He must have thought I was actually stupid. He said it would cost over two grand in total to replace all four cats, not including their labor cost per hour being $125. I looked at him very skeptically and said "Wow, that's a lot.". I also said I was pretty sure my car only had two cats, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. They printed an extra copy of the receipt for me to make it easy to submit. Now, that's customer service. The inside, sales floor/waiting room is super cute! While there, I made an appointment for 10 am the next week. I arrived early, and the middle-aged employee told me it would take about an hour and a half for an oil change and radiator flush. I told them that I would take a walk and grab a coffee. An hour and fifteen minutes later, I returned to the shop and noticed that my truck was still exactly where I had parked it. The employee said that " he wasn't sure what was going on back there, but that they should get to it when the mechanic is finished with another job ". I asked him, wasn't that what scheduling an appointment is for? For which I received a shrug of the shoulders and a blank stare.
