New to town and looking for a new nail salon, and I tried Jadore bc of their great Yelp reviews. I was not let down! My sister-in-law and I got the Jadore Spa Pedi from Bata, and it was worth every dollar! I could have fallen asleep it was so relaxing! I came back two days later for a Gel Mani by Undraa and it is the best gel mani I've ever gotten. She pays such attention to detail! Undraa offered a back massage after my gel mani, and after moving my backs been a little sore so I jumped at the offer. She is fantastic! Super strong hands and does a great scalp massage too! I signed up for their rewards program which is based on points and offers several discounts as points accumulate. Safe to say this is definitely my new salon! read more

I just love this nail salon. The owner(?) Undraa is an amazingly sweet woman, and the employees are kind and attentive. There's rarely a wait (though appointments are always better for planning purposes), it's right next to Kidstown (drop-in daycare) so you can drop the kids off for however long you want while you're getting your nails prettied, and their prices are great for the service you get. Easily my favorite place in town after trying them all, so this is our regular. They also do great kid's pedicures (my little boys love them). They prefer check or cash, and (in my opinion) you shouldn't forget to tip them well for service (I always tip at least $5-$10 bucks for each service, and I think that's a reasonable amount, so factor that in if you're using cash!) **try the iridescent "unicorn" powder on top of your polish if you're doing gel nails. It's extra, but it looks so cool and holds up great. read more

Undraa is amazing! We scheduled appointments and got there a little late and so we had to wait, but at the end of our pedicures Undraa gave us complimentary shoulder massages to make up for it! This place has the BEST pedicures ever. I have been to so many places and haven't found anything as good as this place. I never leave disappointed! I'm actually pretty bummed to be leaving a less than 5 star review because I love how my nails turn out here, but it's not without pain and annoyance. I recently went to get my nails done. I called the day before to make an appointment for 4:45 and was told "ok great we will see you tomorrow at 4:45". I show up the next day at the exact time to find 3 employees helping other customers. They welcome me, tell me to wash my hands (the usual) but then say, "did you have an appt? For what service?". I tell them yes, for dip nails and they give me the colors to choose from and I sit down. They didn't get to me until 5:15. I sat there for 30 minutes. While I waited, there was another customer who came in at 5 for a pedicure. She was helped before me (I imagine this is because the girl who took her wasn't able to do dip nails? I'm not entirely sure but it's annoying). Also, another two customers came in together for their 5pm appt time for manicures and were told they'd have to wait at least 45 minutes. They were annoyed too so they decided to reschedule and left. John did my dip mani and per usual, (literally every single time he does my nails) he cuts my cuticles. I'm not talking just a little nick, I'm talking full on bleeding, need to apply pressure for a couple minutes, type of cut. This happened twice this day. Also per usual, he apologizes profusely and I just say "thanks". He even told me this time "I'm sorry. You'll remember me for the next few days when you wash your hands and it still stings *awkward laugh*" I again say "thanks". I also even heard the customer he was helping before me say something along the lines of "you're just cutting me up today". Clearly he has an issue. I go to pay and nothing was offered. No discount or anything for the 30 minute wait time for cutting my cuticles. I can pay full price elsewhere for a better experience. read more

So, it's 2 years later, and I'm still going to Jadore Nail Salon. Nara is my go-to-gal for shellac nails. I won't let anyone else touch them. And, some of the best pedicures around. (The leg massages are to die for..) They have a few new faces, and have lost some others. But, guaranteed with Nara owning and running it, it will be even better. The aloe jelly pedicure is the way to go! Holy moly, I have never received such a service and I have worked in the beauty industry for over 6years. The experience was amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and so many different types of massage! The space is clean, comfortable and best yet, it smells great! Some good things about this salon, some not so good things. Pros 1) Above average massage at the end of my manicure 2) Wide variety of color options 3) Friendly staff 4) No drills were used on my nails (big bonus for me!) Cons 1) The manicurist cut me several times and this was easily the most painful manicure I've ever had; most of my cuticles are raw 2) The manicurist used a community duster brush to dust off my nails as several of them were bleeding (I will never return just based off of this unsanitary practice) 3) My total time in the salon on a Monday morning for a dip manicure was close to two hours; longer than most I've been to. 4) The manicurist told me it would be $20 to add tips onto my dip manicure,that price is outrageous. I usually pay $5-10 when adding it to another service at other salons. Overall, the work was good/average, but the sanitary overlook, multiple cut cuticles and uncompetitive pricing will make me a one-time customer. read more

