I'm surprised to see a lot of negative ratings, though I see they are mainly related to sales. I bought a new Mazda3 from them in 2011 -- it was a MUCH better experience than with my previous new car. At the time they offered 3 free oil changes per year as long as I own it, and, I put new tires on it a few years ago and now they also give me free tire rotations. I think the service dept. is very good. When my tire pressure light came on this week, they checked all the tires for nails or problems and topped off the pressure, no charge. Any time I've had an appointment, they took me on time and if I waited while they did the service, it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Some people have complained that the dealership recommended a new air filter or something else -- well, those things DO need to be replaced periodically. I feel like they have been honest with me and done any work for a reasonable price. read more

My experience with this location has been mixed. I'm sharing this review to help others decide whether to service their vehicle here or consider Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County instead. I previously purchased brand-new tires from this location. The service team was responsive after I placed my order online and contacted me quickly to schedule an appointment. For tire replacement, the process was efficient and the work itself was done well, though it was on the pricey side. One issue I did have was with pricing transparency. I was emailed a total of $905.84 (including tax), but when I arrived to pay, the final total was $1,014.70 due to a tire rotation charge that was not disclosed upfront. I would have appreciated clearer communication about that cost in advance. My biggest concern, however, has been how my transmission repair has been handled. After my check engine light came on, I was able to drop my car off here. I was informed that my transmission needs to be replaced and that the repair is fully covered under warranty, but the part is currently on back order. I understand that delays like this are outside of the dealership's control, and I don't take issue with the lack of a firm timeline. The issue is the lack of support around transportation during this extended repair. I was told there were no loaner vehicles available and that all current loaners were already in use. When I asked about alternatives, I was directed to my warranty provider, who informed me they would only cover five days of rental reimbursement, requiring me to pay upfront and submit receipts. Working in the nonprofit sector, that isn't financially feasible for me. I also asked whether a loaner could be borrowed from Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County, but was told the two locations are separate entities and do not share vehicles. When I contacted Tri-County directly, they confirmed they had loaners available and said they could provide one if my car were brought to them and they confirmed the same diagnosis. Unfortunately, the cost of towing my car that distance is also not feasible for me. As a result, I've been without my car since January 13th and have been commuting via two buses each way to and from work. Given these circumstances, I would recommend going directly to Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County if you anticipate a repair that may take an extended amount of time, as access to a loaner vehicle can make a significant difference. The experience would have been much better if Mazda West had shown more concern or flexibility regarding transportation options. Lastly, communication has been noticeably easier with Mazda Tri-County. At Mazda West, it typically took at least three calls before I was able to reach a representative, whereas getting in touch with someone at Tri-County was far more straightforward. read more

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership related to the $4,000 federal used EV tax credit. I purchased my vehicle on August 1, 2025. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a 236-day issue due to the dealership's failure to properly complete required IRS reporting. My primary point of contact was Timothy McClure. After my purchase, I made multiple documented attempts to obtain a copy of the required IRS time-of-sale report and confirmation that it had been submitted correctly. The following outreach attempts went unanswered or unresolved: * August 16, 2025 * August 20, 2025 * August 25, 2025 * September 17, 2025 It was not until September 19, 2025--49 days after my purchase--that I finally received documentation. The report at that time was incomplete, required additional information, and contained incorrect details, including an inaccurate date of sale that did not reflect my actual purchase date of August 1, 2025. Because of the dealership's delay and inaccurate reporting, my tax return was initially rejected when attempting to claim the $4,000 credit. Despite continued follow-up, the issue remained unresolved for months. I was ultimately forced to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and proceed through AUTOCAP mediation in order to get the dealership to take corrective action. Only after this escalation did the dealership resubmit the documentation to the IRS. While I was eventually able to successfully file my taxes, this outcome came after 236 days of follow-ups, delays, and avoidable complications caused by errors that should have been handled correctly at the time of sale. If you are purchasing a vehicle that involves any type of tax credit or required reporting, I strongly recommend verifying that all documentation is completed accurately and submitted immediately. Made a test drive appointment a couple of days before since I was driving from Lexington KY. Sales guy emailed confirming everything. The day of drove the 2 hours north, get to the dealership, sales guy says " sorry the car isn't on the lot. We found a couple scratches on the bumper and "they" sent it to body shop without my knowledge". This was a five year old used car... immediately started to try to upsell for "something better". Told him goodbye. Drove back south. Stopped in Georgetown, spent a wonderful couple hours at a dealership there and spent $18000. read more

