This is the plumber that Solano Property Management (SPM) uses. Mine and my neighbor's drain is backed up. Roroman was sent out to "fix" it the problem. The plumber worked for approximately 2 hours. The i get a message from SPM, stating that Roroman called and said they can't fix it and to call someone else. Okay fine. The issue I have is what is shown in this picture. Let's see, in Jan 2022 I noticed both of our toilets were clogged. What's worse is the tub & shower were full of dark gunk! My daughter had remembered that when my granddaughter was a toddler she clogged their toilet by flushing her toys. She had saved the card that Jose from Roroman Plumbing had given her after he had cleared her clog. That was 13 years ago. Well, I called and Jose came out and unclogged our line from the house to the street. We were ok until early March. This time I heard water trickling in the shower, it was clear but clogged. I called Roroman as the work was still under warranty but this time it wasn't the same clog. This time it was the line going into the street. Roroman gave me a discount for the work I already gave them and gave me a really good estimate so I accepted it. Jose has worked on various plumbing issues at my house since 2014. He replaced a 30 foot section pipe from the clean-out to a crazy easement that the previous owners of our house never told us about. He unclogged a sink that I couldn't clear with a snake. He replaced a toilet valve. He installed a water box behind our refrigerator. To do this, he had to crawl under nearly the entire length of my house to the water source. While he was doing that, I asked him to check out the pipes under the laundry room, as we had noticed an increasingly bad odor for about 4 weeks. He located a cracked pipe and replaced that as well. He wanted $3000 to install the system and 2 faucets. And he also told us we could put the system outside in the sun. He did not tell us the plumbing under the kitchen sink and the garbage disposal were not up to code. We just had an uneasy feeling so we looked for another plumber. We called Jose with Roroman Plumbing and he was able to come over the next day and take a look to give us a bid. He shared with us that he had installed the Pelican system and in fact he sells them. He was very knowledgeable about it and told us we could not put the system outside that it would ruin it. He also told us our kitchen sink & garbage disposal was not up to code. Jose was amazing to work with, so knowledgeable and courteous. We also had him install 3 new faucets, put a shut off valve on our water main and install 2 bathroom sinks. Let me start by saying I had a 5p appt on Mon, which we both agreed on the previous Sat. He calls Monday at 5p saying our appt was for 6p. I told him the appt was for 5p but 6p would be fine, he then tried to argue about it but seeing that I was firm in my position, he let it go. This guy charged me $95 to take a clump of hair out of my drain. Which he spent all of 10 minutes max doing. No, it was not down my sewer line and no, he didn't have to take a camera and investigate. You could have stuck a plastic snaking tool down there and pulled it up, which is what I should have done had I been able to pull up the stopper. He then left leaving me without an invoice so I figured he would just be charging the property company. Nope! I got an email 1 week later saying I owed $114. Wow! For 10 minutes of work. The plumber they sent from Roroman Plumbing literally just left a few minutes ago and I couldn't wait to write a review for this company. The water hose attached to the refrigerator started leaking and caused our kitchen floor to flood so we wasted no time looking through the local paper to find a good plumber. My dad found Roroman's info and called them to ask if they could send a plumber right away. Jose showed up a while later and got right to work. He was very friendly and made 2 trips to the hardware store to get the parts he didn't have in his truck. He was very efficient and got the job done in no time. We turned the water back on to the house and everything worked perfectly--he even made it so that the hose for the refrigerator and kitchen sink were isolated so if we ever had to fix it in the future, we wouldn't have to cut off the water to the rest of the house. As he was getting ready to leave, my dad mentioned that he planned to work on another water hose connected under the kitchen sink (my dad loves to tinker with projects around the house). Without hesitation, Jose said he would fix it for him right then and there, no charge. We couldn't believe it! The price was super affordable as well and Jose even mentioned a company discount for 10% off service, which he applied to our invoice. Jose charged me $476 to clear a clog in my sewer line on a Saturday. The charge was high because he attempted to unclog from so many different places, first from the front clean out, then from a toilet (which he removed and replaced) then from the kitchen, then from the roof. He told me that the problem was under my porch, and that we could reschedule for him to tear out the concrete and replace the pipe there for several thousand dollars. Minus 3 stars because: 1) The sewer line clogged again within a week. This time, I rented a electric snake tool from Home Depot and resolved the clog in the sewer line myself just by using the cleanout in my front yard. Took less than 30 minutes. 2) An other plumber come out with a pipe camera. The film showed that there was no problem under the porch whatsoever or anywhere else with the pipes on my property - the problem is that roots infiltrated the sewer line out in the street just beyond the sidewalk. 3) The second plumber said that Roroman ripped me off by spending so much time and doing so many unnecessary procedures to clear the clog that could've been easily addressed just using the cleanout in the front yard. Plus 1 because: I needed a duplicate copy of the receipt in order to see if I could be reimbursed by the city. I told José that I would write a review if he sent me a receipt copy, and he complied on the second request, so here I am acknowledging that. read more

She finally called him only to find out he had gotten lost. Since he had taken too long to try and find her house, his boss told him to forget about going there.