It took a VERY long time for them to soak off the dip from my last salon visit (at another place) - unusually long. The tech covered my nails with acetone and foil, then pulled out USED food service gloves to cover them when there was a box of new ones right behind her. I've been coming back to Jadore nails for over 3 years now. I usually get a gel manicure and regular spa pedicure. They do a meticulous job painting! And unlike other nail salons that do gel nails, I've never had problems with them chipping. I'm not sure if it's technique or product quality, but whatever they do at Jadore works. I also like seeing the same familiar faces there whenever I go in. They usually have walk-in spots available, but I'd recommend an appointment just in case. read more

Best nail salon EVER! I have been getting my nails done for 33 years and this is by far the best salon I have ever been too. They are so friendly and helpful. They do quality work and really care about their customers. Salon is very clean. Have received consistent quality pedicures and dip nails for the past 6 months from them. My nails always look amazing and last for a long time. There are probably 20 salons closer to me but it is worth the drive to Jadore. read more

Overall I would say this salon is pretty good. It is very open, bright, and clean. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and they got me in right away. The staff was very nice. The lady who did my nails was very sweet and gentle. She did a good job on the cut, filing, & paint and my nails look great. After the manicure, she exfoliated my hands and also massaged my hands & arms with a hot stone. Very relaxing! Price for the manicure was $35. Keep in mind that they prefer cash or check as method of payment. They do take cards though. The reason I had to take one star away is because I think the service could use improvement. The lady who did my nails was so kind but she moved very slow. A little too slow. I felt like there was no sense of urgency. My appointment took 2 hours and my gel manicures have never gone over 1.5 hours. Also, when she was removing my old gel, she was scraping off the polish with her own finger nail which I thought was odd. I'm not sure why she didn't use a tool to scrape off my old gel. It felt weird that she was using her own nail to do it, especially because her nails could have been damaged in the process. Other than that, I was happy with how my nails turned out. read more

My daughter and I were looking for a new nail salon in Parker, and we tried Jadore based on reviews. We were not dissappointed. The base prices were a few dollars more than other places, but they didn't nickle and dime us with extras, so I believe we had a good value for our money. I also enjoyed their selection of packages - we didn't have to go from bare bones to the full on spa package. This salon was clean and serene with very comfortable furniture and really nice massage chairs. The quality of our pedicures was excellent, and the massage was very nice. I also felt attended to, unlike other salons where the person taking care of me was distracted and would rather be anywhere else than attending to me and the services I was paying for. I do not like making an appointment and showing up and having to wait for a long time behind walk ins - this was not the case here, as our appointment time at Jadore was honored with minimal waiting! read more

I went here recently for the first time and got a shellac manicure. My manicure still looks amazing, no chips or any sign of peeling. The store was very clean and the ladies were friendly. My advice to you is to bring cash, they ask everyone at checkout if they have cash. They also have a rewards program and if you sign up, you get $5 off your next visit. Conveniently located and very modern. While you're getting your nails done a lady comes and gives you a hot pad for your back and at the end you get a hand/arm and shoulder massage. The salon also has massage chairs to relax in! They have many different options and relaxations available. I would definitely recommend going and know I will go back there! I had a very pleasant experience here, they have taken all the correct precautions regarding covid and the salon is very clean. I got nail extensions and they all fell off in less than a week, without any intervention from myself. I've never experienced this with another salon, which is why I only rated two stars, I was frustrated with how expensive the nail extensions were and the length of time they lasted.