Very upset with their communication practices and ended up overpaying for services. Final bill exceeded initial estimate, of which the staff was unwilling to discuss. My experience with the service staff was completely awful. I was not properly explained the services being performed on my car nor the charges I would be receiving. When showing up to pick up my car and pay, I was charged for things I didn't ask to be done, and was ensured that if I paid at that time, we would review the call recordings to determine where the fault was and if any sort of refund was needed. I proceeded to call in for the next 7-8 weeks, leaving countless messages and voicemails for the service manager, Adam, who never once called me back. It wasn't until about 6 or 7 weeks after the fact, that I called in and found out from the receptionist that the call itself was never actually recorded, and there was nothing they were planning to send me back on the matter. So it was clear at that point the staff & management was simply trying to avoid dealing with this matter by avoiding my calls and hoping I would eventually give up. This has been the worst service & customer experience possible. The lack of professionalism from the management level is absurd while the unwillingness to take any sort of ownership over this matter shows the type of operation this staff is running. I would rate this 0 stars if possible and will never return. read more

I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Sweeney Mazda West about a month ago. The sunroof on the car was not flush with the roofline and was off about .25 of an inch. When buying a car still under warrenty it should be as close to perfect as possible. The brakes were really worn and needed replacing as well. Steve Beisel was my salesman and did everything you would want your salesman to do to make things right for you as a buyer. The repairs took about three weeks (which is why 4 instead of 5 stars), which I wasn't happy about but in the end I was happy because the car was perfect when I got the car back. All-in-all I'm saticfied with my purchase. We'll see how the service regarding the warrenty I bought from the dealer will go. I hope they'll honor their own warrenty. read more

I made a decision a few weeks back to buy a new car (new to me) and he went above and beyond and honestly out of his way to find me exactly what I wanted and within my price range. I know I was extremely difficult to work with, especially with all of my very specific stipulations on the model of Jeep Cherokee I wanted. He was able to not only get me exactly what i wanted on my no compromise stipulations but even went above and beyond with the few things I was willing to sacrifice or change by not changing anything. He got on of the few years I was looking at (2015) the trim (latitude) the color(black) the mileage under 50k (21,348) and even hooked me up with some other add ons he could. I visited 4 different tire company's on the Westside that told me I would have to drop my car off for 3/4 hours to get a nail out of my tire. Stopped in without an appointment and the "internet guy" greeted us outside and asked how he could help. Told him we were looking for mazda6 info and he said he had just the person we needed. Enter Ryan Roberts. He listened, he offered options, and he worked up possible deals as we requested to compare. We were not the easiest customers to negotiate with, but the deal was eventually agreed upon. He's to be commended for giving us space to talk and never came across as pushy. There was one hiccup that was quickly fixed when signing the final paperwork with the finance department. I don't like or enjoy the process when having to buy a car, but this one was problem free. Ryan handled our transaction as a seasoned sales veteran should - don't underestimate his youthful appearance. I would recommend without hesitation. read more

What a horrible way to treat a car buyer...My wife and I were looking for a specific Mazda, and went through True Car to search for it. A salesperson from Sweeney reached out quickly, they had the car in stock, and they made us what appeared to be an attractive offer. We live more than two hours away from the dealership, and said we would could come there after work on Thursday or Friday, but would prefer to come in on Saturday morning--less than two days later--but wanted to make sure the car would be there when we got there. They promised to hold the car for us--it WOULD be there on Saturday. We made an appointment, and when we arrived, things went downhill fast. After waiting for a bit, the salesman finally approached, and said he was too busy to see us, as he had another customer. So much for appointments. He said he would have the sales manager bring us the car to test drive while we waited. After quite a wait, the sales manager drove up in a car that was clearly not the right one--it was the wrong color from what were there to buy. He approached, and told us that although he knew what we wanted, he brought us something different, because they had sold the car they were 'holding' for us. No apology, no offer to look for another. Nothing. When my wife mentioned that we had traveled two hours to get there because we were promised that the car would be waiting for us, he mumbled an apology, but nothing else. We walked out. I reached out to the initial salesperson on Monday (she was not there on Saturday), who admitted they dropped the ball, apologized, but again made absolutely no effort to appease us to help us to find another car...nothing. From one email, it appears that no effort was even made to save the car for us until late Friday evening--well after the Thursday afternoon promise to hold it. And once the car was sold, no one from the dealer even bothered to call us to let us know that our trip would be wasted. I wanted to give the dealership a chance to make things right by reaching back out to them. I figured they would try to do something if it was an honest screw up on their part--and not, as it seemed to us, to be a blatant attempt at 'bait and switch' (get us in the door with a low offer, and then not honor it and try to sell us something else). Their lack of effort answered that question--and prospective customers should take note. Honest mistakes happen. Reputable companies work hard to rectify issues when they do occur. Ignoring chances to resolve errors speaks volumes for how they do business. read more

