Jaguar wrought iron had already been out to the property. Had already started the estimate and the owner had already called before I was brought onto this project. When I called the first time I had been promised on 6/20 that I would have my estimate by 6/22. No problem. I called later 6/23 for an update, no big deal. I was told that my message would get to my estimator and they would follow up. Awesome. I call 6/28 and had an unpleasant phone call with Kendra. She, by the end of it hung up on me because "they are so very busy". I didn't even have the opportunity to ask her a solid time frame to follow up since the owner of the renovation I'm working on wanted a price after already waiting weeks for it. I'm not certain why they feel like regular questions are insulting or disrespectful. However, that's how they will treat them. If a company doesn't think communicating effectively is necessary, then you shouldn't be in customer service. read more

Overall the work was very good. Clean up was a bit lacking; however, the service requested ( design and install side wrought iron gate) was achieved. A little expensive ( though I did not shop around to compare prices) but the look of the gate was worth it. read more

Ryan my poc was awesome, he took ny design ideas and listened to me completly. It took 2months from our 1st appointment to discuss design ideas and measurements, to final installation. We did a front archway gate as well as a side entry. Love them completly and the one yr warrenty is very nice. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend them. Waited to give my review until a few years after installation to see how my gate held up. I was impressed with how professional they were when sitting down with me to help me with my design. I'm totally happy with my RV gate and also how the paint has held up over the years. I worked with Jaguar Wrought Iron for a couple of weeks to get the perfect design for my entry security doors, but at some point, they were not interested in what the customer wanted and I had to choose a competitor. Alex Wrought Iron never bothered to call back and I'm talking about nearly $3000.00 security screens. I ended up choosing Gomez Brothers and they are installing the frame work this Tuesday and doing the doors to my exact specifications. IMPRESSED!!! What company supports their customers for a fence they did 35 years ago??? Jaguar does. The fence is standing strong and beautiful, the 5' brick columns solid as a rock. The brick base is solid. The panels are in great shape. The automatic gate opener finally went out and they are coming to take care of it. If you want a fly by night job that might last a few years, there are cheaper options. If you want something that you can be both proud and confident in for decades to come, use Jaquar. I have been dealing with a gate that when there is any rain or moister in the air it won't shut that was built and installed by jaguar 11/2014. I paid over $10,000.00 for fencing and a custom gate so you would think they would take care of the problem. Nope... I have been asking one of the owners Josh to take care of it for over a year with no resolve up to this point. Josh has told me multiple times that they would take care of it and the last time we made a appointment for 01/19/16 they no showed, no call and Josh won't respond to why it wasn't done or when it would be. We've lived at our home for over 26 years now and have had Jaguar put in all of our wrought iron starting with our pool fence, then our side garden gates, our stair railings, and most recently beautiful gates inside between our living-dining room area. I was not sure what I wanted so Ryan e-mailed me some cool designs. I then asked him to follow the pattern of our lead glass windows & the results are spectacular. There were a few design issues that would have prevented placing decorative glass within the gates. No problem: they came back out and fixed the problem at no cost to me. We are now waiting for the tempered-decorative glass installation that I know will compliment their artistry. We are very pleased & thankful for a job very well done. read more

I hired Jaguar to build a single car driveway gate. I wanted it private and sturdy. Ryan (the salesman who I happened to be acquainted with from 25 years ago) came out and measured. He told me what they came up with and it sounded great to me. They came out and installed a sturdy, somewhat okay looking gate. We only ever said black gate and never actually went over what kind of black. It was a very glossy black. My fault I guess. They said it had a one year warranty if anything goes wrong to call them. Well, a couple of months after installation the gate started leaning and would not latch properly. After dealing with this for longer than I wanted I finally called. They sent someone out and their fix was to weld a piece of metal to it and use a short lag screw to go into a wood fence behind it. Within a matter of weeks the weight of the gate started pulling the screw out of the wood fence and leaning so it would not latch properly. After two years of dealing with the leaning, not closing properly gate, I called Ryan the salesman and told him my issue. He came out the next day and drew up a sketch, took some pictures, and said he would let me know the next day or two what they came up with. A week went by and I never heard from him so I called the office. They took messages, didn't answer the phone, said Ryan was unavailable, I left messages on the answering machine, called Ryan's cell phone and got nothing. Ryan had ghosted me. I've done a temporary fix with a longer lag screw and it's starting to lean again. What a disappointment this all is. Jaguar in my experience is a terrible example of what customer service and quality work should be. Shame on Ryan the Salesman for ghosting me. He took the $2400 and ran. read more

I gave this company 4 stars because I had to request that they come back. The new gate was starting to rust. They came back, repainted, and it looks fine now. I have never had a problem with their representative coming out. read more
