The person that did my service did not speak English and this kind of took away from my experience, she was so sweet but we had no way of communicating with each other, she had to pull one of the other techs over to translate. Because of the language barrier I was unable to get a real time cost estimate of the extra fees and was just taken a back at my total. And because service aren't itemized on the receipt, I couldn't really tell what cost what outside of the basic service like my pedicure.
