I came into Jamba Juice last night around 8:20pm. I was helped by a girl with orange hair and glasses. Didn't get her name wish I did. But she was very rude. Giving me a rude look, talking to me and my boyfriend very rude and rushing us. Then we are waiting to receive our drinks she is slamming blenders obviously annoyed by us. My luck today was such that the two kids in front of me could only have been ordering for the entire Duggar family (and their grandkids). I couldn't believe the drink carriers these kids (maybe aged 9 or 10) were hauling out the door. Despite this tall order, my own order came out in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, the guy pouring my precious Butterfinger drink (chocolate moo'd, peanut butter, carrot juice--try it!) poured half of it out on the counter. I know what you're thinking: How in the world, then, can this be a five-star review? Well, firstly, it was an accident. It happens to the best of us. And in all fairness, he had just cooked through 19 kids and counting's worth of smoothies. Secondly, a lesser Jamba employee would have--well, I don't know what they would have done--but even though I wasn't all that close to the counter, the employee (who knew I'd seen what happened) looked straight over at me and said, "Sir, I'm sorry." Nice work, my friend. He then made the quickest Butterfinger I've ever seen, and again, apologized to me by name. I was floored. Just the first apology would have done it for me. This guy's got my Jamba Employee of the Year vote. The rest of the restaurant was clean. Limited seating like most Jambas, but lots of standing and congregating room. Bathrooms were super clean, too. This location is always busy- could be the proximity to 24 hour fitness or the time of day I usually come in, but the staff always calls out hellos or good mornings to everyone coming in. I eavesdropped on the two people in front of me, and the girls at the counter were able to make friendly small talk with everyone while taking orders, talking about specials and handing out samples. I came in craving my usual aloha pineapple. The samples they were giving out, the strawberries wild, was so good I ordered that instead. Jamba Juice is part of my regular Friday routine. I wish there was more parking- it almost always takes longer to get in and out of the parking lot than it does to get my order. Maybe next time I'll try parking elsewhere in the complex and walking. My vegan brother absolutely loved their Cucumber Cooler. My two year old loves their smoothies and they are always nice enough to put a little of one of the smoothies in a small cup for just him. Negatives: Confused why they don't have at least one child high chair or booster seat.
