The warranty company tried to come out the first time but the lift was wrong, then it was an issue with the key, then another issue and another. I called the warranty company, the claim was closed and never reopened. They were always dodging calls etc. They currently have our key fob and are dodging calls to give it back. Key fobs are expensive. He has since refused to provide it to us. A report to better business bureau has been made. This is the first time I've ever done this to a business, very unfortunate.
