The last plumber and another plumber stated that I would have to remove the tile to replace the valve. I waited a while before writing this review because I wanted to see if the shower valve was fixed, and it has not leaked and I am impressed with his knowledge and expertise as a plumber. The kitchen he installed a garbage disposal, two faucets and re-plumbed the whole system. His prices are fair and if you're looking for quality plumbing he is your guy!

We had sewage coming up in the upstairs shower and water leaking through my downstairs lighting fixtures. The patient and responsive staff answering the phone (late in the evening, mind you) had Jamal come out, and he fairly immediately identified the problem. It was not insignificant. Let's just say that no wipe is flushable. We just had to convince our 2 year old granddaughter of that! Jamal had to do quite a bit of work to fix a broken pipe (sawing through my first floor ceiling to get there). But he nailed it---And I think they charged a fair price for the repair! After a few months, my tub was slow to drain. We called Jamal out again, fearing that we didn't get all the wipes out of the pipes. No, it's just the fancy tub stopper that has been become defective. Victor provided detailed and thorough information, and showed me all the areas that were broken/corroded and were contributing to the overall dysfunctions. We had had our dryer repaired a few weeks ago by different vendor, and Victor's assessment aligned with that vendor's assessment -- that we were possibly dealing with a full HVAC issue. Victor was able to apply a bandaid fix to hold us over in the heat and scheduled an appointment with Mark, who came to our home later that evening to do a further assessment and to provide us replacement and financing options. We were able to secure an installation appt of the new HVAC system two days later, in which, Bobby and his team came in and took care of. The installation took just under six hours and from what I could tell, went smoothly, though I did feel bad that they were installing the system on a very hot day. But they didn't complain and remained professional and courteous. Overall, we felt well-informed and well taken care of by this company! All the employees we interacted with were professional, personable, laid back, and provided us great, fast, and generous service and care. We ran into some hiccups with financing but Mark helped us iron that out quickly and smoothly. The investment of the new HVAC system was resonable and fit our home goals. I appreciated that we didn't feel upsold to or pressured, and that they took the time to understand our pain points so that we could make the best decision. These guys came out gave me a fair price, ordered the new water heater because it was a unique size and installed it fixing all the mess the old one had. This is actually the second time I've had them out... the first time was when my garbage disposal started leaking, they came out took care of the is old disposal and installed a new one and the eased my mind about the water damage. I live in an older home (1950s-1960s) so clogged pipes are a problem and they've always done a great job on them. I also appreciated that they've made good suggestions when I've mentioned the cost of upgrading my plumbing and offered me options that made the cost more within reach. For the last call, a regular cleaning could have caused damage to the sewer line which was breaking and was full of roots, so they water-flushed the blockage instead to get the water moving and I realized, it was time to replace the sewer line before it was too late. I received a discount as a repeat customer. The whole process took less than two days. Mike and Anatoliy came out to do the work. They covered the ground with tarps to minimize cleanup later, digging was a few feet deep but confined to the location of the line, narrow to the point that they saved a favorite rose bush that I was supposed to dig out. I appreciated seeing part of the removal process and the explanation of the original sewer material, how it was installed and how that eventually led to the wear. The work on day one didn't take that long and the pipe was installed and the cleanouts were upgraded to current standards. Given that I didn't have to wait days for an appointment, I agreed to the price, which was initially high compared to others. That being said, it ultimately became roughly the same, if not a little cheaper, than other places that charged by the hour or quarter hour, as the job was a little more complex than initially thought. The guy spent almost 2.5 hours here to change out two bibs (again, way more complex than he probably thought), and he did a wonderful job. My problems were addressed same day, same visit. If I chose other plumbers, I would have waited days before my items were addressed. I've used Jazz before with my older AC unit, and they will always have a spot in my contact list if I need help with my HVAC or plumbing.
