That moment alone speaks volumes about how much Andrea means to my daughter. She started at Happy daycare when she was just 1.5 years old. As a first-time mom, I cried on her first day, and Arti sat with me, gently reassuring me that we just needed to give her time to build trust. I can't express how much it meant knowing they understood this was her first time away from home. Within a week, the tears stopped. On her last day, I was the one still in tears because Andrea wouldn't be caring for my little girl anymore. Andrea is incredibly kind and patient. She cared for my daughter with so much warmth that even on weekends, my little one would ask to go see her and this happened more times than I can count. During a medical emergency with my daughter, both Andrea and Arti stayed with her until I arrived, then remained by my side as we figured out the next steps. Specifically in food she would prepare fresh parathas for lunch daily (brocolli, aloo, gobi etc) and feed them along with home made dahi. Also she would feed the kids varied range of fruits pre lunch and in evening snacks. From a hygiene standpoint, our daughter would always be cleaned well, and we never had a concern in that area.
