The 15 min observation time was spent in a chair, watching other customers come through the store. It is a BUSY location and I did not purchase anything so I cannot say much about customer service on the front end of the store. The store was orderly and neat, a couple of kids were running up and down the aisles, but it actually made it feel "normal." Everyone was masked and pleasant. They were cranking out appointments, but you could see/feel a sense of excitement. I didn't really talk to anyone else cause the chairs were spaced far apart, but I think you could feel the sense of relief from folks after receiving the vaccine and our tickets out of this pandemic.

We bought strawberry leopard which THEY recommend, it was a pretty purple (in the bottle).. But as soon as we put it on our hair it was a ugly magenta red... It wasn't even close to purple.... Keep in mind our hair wasn't fully bleached because if you know and understand how the color wheel works (which the employees did not it seemed).. purple is the opposite of yellow/ orange on the color wheel. We've done purple before on "bronze" hair before and it's come out beautifully. However the strawberry leopard THEY recommend was garbage and they wanted to blame us for the hair when it wasn't even the right color.. From now on my money will never go to liars and scammers (Sally's) ever again... I recommend going to Walmart or even looking on Amazon because they have what you'd want for cheaper too... Honestly that's what we should've done...I hope the whole team learns the color wheel and what it means... P.S For my guys and gals who are dying their hair crazy vibrant colors I personally recommend ION, Artic Fox, or Manic Panic... (Don't waste your time asking the employees) trust me I'll save you from a terrible experience and save your wallet... Here are some pictures below that shows the "purple" they recommend vs the one we went in and bought (the ION) which was cheaper than the "spotted" strawberry leopard they recommend. I spent over $80 and I was pissed. Keep in mind they did nothing but blame us for the entire thing. The first picture that's redish is the strawberry leopard they recommend with the picture of what the bottle said the color would be.. It is not purple whatsoever, we bought the ION to fix it and the last picture is what we went with (ION) and it came out a beautiful purple. Again don't listen to them, save your time and money on a different place than this... Im truly upset because we were treated like amateurs when we've been dying our hair for over 10 years. (We knew what we were doing) I don't recommend strawberry leopard at all and I especially don't recommend getting advice or recommendations from the employees.... They have no idea what they are talking about.

As usual, an employee offered their assistance in pointing out the differences in features between the different models. We made a selection and was checked out quickly. I have always felt that they we were sincerely trying to help. I don't really purchase anything for myself but they have always had what I was looking for for my daughter and wife.

July 1, 2026 - It takes forever to get someone on the phone, and there is a certain female…read morepharmacist I have talked to twice that is RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and a SMART ASS. She interrupts and does not let you finish your sentence. I am self-pay. No insurance states what I can and cannot have (which they should be able to see on their computer). I have a prescription that was not filled with the appropriate quantity, and I did not catch that when I picked it up (won't make that mistake again). I got 30 instead of 90, so I ran out and my refills had expired. She said it could not be refilled (it's not being refilled; technically, you are giving me the 60 that you owe me). She said it was canceled in the system and they would have to contact my provider. I said, "You owe me the 60." She said they couldn't override it, which is probably true, but there should be some way to give me the pills I did not receive and that my prescription called for. She said she would let Pam explain it to me, like I was a child and unable to comprehend plain English. She put me on hold, and I was too mad to speak to anyone at that point. This is the second time I've spoken to her, and it was the same experience. The last time, they didn't fill a prescription because it was too expensive. They never called to ask; they just didn't fill it, and when I checked, it said I needed to call. Well, good luck with that--some days you can't get anyone to answer, and others they put you on hold. When I did talk with her, I told her to fill the prescription, as we are self-pay. So twice they, being Walgreens, or their system, have tried to dictate what I get. No call, no email, no conversation about it. If someone would have mentioned it when I picked these pills up, this would not have happened. And again, I'm self-pay, so I use GoodRx and stuff like that. I paid the same price for the 30 pills that I had been paying for the 90 pills!!!!!!! That's one reason it didn't register with me when I paid that there was a problem. I know they have difficult jobs and are probably short-staffed, but Walgreens NEEDS to do better!!!! This is ridiculous.