I took my 2014 Mazda3 here for the second time this weekend. I will say, they always get me in for a Saturday appointment. I just needed an oil change and a tire rotation. The guy came back and told me I needed a new cabin air filter and new windshield wipers. Well, I let him replace the air filter because honestly, I think the air smells funny when it comes through. But, I -just- had my brother put new windshield wipers on less than 2 weeks ago. I think not. He tells me "Oh, well they are streaking but I will have the guy wipe them off and try again." I waited just under an hour and finally he told me I could go pay at the service desk. Last time I paid, he cashed me out at a different counter. A woman was at the desk and while she was shuffling through some papers I saw that they have an oil change club reward card. No one gave me one before so I mention it to her. "I've had my oil changed here before but no one gave me a card." She acted surprised and said she would give me one. She hands it to me with one punch. I said, "You can see that I have had my oil changed here twice now, you're not going to punch it again for me?" She just responded, "Nope." and kind of shrugged. She might have added a sorry but she didn't mean it. I don't think I will be going back. I have had much better service at other dealerships, unfortunately not in the Cincinnati area. read more

Were the salesmen racist or misogynistic? I am writing this review to make sure that no one is treated at this dealership like this again whether it's because of their gender, color of their skin, or both. I had an appointment with Ryan Roberts. We had emailed and spoken on the phone. I had visited 10 other dealerships by this point and literally even had insurance on a new CX-5. I made this clear before and during the appointment. I showed up at exactly 4:30pm. I went inside, asked for Ryan Roberts. He came to me with the keys and asked if I could go on a test drive alone since he was with another customer. I preferred this anyway so I said yes. Ten minutes later before 4:45pm, I was back and he told me that he was done with the other customer. We chatted for 2 minutes about the car, the fact that I had already gotten car insurance and would be getting a CX-5 at either JSMW or Jeff Wyler and while I preferred a color that they had, it came down to cost as to which dealer I would be going with. He said he would be back, left, and promptly returned​ asking if I had a trade-in. I said yes and gave him my car keys. 30 minutes later, I had not seen Ryan at all. Another salesman came over and said he wanted to talk numbers. He asked what the bottom line was and I told him. This interaction also took about 2 minutes. He said he would be back soon and disappeared. Later, he showed up for five seconds saying that they were still working on numbers. At 6pm, I hadn't talked to a salesman in quite some time. I stood up, grabbed my bag, and headed for the exit. Another salesman immediately came out and told me that he was the manager. We sat down and he proceeded to tell me that they were really really hoping to sell the 2017 CX-5. He then told me that my number was too low and he could only go with the internet number so I should go to the other dealer and accept their offer. No negotiation just yeah, go to the other dealer and buy the car there. I was so stunned at the entire situation. I had spoken to 3 different salesmen totaling 6 minutes of face-time while sitting and waiting for 75 minutes. I said thanks and headed to the door to leave only to realize that they hadn't returned my car keys. I finally saw Ryan Roberts again, for the first time since 4:45pm, and asked him for my keys back. He grabbed them and ​didn't say thank you or good​bye. Instead he had the weirdest smirk on his face. He handed me the keys and I left speechless. I have never played the race card with a shopping experience. I have been followed around in a store before but I have never been deliberately, clearly treated like scum. But in May 2018, the way that those three men treated me clearly pointed to racism and misogyny. How else can you explain the way that I was treated versus the other customers around me that were clearly being treated appropriately? Yes, I was watching and listening around me because about 15 minutes into this experience, there was something clearly off and negative about how I was being treated. I can't put my finger on whether they treated me this way because I'm a woman, a person of color, or a woman of color. Maybe all three? I was calm, never raised my voice, waited patiently, ​and I was circled through three salesmen who didn't even have the courtesy to sit with me longer than 6 minutes in the 75 minutes that I was sitting in the dealership. The fact that I even feel the need to say that I was calm and never raised my voice is ridiculous to me. I did nothing today to deserve the treatment that I received at this Mazda dealership. I called the dealership twice after I left, asking for Ryan Roberts and if he could call me back before the end of the night with the names of the two other men and that this was urgent. He never called me back. The final sting to an absolutely horrible experience. Jake Sweeney Mazda West, you have a lot of work you need to do with your salesmen. Dealer (Chris) was incredibly rude to me. Made fun of me multiple times, insulted my intelligence when buying the vehicle because I declined a warranty. He acted like a baby and complained multiple times that he was going to make the least amount he could for selling me the car because of me declining the warranty. The vehicle was advertised as having a backup camera and did not have one. When I brought this to the attention of one of the salesman, he called my original salesman (Chris) who was not in on the date of pickup. This man seriously out right lied and said he told me about the lack of backup camera ahead of time and gave me a discount for it. The only discount was negotiated before I even came into the dealership and I have the text receipts to prove it. I have never been more disrespected. I would never let a friend go to this dealership while they employ scam artists of his caliber. If you have to go here I would ask for Tyrome or TJ. They seemed like some honest dudes and at least they treated me with respect. I'm a really chill person and it takes a lot for me to complain but wow this dude Chris deserves a lot of bad karma in life. He did not make buying a car fun. I hate my current car so much, I would have been the easiest person to sell to but even I couldn't sign with that scummy dude. read more

