We didn't wait long at all to be seen and the fillings didn't take long to complete. They don't take my sons' dental insurance but they do accept Care Credit and they are responsibly priced compared to other dentists in the area. Both of my sons said the Dr was friendly and they didn't experience any issues or discomfort during or after their appointments.

I worked via email with Linda and she sent me paperwork to fill out as attachments. I printed and filled out the paperwork and asked Linda if I should bring the forms to my appointment or send them back to her over email. I received no response. I followed up on my previous email to which I also received no response. Fast forward to November and it is now the week before my appointment. Linda calls me and tells me I will be sent links to fill out paperwork online. I told her we talked via email and that I printed the forms she originally sent me and never received a response whether I should bring them in or send them back over email. She said it was fine if I just brought the forms to my appointment. She also asked me if I could come in a different day (earlier in the week) and I said no. A couple days later Linda called me once again to ask if I could come in earlier and I let her know that I already told her that I would not be able to due to my work schedule. She told me she would write a note. The day before my appointment Linda called me once again to confirm my appointment which I did. Later that afternoon she told me the doctor was sick and there were no other doctors that could see me because they didn't take my insurance. This whole experience was extremely unprofessional and not how I should have been treated as a new patient. It is also very convenient that the doctor was "sick" the day before Thanksgiving after trying to reschedule my appointment multiple times. Do not waste your time scheduling an appointment 4 months in advance here or at all.

When I arrived, they took X-rays and the dentist came in, but instead of focusing on the cleaning I had booked, he spent most of the appointment trying to push orthodontic treatment. He made several comments about my "large teeth" and crowded mouth that felt unnecessary and condescending. It didn't feel like a consultation. it felt like a sales pitch. When I explained that I wasn't interested in orthodontics and just wanted the cleaning I had scheduled, I was told they couldn't do a regular cleaning and that I needed a deep cleaning due to gum disease. This was surprising, as I get cleanings 3-4 times a year and had my last one less than four months ago. Despite explaining this, he insisted a regular cleaning wasn't an option. I ended up leaving and driving to my previous dentist, where I received a routine cleaning and was told I do not have gum disease. Seeing that the office is 10 min from my home is a bonus! I read reviews literally for just about everything lol. The reviews on Google, Yelp and social media for this office is outstanding! I decided to give them a call and make an appointment. The lady on the phone was very kind and friendly. On the day of my appointment, I was blown away with how swanky this dental office is. I have two flexible spending cards, and I needed to split the payment on 2 cards for today's visit. Front desk personnel, Alyssa, was able to put the invoices on the receipt so that I can properly submit the invoice to my FSA providers. She too, was very helpful and friendly!
