Hoping for a last-minute miracle, I called and spoke with Michelle, who was so kind and accommodating in fitting me in that same evening. From the moment I arrived, the space felt welcoming, calming, and impeccably clean. Michelle was professional, efficient, and made the entire experience far more comfortable than expected by keeping the conversation flowing and helping me relax throughout the appointment. WOW. JUST WOW. I decided to treat myself to a facial when I found Michelle through the axxess card. Needless to say it was such an incredible experience my skin felt so fresh and cleansed I was so relaxed after I did not want to leave! Super clean space right in the middle of downtown with easy parking, very relaxing environment. I took my step daughter for facials here for the first time and we were both so happy we chose this spot. I got the Revtipen while my step daughter got the luxe facial. Both were super relaxing and our faces felt amazing after. Michelle does a great job in bringing that full relaxation to the whole process so that you almost feel like you are floating. Ahhhhh. This is a new skin spa and it has simple chic decor. I saw Tammy for a facial twice and I loved how my skin felt. I was able to go bare face the rest of the week when necessary and felt my skin was cleaner and glowing. She was gentle with myself and also took care of my mom.