I have read some negative reviews for Jake Sweeney Mazda and I have to say that I have had nothing but the opposite experience. Our sales person, Steve was honest and forthcoming. We told him our budget, he found a few cars that met the criteria, and we looked at them. We chose one, got handed over to finance where we were treated with kindness AND walked away paying about the same monthly payment WITH more insurance and protection than I have ever got when purchasing a NEW car. Beware - the "price" they advertise or negotiate to does not include almost $1,200 of dealer add-ons that they try and sneak in at the last minute. This includes $899 "environmental protection assurance package" which they won't budge on including - so really should be upfront about including it in price! Ridiculous "old-school" dealer tactics - misleading in the sense that they "agree" a price but don't disclose they will be adding these costs - thereby wasting your time as the deal falls through - or wasting your money if you accept the add-on! Last year Jake Sweeney Mazda West fixed my 2008 Dodge Caravan's (which I bought from them) sliding door. Now the exact same thing is wrong and they are still as awful to work with as last year. If the work wasn't under their 12 month 12,000 mile warranty I wouldn't even call them. I have to either walk home after I drop off my card with a one year old or sit in the show room with her til 11 when my husband gets off work. They will not give me a car to drive because the car getting fixed is not a Mazda and there is a $110 for finding out if the same thing is wrong this time. I really do not like this place. read more

