Then when I finally got in my car, immediately the idle and rams were way too high, and after driving it, the gas was sticking and the car was revving when the car was at a complete stop. They tried acting like I was crazy and like there's no problem remaining. That problem wasnt happening when I left my car there and they should be doing whatever to fix the problem they caused. Instead I was being called inside by the tech to talk to the owner who basically told me I was wrong g and her guys drove it and there was nothing wrong. Bullshit! They messed my car up and now they're not owning up to it or fixing their wrongs. I don't think anyone should ever have mechanical work done here let alone tires. I have 2 small children. This car is my life, and they've destroyed it. If you are from DSHS don't go here, they only take advantage of the money and don't do the work involved. Leaving cars and people broken. Not nice!

Daughter took her car in for brake inspection in March. She was told that both front and back brakes were shot as well as all 4 rotors. Additionally her control arms needed to be replaced. Total estimate was approximately $1500. She was broke so she drove minimally while she saved up. This week got a 2nd opinion and was told that her pads were at 50%. Rotors and control arms were good and did not need to be replaced. Shame on them for attempting to take advantage of her!

I called NAC on a Monday about my brakes, and they had me in on Tuesday. This car needed more than a few things beyond the brakes.
