This place is SO cute on the inside! They have a little hallway leading to the bathroom that is draped in flowers--very aesthetic for photos. As for their boba, it is delicious! Very authentic. They offer an array of different desserts and drinks and they also have non-dairy options, which is a plus. Their pricing is reasonable and the service is pretty quick. I recommend going! You can't really work/study there but popping by for a quick drink, dessert or coffee plus a pastry is super easy. Recommend! read more

Was going to a graduation near NSU and searched "Boba Tea" & Jade Tea House popped up! I got the matcha latte with oat mylk + boba & it was delicious!! I think that was the best matcha latte I've ever had too! The two employees I met were friendly. The store has such a cute vibe! I loved the green ascent wall and flowers hanging from the ceiling. I highly recommend stopping in here if you are looking for boba! :) read more

Came here as a last minute idea with my bf and his brother. Girl in the front kinda looked like she did not want to be there but nonetheless was friendly. The prices are a bit high but for the quality of the pastries, I'm not too upset with it. Pastries were fluffy and extremely tasty. I also ordered a Thai Tea and it was so rich, I enjoyed it. Would recommend but wouldn't come out of my way to come back read more

I came across Jade in TikTok and have had it on my list of places to go since and I do not regret it! Absolutely loved everything about it from the vibe, environment, to the food and drinks. Starting out with how adorable and family friendly the actual aesthetic is perfect for pictures! The employee were super sweet and very informative when asking what do they have and what's recommended. We got the ham and cheese croissant which was the best we've ever tasted so far then for something sweet my husband got the vanilla ice cream cone which was exactly how it's pictured on their menu and I got the NY chocolate croissant which was amazing! It was extremely filled with Nutella inside and would pour out from one bit and lastly we got the pink lemon fizz which tastes like a pink lemonade with sprite comes with really strawberries and I added mango popping pearls. It was such a refreshing light drink to have after all that sweetness! We will definitely be going back to taste more drinks and desserts read more

Its a very cute place and vibe. We got the taro milk with the ube paste. It came with oat milk but I personally didnt like it. I think next time I will get a different flavor because I could only really taste the milk. Ill give it another try and see! read more

Ambiance is nice. Well-lit. Service is wonderful. They're always so nice and if there's any issue with the drink, just ask them. They're very sweet about everything. Jade tea house is so good! The environment is amazing, the whole shop is beautiful. The decorations are so aesthetically pleasing. The staff is friendly and the wait is short. The black tea is good, as well as the oolong. Not to mention the matcha! (It's so good) I recently tried the mango dream and it's so yummy and refreshing. The only things I'd critique are that the black tea can be a little strong and since the cups are quite big it fills you up quite a bit. But nonetheless, my favorite boba shop right now. read more

I stopped into Jade Tea House while in the plaza to try them out. I'm not a fan of bubble tea (I personally think Boba is disgusting and a choking hazard) but the tea flavors overall are fantastic! Inside is very IG worthy and cute - especially their flower hallway. They had a ton of different tea's and even though I noticed on their social media that they had Toro soft serve (which is a rare and divine flavor) they were out of it they day I visited. (PLEASE bring it back!!) They have coffee and smoothies as well which I thought was interesting. I tried the Dragonfly tea (sans Boba) and I should have asked for it to be 25% sweet. I didn't realize there was an option until after and it was a bit too sweet for my liking. Either way it was refreshing. I also didn't realize that they added mango and dragon fruit pieces at the bottom. Just as dangerous as Boba but not as obtrusive! The girl at the counter was super friendly and I loved the little order delivery window that the kitchen puts your drinks in when they're finished. Not sure if it's worth the price but great tea, atmosphere and service. Would definitely recommend a stop in if you're a fan of Boba teas! read more

Since there are so many boba places now, I judge a boba shop largely by the quality of the tapioca pearls. I would say I'm really impressed! The boba balls are soooo soft and chewy here. There isn't a strong honey taste (like at kung fu tea) but the texture of it is incomparable! My friends and I shared the ube coconut coffee, egg cream coffee, and the matcha brown sugar boba soft serve. My favorite was the matcha brown sugar boba soft serve ice cream. The matcha ice cream was so good and the soft brown sugar boba balls on top were the cherry on top. They executed this really well because I've tried other icecream/boba items and the boba always get a bit hardened by the coldness. I came another time and tried their Sunset (Hawaiian Plum) fruit tea and this was also really good. Maybe it's cause I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but I would skip the coffee drinks next time. The coffee taste was all too strong. Definitely would come back for the fruit tea and ice cream (boba with every order ofc)! Although the drinks are on the slightly larger end and the drink menu is creative, it is pricey. The place is decorated really nicely and you could definitely get the great photos. I just wish they had a larger space to have more seats available. I would want to sit and chat here longer with friends but because seating is so limited I find myself taking my order to-go. read more