Someone is going to buy this van and shortly after the belt goes and the engine is done for ever short of another engine. Another child wants to buy a car and needs me to co-sign on loan. I ask her several questions about the deal and she assures me she has been doing all her research. I pick her up and she wants me to take her to Mazda West..i look at her and shake my head in good choice for dealership cause i dealt with this dealership 2yrs ago. As we walk in, i see a car mouse on a desk and quickly i recognized it as Joe Collins desk. I was more excited because Joe had been my sales person 2yrs ago when it was a Kia dealership and i remembered his great service then. I walk to his desk and ask if he could help me with getting my daughter a car. Without hesitation he said ofcourse..my daughter knew what she wanted and how much she could pay. Joe took us on test drive.she loved the car. We go back to dealership and start paperwork in 20 minutes she was handed keys to car. Thank you Joe Collins you are really good at saleing, getting finance, listening,and caring. Today my daughter with the Kia has a credit score of 715 and buying her first home.(in 2 yrs) Im saying this to say payments may start high but her credit started to build and she was able to refinance car in her name alone also lowering her payments and she has credit..(good credit). I recall Joe talking about his daughter and how we as parents have a help our kids with a push. This is so true because now i have co-signed 4 car loans for my children with 3 being refinanced in thier names alone now and they have lower payments and all have exceptional credit and so will this child in about 2yrs. Everyone at the dealership is super nice, very knowledgeble and not pushing products on you.Thank you again Mr. Joe Collins and all at Mazda West. Wish I would have read reviews here before visiting, please don't waste your time. They are extremely inconsiderate of customer's time, maybe this is a negotiating tactic, make you wait as long as possible so you feel invested and then just buy the car because don't want to do the process all over again. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to buy and was ready to buy that day, after wasting an hour and a half sitting there with every single question needing to go get an answer behind their secret, closed door I gave up. Also received confusing and unprofessional quotes for pricing, scribbles on a page vs a line item invoice to clearly see what was calculating into the price. I am very disappointed by my experience at Jake Sweeny at 801 E. Kemper, Cincinnati. I will start off by saying I had few options in the Dayton, Cincinnati area in regards to dealerships, as I have bad credit. But Giovani at Jake Sweeny went the distance to have me approved before coming to the dealership because I live in Dayton, which was very cool. Although, once I got to the dealership, that's when things starting going downhill. I was interested in a truck or SUV. I had no idea what was available to me. I was told that "the bank" would more or less pick my vehicle for me. A 2001 Chevy Tahoe was the pick out of 4 others that had higher mileage and more wear and tear. The inside looked great, the engine purred and everything looked good with the exception of rust found all the way around the vehicle on the bottom. I brought the rust up to the sales agent and he claimed that the rust I could see was normal for that year and it was no big deal. I decided to go for it. As I waited for several hours for my paperwork to go through, I was informed that the reason it was taking so long to hear back from the bank was because someone submitted my paperwork with incorrect information on it. My mother and I left to get something to eat, came back and sat for another 2 hours. Finally, we were informed that they were going to loan me the vehicle until Monday where I could come back and finish the process. I was told they would reimburse my gas and that 900.00 down was doable. Monday rolls around, I had no problems with the Tahoe and headed back to the car lot where I was informed that I needed 1k down, the loan would be at a monthly rate of 450, not 300 because "the bank" decided to do a short term loan for 30 months and on top of that, they were unable to get me gas because their pump was closed for the evening. All that Giovani kept saying was that they take gas reimbursement out of pocket.Then why offer it to me if it's not something you can come through on????? Less than a week later, I had to have the vehicle towed because the brake lines were so rusted, they broke. The calipers had to be replaced and an enormous amount of rust was found underneath. Basically, this vehicle is going to rust away and all I can do is replace the parts that fall off... I called the car lot and got a call back 2 days after initially speaking with them regarding the problem. They claim they have an 85 point inspection and that this vehicle passed... Really???? Giovani stated that he could talk to his managers about reimbursement if we hadn't paid for it yet. I called him back, left a message and never got a call back. Nobody should have to wait for days to hear back regarding payment for services. It should have been a priority. I bought a vehicle for a reason, because I need it to get around and to deal with daily life. I have muscle problems and it can be difficult to walk everywhere. Seriously???? So now I have paid 1k for the down payment, 900 in repairs and I still have yet to receive the gas card I was promised. I never got a call back and when I attempted to reach them today, I was told managers are all busy and Giovani is out. I simply wanted to explain my situation so it could be passed on because I am not a very happy customer. I was interrupted and told that I would be sent to the Sales rep voicemail and there was ABSOLUTELY nothing the person on the phone could do. I said: at the very least, allow me to speak. He then claimed I was yelling at him because he said he couldn't help me. The person on the phone was very rude and obviously could care less that I was going through all of this. Bottom Line: Stay away from Sweeny Auto.... Unless you want to pay out of pocket for repairs on a vehicle you just bought off the lot. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I have purchased two cars from Jake Sweeny Mazda West. The first in 2013. The sale went fine but two years later when I took it to get serviced (it was still under warranty) I was without my car for over a month! I would call and check on the car every couple of days hoping for an update but calls went unanswered and were rarely ever returned. Prior to having my Nissan fixed, we had purchased an additional car. This is where our biggest issues occurred. I clearly stated that we would not like to add any additional warranties for this vehicle. When I checked my loan balance, I discovered that they had added approximately $2200 in additional warranties. I had to fight them through the BBB and still, they got away with $400 because they prorated the refunds for the money that should have never been added in the first place. After less than a month of having this car, we discovered it had an overheating issue due to cracked heads that had probably been there all along! My husband and I recently had the misfortune to work with dealership, the Jake Sweeney group should be wholly embarrassed with this mismanaged, lazy, uneducated business. This is a Mazda dealership , I asked the salesperson what country manufacturers Mazda they had no idea at all where they came from, how can you be selling a product, especially a car, that you have no knowledge about, totally embarrassing . We had found some issues with the vehicle during the inspection process , I will say that they agreed that they would repair the issues without question, but we had to call or text over and over again to try and arrange a date to take the vehicle in. We called the salesperson, sales manager ( who was useless) multiple times without any reply. We even called the main switchboard twice and left messages there and after promises we still didn't receive any returned calls. While they have now repaired the issues I would never buy anything further from this poorly managed dealership, I expect more from a main dealer and one with such a well known name as Jake Sweeney. read more

