I've had many pedicures at different places and NEVER have I experienced anything close to what I did during my visit here this weekend. I felt like I paid for a spa massage day! I was JUST massaged on my feet and legs for 35ish minutes with the woman's magical hands and hot stones followed by her taking her time and making my feet look beautiful with their top notch polishes. Following my pedi I enjoyed my 1st manicure that was accompanied by a neck, shoulder, and upper arm massage. I thought I was dreaming! Best mani pedi EVER! Jen took her time and did an excellent job. You are missing out if you don't try this place. I got the mini spa pedicure and a regular manicure. Don't let the "mini" fool you. I received a heated neck and shoulder pad to wear throughout my appointment. The pedicure came with an exfoliating scrub, lotion massage and hot stone massage. Yesterday I went to this place for the first time. I was so happy! Bugee was the Best! My daughters treated me for a late mother's day and they recommended this place. I will be going back regularly. I have to say I am really disappointed in J'adore . I have been here before and they did a decent job. The last 2 times the quality has been poor. The most recent visit was on Friday. I went for a Mani/Pedi with my 10 year old daughter. The kiddo got shellac on the nails and regular polish on the toes. I did dip on my nails and regular polish on my toes. When I went to pay it was $145!! Other salons i have been to have charged far less for littles because there is much less to do and far less time needed. They charged me full price for her, no discount for having both a manicure and pedicure for either of us. Shame on me for not asking more questions about pricing and expectations. SO now with tip i was at $165, holy heck. Now it is Tuesday and my dip is chipping and my daughters polish on her toes is coming off. So i paid an arm and a leg and the quality is less than acceptable. Disappointed..... read more

Went here for a eye brow wax and gel manicure. They messed my eyebrows up and made them uneven. I got upset and cried instead of having sympathy they asked me to leave and refused to do my nails. After making an appointment 2 weeks prior and having vacation tomorrow. I explained I got upset and she fixed it and I don't understand the issue? I didn't yell or say anything rude I just cried cause I got scared I would look bad for a vacation I was planning all year. The lady said yeah well she doesn't want to do them and you can go somewhere else. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I don't understand how they can't have compassion for someone who just had a bad wax. My 15 yo daughter and I were in town visiting family and wanted to get our nails done. My daughter had acrylics on that needed to be removed, and a few nails she had trashed while playing soccer. Wow, I was so impressed-the technicians were thorough yet gentle and my daughters nails went from looking scary to looking fantastic. My cuticle on one of my nails had cracked and began to peel, as I'm not used to the dry weather-I tend to just suck it up if it hurts and I didn't ask them to be careful with it, but they were so gentle and still made that nail look as amazing as the rest. The salon was clean, and instruments were properly sterilized and replaced. We will certainly be back again next time we're in town. read more

I had the most amazing deluxe pedicure here! They took their time, and I didn't feel like they wanted me out of my comfy chair ASAP, like some salons make you feel. The girl who did my pedicure (wish I had gotten her name...will next time!) did an amazing job on my polish, and it lasted for 3 weeks without chipping. And no, I did not get special long-lasting polish, just regular OPI. After the pedi, which included warm boots and extra-long massage, she massaged my neck and shoulders while my feet were under the dryer. I had an appointment with Bujee for a manicure and it was amazing! The shop itself is clean, well lit, and smells nice (not chemical like some other shops). Bujee was meticulous and the finished product is amazing. I'm very picky about my nails, and I have zero complaints. They were short staffed, but they didn't rush me through at all, I still received the star treatment complete with a hot stone massage and a shoulder massage at the drying station. I was looking for a new salon and decided to try Jadore based off of other reviews. It was a smaller salon but very clean and bright. The staff was very nice and even though I had to wait a bit to get into my appointment they made sure to check in on me. The manicure was good and I loved the polish they used. I went to Jadore today to get my nails done for a wedding this weekend. Undraa was amazing, I got there just a few minutes after they opened and I didn't wait at all. She was meticulous, taking her time to ensure each nail was perfectly shaped, trimmed, and then polished. She even did a gorgeous snowflake design, googling ideas for inspiration and make it truly special. Absolutely thrilled with the whole experience and the result. Went in for the first time today for a mani pedi and WOW it was awesome! I did have a coupon and FELT BAD USING IT because the service was so good! I almost wasn't going to but she saw it sticking out of my wallet and asked if I wanted to use it! One might think $45 (without the coupon) for a mani pedi is a little on the high side but it's because you are getting a full spa service! Hot rocks, LONG massage, hot towels, honey scrub, for both hands and feet, etc are all included in the basic mani pedi. Then to top it off the shoulder massage while your nails are drying - SWOON! so i'm really sad to be giving a bad review but it's unfortunately deserved. i went in for a full set and a design, which was $120. the price obviously is outrageous but the design i wanted was pretty complex so i figured if they're charging that much they'll be able to do it no problem. which was true! he did a great job with the design but he accidentally ripped one of my cuticles out which hurt and bled :( but mistakes happen so no big deal. i was happy when i left the salon with the results, but i hadn't even gotten home yet and the paint on my thumb nails started to chip. I went back to the salon after i had one of my nails break not even a week later and most of my nail polish had somehow chipped off anyways. i've never had a nail break before so it sucked that it happened after spending so much money. they charged me another $10 to fix the nails and he cut my cuticle once again :( he blamed it on my cuticles being dry but if that's the case put cuticle oil on them and soften them? lol not even an hour later my nail polish chipped again. somehow this time my nails are worse than the first time. you can see that they're bubbling up and essentially they're gonna pop off soon. the polish is chipping off even worse this time. i've never experienced that with gel. overall the design was good and the staff is really nice but long term the nails were the worst i've ever had and also the most expensive i've ever paid for. i really wanted to like this place. im assuming they're just good at everything but full sets with gel. so if you like dip i guess go here read more

Absolutely WONDERFUL salon. I came here after reading all of the great reviews and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. Not only did I get a pedicure, but a hot stone massage, lotion & oil massage and a hot towel wrap on my legs during the pedicure. They massaged my legs for over half an hour and when it came to painting my nails, they were so meticulous to ensure my nails looked great and would last long too! Since they weren't busy at the time, after she put me under the dryer, she gave me a 5 minute shoulder massage for free.
