Referred to Dr. Jaibaji for a Mohs closure on my nose. Had 4 appointments total (consult, closure, suture removal, follow-up). Consult went fine, I guess. (There was no appt reminder.) It was about a 5-minute appt so he could see the area he needed to close. Closure was scheduled for the day after my Mohs surgery. He told me to call the office if I was done early, and he'd try to squeeze in the closure on the same day. My Mohs was done quickly, so I called at 9:40AM to see if he could squeeze me in. The receptionist was irritated and confused. There was some yelling back and forth in the background and I was told to come in the following day for the scheduled appointment as Jaibaji was not available on this afternoon. The receptionist seemed pretty irritated. I apologized and reiterated that Jaibaji told me during the consult to call in to check. (Reminder: I have a fresh open wound and I'm getting attitude over the phone from people who told me to call them.) I then asked her if she could confirm my appt time (as there was no appt reminder sent - a recurring theme). She was irritated again and asked me my name, then took two minutes to find my appt time. Closure day: I walked into the reception area, sat down. "Your co-pay is $35." I look around. No one else is in the reception area. All I see is a forehead and hair behind the back of a flat screen monitor. That was my greeting on the day of my closure. I paid. The closure went fine. It's my first, so I don't have anything to compare it to. He was a little sloppy with the anesthetic, some of which ran down into the corner of my eye. (I got to drive home with 8 stitches in my face and a numb, watery eyeball.) The only care guidance provided was that it was okay to do anything I wanted (i.e. take a shower that night). This was not good guidance. The conversation during the closure was interesting. Dr. Jaibaji entered into an existential AI rant and told me the reason I lost my job in IT was due to AI. It was not, but he didn't want to hear that. He only wanted to hear that AI will take everyone's job. Not exactly an enjoyable conversation for when someone's cutting your face open. When I returned for suture removal, I received the exact same greeting as before (none, just a stated copay amount due). The suture removal was quick. A slightly gentler hand and the ability to wash my face afterwards would have been appreciated, but it was a relief to get the stitches out. My follow-up appointment coincided with Federal jury duty. Had a reminder been sent, I would have called to reschedule ahead of time. They were understanding and told me to reschedule when my jury service concluded. I have not bothered as I'm sure any follow-up to this level of care would be pointless. The office has not followed-up. My nose is healing fine...I'm taking care of it. I'm leveraging online guidance and advice from people who've had Mohs surgery before. Strange bedside manner, unprofessional support staff, and inaccurate recovery guidance. Very weird experience. I went in for the procedure, and the doctor suggested that to remove my shirt in case of bleeding. He was very thoughtful. It took LESS THAN AN HOUR, to complete my procedure. And I was out of there. I went to Dr. Jaibaji early March (2025) to explore the possibility of a breast reduction due to ongoing back pain. During my initial consultation, he explained what the procedure would look like and he said that I appeared to be a good candidate for the procedure. He took photos and submitted them to my insurance for approval. About a week later, I was notified that my insurance had approved the procedure and I called to schedule the surgery, which was scheduled for April 28. Sheila, his coordinator, was really nice and efficient helping me schedule my visits. The surgery took place as scheduled, and the process from consultation through surgery was generally smooth. Office visits were fast and efficient. Overall, my experience was good, and the process felt organized and easy. I came to Dr. Jaibaji for a breast reduction due to years of pain, discomfort, and emotional stress. From the very first visit, the experience felt unsettling. My young son was with me and visibly anxious. I had no one else to watch him, and instead of being patient or understanding, Dr. Jaibaji appeared irritated and dismissive. I told him I was a G cup and wanted to be reduced as small as possible, even down to an A cup, which he immediately mocked. He said, "Nobody wants to be an A" and later added, "I could just cut them off and make sure you don't have anything." He also suggested moving fat from my butt to my chest, which I never asked for, and told me I should come back for a tummy tuck after I finish having children. These comments felt deeply inappropriate and objectifying. After surgery, while I was still healing, he had me sit and listen to a long pitch about leaving him five-star reviews and referring other military spouses. I was not ready to speak positively about my experience because I did not feel respected or cared for. This experience was not professional. It was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and disappointing. I do not usually write reviews for anything, but the experience my wife and I went through required a response. My wife needed to have a medically necessary procedure. She spent countless hours meeting and talking with a number of specialists in this area. After experiencing horrific behavior from some others, she thought she had found a thoughtful, caring, and professional individual in Dr. Jaibaji. The procedure was scheduled, and my wife changed her own work schedule, which impacted a large number of her own clients, and her personal schedule was also changed to accommodate the procedure and recovery. Six days before the scheduled procedure, my wife was informed she would need to pay thousands of dollars more than she had previously signed and agreed to. She had also already paid the sum in full prior to the procedure as required by Dr. Jaibaji. In all of the documentation she was provided, there was clear language that the amount she agreed to would include all costs and fees. There was no language stating additional costs could arise, not from the hospital, not from insurance, nothing. Any reasonable person would have understood that. After going back and forth with them for a few hours, my wife agreed to an additional cost (less than what the "doctor" started to with). We thought everything was resolved. Then she received a call informing her the procedure was cancelled and was asked where to send the refund check. This was entirely the doctor's fault. And instead of taking responsibility for the