommend this place at all. I asked for just a gel polish on my nails and made sure to repeat it more than once. Told him I wasnt to happy with the color and he continued to paint them instead of asking me what I wanted. Then he charged me for a manicure (That I specifically didn't ask for). Told him what I had asked for and they still demanded I pay for the manicure in a rude manner. Horrible customer service. read more

I honestly never leave reviews but this was disappointing. I was out of town in this area and needed to get a gel polish change. The lady who I was sat with was a woman in the 2nd chair away from the tv, don't go to her. She barely did anything to my nails besides paint them horribly and the way she was putting the nails in the UV lights was weird. Instead of painting all the nails on one hand then putting it in the UV light she would do the first two fingers then put them under and then do the first two fingers of the other hand. I believe this is was messed up my nails and why they started peeling THE VERY NEXT DAY. I paid $25 including a $5 tip to have two nails peeling so quickly. So I decided to go back to get them fixed and instead of taking the polish off the two nails, she just paints over them.. I tried to tell her I wanted those two redone completely but she seemed to just ignore me and repaint them. Not letting them stay in the UV light for the whole time either. While I was there I decide. To get my feet done upon coming back the 2nd time for peeling fixes and I had a new girl who I believe was training do a horrible job as well. People had to keep coming over to help her and now it's been 3 days and they look horrible as well. Really disappointed. I was also told I would have to pay $24 for a pedi but they ended up charging me $29. Please save yourself having to come back multiple times and don't go here. read more

I love this salon. I always come here and Tina does my pedicure and mani. She also does my mom. She is always asking how I am and what I'm up to. Their prices aren't cheap but you pay for what you get (around $33 for mani and pedi). Walk ins are accepted and it's never packed here. They are closed Monday's and don't take tip on credit cards. read more

The good thing about this salon is you don't need an appointment and can usually get in quickly. But I'm not sure of the cleanliness of the tools. After my manicure, the nail tech squirted rubbing alcohol on the tools and put them in the little sleeve that makes you think they've been properly sterilized. Yuck. Ten seconds of having alcohol on the tools doesn't seem very hygenic to me. This is my second time visiting. The first time my gel manicure chipped in a few days. This time my gel manicure looks thick and mottled; it's not terrible but it's not very good, either. I think salons that won't let you put the tip on the credit card are really cheating their employees. I ALWAYS tip and make sure I bring cash but because so few people carry cash it seems like a way to guarantee the nail tech won't get tipped every time. That's unfair to them. I have been going here for over a year getting my pedicures with Paul he was awesome. Paul recently left and I used another person last time a guy I couldn't remember his name On tuesday I called for an appt for anyone. When I got there at 6pm the woman kept trying to talk me into the more expensive pedicure I wanted the normal one she was very angry she took off my polish and filed my toe nails I asked her to trim she said no. I said what? I want shorter she said no. She dug into my cuticles it hurt. She slapped lotion across my legs did not rub into my feet or legs. I thought I was being PUNKED! She got the hot towel and wiped my leg and threw it down. At this point I was livid. She polished my toe nails that was good. She was done. It was now 18 minutes later I felt like I got crappy unremarkable and rushed service. I tipped her. I paid her. And when I left I advised the owner/manager of my disappointment. All he said was ok. My daughter went to get an acrylic refill and polish done and not only did they treat her terribly (she is 16) but the polish job is awful. She asked if she could get an extra cost and they told her no. I would stay FAR AWAY From this place. It's a disgrace! read more
