She also offers spray tans if that's your thing. The bathrooms are actually clean. Not "we wiped the counter real quick." Clean. Complimentary tampons and wipes are stocked, which tells me she's thinking about her clients beyond the appointment. There's free Jolly Ranchers and gum in the waiting area. A little sugar before the sugar. Booking online is easy. There's plenty of parking in the back. I've been coming for years and I still drive from Ventura. That's not casual loyalty; it's because she's that good.

I had dark, patchy areas, visible streaking/dripping, and other areas that were much lighter. I get spray tans fairly regularly, so I'm familiar with how they develop, and this was by far one of the worst results I've had. I reached out afterward and Kasey was initially very nice and offered me a complimentary spray tan. I appreciated the offer, but explained that I live several hours away in Aptos and had only been passing through Ventura, so realistically I couldn't come back for another appointment. I asked if they would consider refunding the service instead. Unfortunately, after that I never received another response, even after following up again. I completely understand that businesses can't always verify an issue weeks later, and I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on that. But I was genuinely unhappy with the service, reached out politely, explained why their proposed solution wasn't usable for me, and then was simply ignored. That's ultimately why I'm leaving one star.