error, honor the agreement, and be professional and perform the procedure, he instead chose to run away as he was not going to make as much profit as he was expecting. He chose to disregard the impact such a decision would have on the patient and only think of himself and his money. Simply pathetic and heartless. I can only take solace in the fact that we learned who this individual really is before we let him perform the procedure. I can only imagine how decisions are made when, during a procedure, something were to go wrong. Would the decision be in the best interests of the patient, or whether the "doctor" was going to be sufficiently compensated? I'm glad we'll never have to find out. I was referred to Dr Jaibaji last year when I suffered a nose fracture. He was very detailed about the timeframe and procedures that would be the best fit to correct my deviated septum and the overall appearance of my nose. I even decided to add on a cosmetic procedure (breast lift with implants). The day of surgery Dr. Jaibaji walked me through everything once again and made sure I was fully comfortable with everything planned. Throughout the first week of recovery, he made sure every concern or question I had was addressed in a very timely manner. I had a deviated septum and other problems with my nose making it very hard to breathe. I was referred to Dr Jaibaji and the whole process was amazing!!! Scheduling is tough if you're using your insurance. My letter of authorization expired twice.. I paid for 2 exams and was later told they couldn't get me in before my authorization would expire again. The scheduler Sheila recommended that I get a referral to a different office. Super frustrated with their terrible customer service. I wish they just redirected me to another physician in the first place instead of wasting my money and time. read more

Dr. Jaibaji was amazing and really listened to me when I voiced concerns. He was happy to answer all of my questions and help me come up with solutions to my concerns (like wanting to preserve my nipples for breast feeding). My surgery did get cancelled and rescheduled a week before the original date which was stressful, but the overall result was worth it. He made my 32K breasts into a much more manageable 32C/D while preserving my nipples the best that he could! I was in great hands and wonderfully taken care of! read more

I went to see Dr. Jaibaji after being diagnosed with breast cancer in April. He went over all the reconstruction options, in particular a nipple sparing, skin sparing mastectomy with pedicle tram flap reconstruction. Neither the Oncologist or Surgeon I spoke to had said this was an option. I am less than 3 weeks post surgery and I couldn't be happier. I'm still recovering but you would never know looking at my breasts that I had a bilateral mastectomy. I definitely would never recommend Dr. Jabaji. When the results are good he is great, but when his work is botched he is condescending and makes you feel dumb. After having several surgeries and spending $50,000+, I'm devastated at the treatmentI received from Dr. Jabaji this last time. I went to Dr. Jaibaji to have my breast redone after having him do them 10 years earlier. I was happy with the first enhancement he did but after 10 years the breast were dropping and saggy. During our consultation, Dr Jabaji recommend me having my neck lifted. After much thought, I agreed to both procedures though it was pricey, I thought the results would be like the first time. The day of the procedure was strange. The procedure seemed rushed. I was awakened and while still groggy, I was rushed out the back door with bandages but my hair matted with blood and blood down my neck. I was so confused at the treatment. I went back for a check up a few weeks later. I was so disappointed in my breast and neck surgery. My right breast was 2 inches lower than my left. Dr. Jabaji assured me it would heal correctly and if not he would fix it. My neck had a lot of swelling which I was expecting, but I was not expecting the 5 inch scar running down the side of my jaw to under my chin. I am able to cover the scar with make-up but I shouldn't have to. My neck looks younger but the scar ruins it. Quite a few months later, I sent pictures of my scar and breast to Dr. Jabaji. He emailed me back to come into his office. He gave me an injection into the neck scar and said that would help. After telling me previously that he would fix the problems, he said I would have to pay him to fix my breast and neck. He told me part of the problem was my age. I am older so I did understand my breast were not going to look like a 20 year old but the 2+ inch difference from my left to my right breast effects how my clothes fit and has drastically hurt my self confidence. The whole situation has been very upsetting and has total effected my self confidence. He made me feel like I was taking advantage of him because he was going to give me a GREAT deal on fixing his botched breast job. He actually said he wouldn't do it for free as he would have to pay the medical staff. FYI, I'm writing this review 2 years after the surgery. Everyday when I look in the mirror I feel so embarrassed by how my clothes fit that I wear big baggy tops that hide my chest, not to mention the ugly scar on my face/neck. I had to write this review. I first saw Dr. Jaibaji back in 2009. I was suffering from capsular contracture from a previous breast enhancement. My implants were too large and I was extremely unhappy with my results. Dr. Jaibaji really took his time to figure out the exact outcome I was looking for. I considered just taking the implants out completely, but along with some advice from Dr. Jaibaji, I decided to replace the implants, instead. It was the best decision for me at the time. He was able to fix the capsule contracture, and my new breasts were perfect! Although I enjoyed having implants for 12 years, I felt it was time to have them removed. I went back to Dr. J a few months ago for a consultation. He was concerned that I may not be happy completely removing the implants, as I've had larger breasts for quite some time. So, three weeks before my surgery, he was able to extract all the saline from the implants! This gave me some time to really think about what I would look like if I decided to remove them as opposed to replacing them. After a couple days, I was convinced I was ready to have them removed (along with a lift). I am so thankful for his recommendation to remove the saline prior to surgery! He really took the time to think about my feelings and supported my decision 100%! I am currently about two weeks post surgery, and I couldn't be happier with my results!