Do not mention you have a warranty until you have to! They will do their absolute best to avoid service! If you're having problems with a Speed3 I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere because they couldn't spot a faulty turbo if it hit them in the face. read more

Krystal in Service is awesome. She helped me get my steering wheel replaced under my warranty for peeling and got my install covered over a month later with now issues. Due to the fact that the steering wheel is not a commonly replaced item in this dealership, it took double the time than what was expected. However, I would rather wait and have it done right then have to bring it back. The waiting areas are standard and clean. Other than that not much experience with this detail. read more

I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Julie (the salesperson) and I made a couple agreements prior to me purchasing my new vehicle. One of those agreements was to have a small dent fixed on the driver side door, along with painting that dent and my back bumper. This is where I started having issues: When I dropped my car, , I was given a Chevy Cruze as my rental car. One of the employees went to put gas in the car, and I was told I could wait outside for the employee to come back with the car, then I could leave. When the car pulled up I noticed that there were some pretty recognizable sized dents on the vehicle. Not only were there dents, all of the tires had low tire pressure. The guy who brought the car around to me even told me that he put air in the tires and the low tire pressure light would go off. It did not go off the entire week I had the vehicle, in fact, the tire pressure dropped daily. I decided to let it go and drive away with the beat up/unsafe car. A week later I showed up at your dealership to drop off the rental and pick up my car. An hour later I received a phone call asking if I reported my 'accident' to my insurance company. When I told her those dents were there prior to me driving the car, I was basically told I was a liar. Not only was I being accused of wrecking the rental car, I am COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the paint job. It literally looks like a child took white-out to my car. I've never seen such a terrible paint job in my life. It is so terrible that I now have to spend my own money and take it somewhere myself to have it fixed, and on top of that, it took one week for this amateur paint job to take place. On top of the terrible paint job, one of your coworkers decided to eat chocolate in my car, because I now have two chocolate stains on my drivers seat. I've tried contacting the dealership about the situation, and it is impossible to talk to a live person. Every phone call goes straight to a voicemail, and my phone calls were NEVER returned! I even sent a long email to the manager of this store, and two other workers....never got a response back! DO NOT waste your time and money doing to a dealership who has zero respect for their customers, on top of doing terrible work! read more

Wow.. it's nice to know it's not just me that had issues with this dealership. I also went to this dealership for a used vehicle. I was upfront with what we needed and what our finances were. I was assured on the phone by Ryan that they could help us. With this assurance we went and he showed us one van that met our criteria. We pointed out some issues with it and he assured us and promised us that his guys would and could fix them for us. We bought it. Then found out that the loan paperwork was incorrect. This took NUMEROUS phone calls to the dealership, most of which went to voice mails, and were NOT returned, finally we got someone live and new paperwork was done. THEN found out that the new paperwork was not sent in and the incorrect loan was the one sent thru. Again, hassles, no live person to talk to, and when we got someone would be rudely told that that person couldn't help us and they would pass us on to a voice mail. We finally got the bank involved and they even had trouble getting calls returned. On top of this the issues with the van that Ryan said his guys would and could fix.. well, just a couple were taken care of and when we pointed that out he got snippy with us and told us that they did put $700 into the vehicle. HE is the one that said they would fix it for us. On top of all this the van is already in the shop (at a different dealer!) and needing $300 in repairs. If there was anyway to undo this we would. We have always bought used vehicles and have NEVER had the kind of trouble and issues and headaches that we have had dealing with Jake sweeney. So STAY AWAY.... STAY FAR AWAY!!! read more
