I will not be ordering from Jade ever again for two reasons. my son who ordered a dinner with chicken wings chicken fingers and beef teriyaki with fried rice. Upon eating his food he took a bite out of one of the chicken fingers and started to chew and spit it out because it was shrimp. My son is allergic to shellfish including shrimp! I did not have to worry about allergies because everything we ordered did not contain anything he was allergic too. I immediately ran down the street to Jade to show them what was included in my son's meal. the woman at the desk was very inattentive did not comprehend that this was a big deal and she told me shrimp is round chicken fingers are straight. I brought the piece of shrimp and showed her it looked like a chicken finger. I said this is very bad , dangerous and you need to advise your kitchen staff because this is a big deal. She sat there just saying I'm sorry I'm sorry not really understanding. I asked her for a manager and she told me the manager was not there. he was on vacation . There was no one else I could talk t I told her I will talk to the manager when he gets back but she needed to go in the kitchen and tell the kitchen staff what happened so they're more careful she said okay with a blank look on her face. I proceeded to sit outside and watch her do nothing to address the issue. She did not move from the desk and sit there never once going back into the kitchen area to discuss the issue with the kitchen staff not making it a priority that my son could died from eating a piece of shrimp that was never ordered in his meal, which should have been chicken. I sometimes will order them dinner from Jade before I go to work. I will not be doing that ever again . What if I wasn't home to give him his life-saving medicine. Very disappointed! read more

Reasonably priced, Staff is awesome. Best Mai Tai's around! Kenny kills it on the bar! Scallion pancakes are great. Service is always fast whether it's dine in, delivery, or takeout. Great place to end the night with a drink and to relax. Great atmosphere and always good people! read more
