I have come to this taco spot many times over the past few years and let me tell you, their quality has gone WAYYYYYY down. They used to be very tasty, worth the wait, and even the price, but not anymore. The past few times I've ordered my order has been wrong, and the taste of the Asada is so dry it just tastes like they threw meat on the grill and didn't season it. The rice quite literally tastes like dog food, like the smell of when you pour your dogs food into a bowl. They don't wrap the burritos good anymore, my wife's burrito literally fell apart the moment she tried eating it. I used to love coming here but now I can't order unless I know Spanish because the language barrier makes it hard to communicate. They used to be that go to spot in town, and with the locals always raving about how good they are, comparing them to the taco spot on Inyo and E street, and having fun arguments over which spot was better, they are becoming a disappointment and are just running with their old reputation to keep the business that might not be there anymore.

The food was great however the cashier was extremely rude and lacked professionalism. When giving us the food she handed us the tray aggressively and when asking for our drinks made a unnecessary and rude comment. Very pleased with the food but the service was absolute trash!!

1st time here for me but we stopped by after the harvest event going on in Tulare. The food had lots of flavor different kind of salsas and free beans and onions. They had fresh aguas we got the lemon one and it was delicious. But any ways it was all good but woke up with a sour stomach and the runs dont know if it was the tacos the salsa or the torta. I didnt eat anything at the harvest event but had 1 beer. Plus my torta had lots of butter and no beans no onion just meat. I dont know were they learned to make these tortas lots of meat but you have to make it your own. I guess no one told me.... Prices were great tacos 1.25 and tortas and burritos 5.00 bucks not bad at all

This place is north of Downtown Tulare, on the corner of Lois and J Street. Our meal was ready for us to consume just a few minutes after ordering. There's a salsa bar that has several salsas from mild to hot and plenty of onion and cilantro to add onto your food. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is authentic Mexican food.. Hot fresh and delicious

The pebble was in my food and almost broke my dang tooth. Would not recommend this place ill sure never eat there again

I literally found a pebble in my taco, it was tripartite so who knows, but tasted good so watch your choppers.

The tacos are alright. The meat doesn't have much flavor, the salsa was pretty spicy though.

So, I had high hopes for this place, but overall it was a bit of a letdown. I ordered 8 tacos (6…read moreasada, 1 chorizo, 1 chicharrón), 1 burrito, and 1 crunchy asada taco. The asada tacos actually had decent flavor -- although the meat was a little on the salty side. Not a deal breaker, but noticeable. The chorizo taco? Honestly, tasted just like the kind you buy at any grocery store and cook at home -- nothing special at all. I was hoping for that rich, house-made taste, but nope. The chicharrón taco was probably the most disappointing -- it was basically a cuerito taco. No real meat, just soft skin, so not what I was expecting. But what really killed the experience for me was the salsa situation. They gave me just two small containers of salsa for everything. The red one was tasty, and the green one was basic but good -- but come on, two little salsas for 8 tacos and a burrito? No limes, no radishes, nothing to help bring the tacos together. We ended up trying to ration the salsa, and without enough, the tacos felt dry. Everyone knows a taco needs to have that salsa dripping down and a good squeeze of lime to really come alive -- otherwise, it's just meat on a tortilla. I'm giving it 3 stars because the asada tacos had potential. But the overall execution, especially the lack of salsa and sides, really brought the meal down. Probably won't be rushing back.

I was just so excited to eat it haha my husband and I did the Sunday brunch and they had everything you could possibly be craving. But even more impressive were the flavors -- absolutely unforgettable. Every bite reflected authentic Mexican roots, from the perfectly seasoned meats and spices to the beautifully plated dishes. Their horchata was refreshing and delicious, and the homemade corn tortillas so sooo amazing! Everything was Fresh, hot, and simply next level. We originally came just to test out their food, and we left getting their number to book them for our baby shower! The quality, flavor, and service exceeded all expectations.