Everyone at Jade Tea House is always so nice and we come here often for boba. It's a tiny spot in a strip mall but they do have a couple of tables and chairs where you can sit inside and a few more outside. They make excellent matcha ice cream and we enjoy the boba. My only gripe is they kinda nickel and dime you on everything. Boba is extra, brown sugar drizzle is extra and the tea just isn't sweet enough for my taste without it. By the time you add in the extras to your drink it works out a bit pricier than other local boba spots. Still, it's immaculately clean, drinks are served up super quick and customer service is A1. read more

I really enjoyed the milk tea here, my fiancé had the Plain Jane coffee with Cheese foam, he said although very sweet he thought the flavor profile was delightful. The prices here are fantastic and the Boba tasted fresh. The shop is cute and small with about 6 tiny tables to sit and study or read at. The cups the teas come in are rather sturdy which is nice. A very snobby gentleman in London once told me that you should never put milk in Jasmine tea. I ordered it anyway. What can I say? I like tea with lots of milk - all types of tea. Thankfully, I don't have to worry about being judged this way ;) now that milk tea is popular. I stopped by Jade Tea House to get exactly that- a Jasmine Milk Tea. I added some crystal bobo to it while I was at it relishing the thought of the gentleman from London frowning. It was very very good! I have not had crystal bobo. They were slightly sweet with more texture than regular bobo. The cafe has a pleasant and welcoming decor and most importantly these days, tables outside where you can drink your tea or coffee or eat some soft serve in relative peace. The couple that was seated outside while I was there, had their dog, and I was mad I didn't think to bring mine. (They were mad too when I got home and told them). I asked the couple what they got because both drinks looked good, and there is always next time. They had gotten a coconut coffee with egg custard and pumpkin (cream) cheese foam that they could not stop raving about. They said the egg custard was like a pudding but not too sweet because of the coffee. I promised myself I would make a second trip to try it. The other drink they got was a Paradise Tea with passion fruit jelly. They liked that one too. And I have to say it was very colorful and refreshing looking. I love Passionfruit, so that is on my list now too. Overall, I was impressed with the variety and endless combinations one could make mixing the foams, jelly's, bobo and different teas and coffees. The customer service was great and the tables both inside and out were cleaned between customers. I watched. Jade Tea House is a must try! I know I'll be back. read more

I said it once, and I'll say it again. It's called JADE tea because it's a gem. And the fact that it's pushed off to the corner makes it a hidden gem. The first thing that stood out when walking in was the sparkly decor hanging down from the roofs. A cute coffee/tea shop with options that cater to everybody's needs. The next thing that stands out is the owners. A genuine couple who are very nice and sweet. Just like their drinks. Haha. But since the Yelp event where I got the Ube viet coffee. I was able to try 4 more drinks. The egg cream coffee, matcha, thai tea, and the dragonfruit. Out of all those drinks the egg cream coffee takes it home. If you want savoring viet coffee with a little bit of sweet, that would be it. The next would be the dragonfruit a nice refreshing drink to get after a meal or cool-off. The other 3 could be a toss up. Maybe I'll try the soft serve when I have time to indulge in one. I've heard a lot of good things. Overall, glad to have this new addition in Soflo. read more

I visited Jade House and was honestly blown away by how elevated the entire experience was. I've been to plenty of matcha spots, but this one truly stands out. It didn't feel like a casual grab and go café at all. It felt curated. The kind of place you'd expect to stumble into in NYC or San Francisco, not something you see every day down here. What really set Jade House apart was the staff. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and walk you through the process. That level of care and attention added so much to the luxe, elevated feel of the place and made the visit feel special. We also tried some of the desserts, including the ube cheesecake and what I believe was the passion fruit croissant, and both were incredible. The matcha also didn't disappoint!
